The service manager and team are excellent. Very friendly, quick and quality-focused, and they listen to what my needs are. Bought a car from these guys and everyone I dealt with was a total straight shooter. The salesperson Josh knew every single thing about the vehicle and was very professional but also laid back which is always a plus when dealing with a big purchase. Sales manager Mike was very helpful and friendly and didnt play games with the numbers. Financing guy (name escapes me) was super chill and while he showed me a few additional options, wasnt pushy about it in the least. Overall a great car buying experience.
The staff was friendly and quick but not rushed. They didn’t do all the sales pushes and we respectful. First car dealership that I didn’t walk away hating what has become of our society and instead thought that I wish all dealerships were like this.
Bought a brand new 2021 Acura RDX through my sales man Joshua. He was super helpful in the buying process from before getting to the dealership and during the process to get to the number I was comfortable with. He had the car pulled out front already for a test drive and he and his managers kevin and mike made the process very smooth. Even when I was confused and made a mistake regarding certain ads ons to the car they righted the problem for me. 10/10 would recommend and will buy from again

Driving into town we realized that our AC was not working well. It was a hot drive in. We were only in town for a few days but they got us in and fixed quickly! Great service!
Poor customer service, made an appointment for the windows to be checked on my moms brand new vehicle, the service gentleman Richard addressed us and made us feel like we made the appointment and spoke to the wrong people, but he see we have an appointment and the reason why we made an appointment. He tried blaming us for there misinformation. He had to rescheduled our appointment due to them having to keep the vehicle for a few days. So we asked for a oil change the very first oil change. After finally getting things done they told us it will be a 2 and half hr wait. Lets remind you we had an appointment..... we decided to walk to get something to eat, we did not want to bug them for a ride. After we received the call that the car was ready we then asked if they could pick us up, it was hot. Richard called us a lift and failed to tell us it was canceled 😞 we waited over 30 min in the sun. We called and Miguel informed us it was canceled. At this time I was furious 😠. I then asked to speak to management. I felt as if we were just a number in there eyes. Ive worked with many other dealerships and have never been treated so badly. After speaking with Cory the management he apologized on the dealerships behalf. But I feel this situation could have been avoided with better communication. I hope you guys make it up to my mom for all this.
Hooman was great and negotiated a good price on an Acura RDX lease for me a few years back. Unfortunately they had me wait a very long time to see the finance person. I have tier 1 credit and they tried to charge me a money factor that would have unfairly taken over $1,000 out of my pocket. Most people probably don’t educate themselves enough to realize these guys get you like this. Upselling on security systems for this type of thing etc. When I called him out on it respectfully they dragged their feet and played dumb. What really sticks out in my mind still four years later was the sales manager being aggressive with his tone and body language and yelling across the floor if I didn’t sign fast they would close without giving me the car. After they had ME waiting all night for many hours. Very disrespectful and unprofessional.
Not only did I purchase a car from the Acura dealership so did my son he originally took me to Honda dealership across the way but they were to busy also friendly but I decided to go see an Acura well I got to test drive it and loved it so we both had Bill that helped us we were out in a timely manner and he was very professional and honest with us we will definitely go back and recommend our family and friends thanks again
Don’t judge a book by it’s cover! I went by here after work one day. Walked in nobody was at the front desk. Stood there for awhile, sales person came along said he’s working with a client right now he didn’t have time to help and handed me off to another sales person. By the way this other sales person talk to me he seems like he didn’t want to give me the time or day! Didn’t even want to be bother with me and what I have to offer. He treated me like I was wasting his time and didn’t offer any assistance. Customer service was not great at all!

STOP right here and read this review if you’re in the market for a new car. STOP pushing for quotes and getting endless e-mails and phone calls with no firm price. I dealt with Hooman Keyvan on the purchase of a 2022 Acura ILX. He immediately gave me their out-the-door firm sales price. All other dealerships I dealt with in the State of California had mark-ups because of the computer chip shortage and demand for cars or were not discounting their cars one bit. This dealership went out of their way to sell me a car. Drove 3.5 hours, was met by Hooman at the door, and deal was completed in 40 minutes. The process was so easy that we worked numbers on trading our Acura MDX in and also bought a 2021 Acura RDX. Hooman even drove 160 miles in traffic and picked car up from another dealer and brought it back. We came back with two brand new cars and will continue to do business with Hooman and Weir Canyon Acura!

I worked with Hooman and he is by far the best car sales person I’ve ever worked with. I have bought over 50 cars in my lifetime and worked with a lot of sales people so this is really telling. Hooman worked with me to find the right car at a great price and have it ready for me to drive when I got there and show me everything about it. I can’t recommend Hooman enough. He didn’t make me go through the hoops to buy this vehicle, and he didn’t make me pay all those miscellaneous “accessory” fees that all the dealers add to raise the cost of the car. Just wanted to give a shout out to William Dooling (Sales Consultant), Mike Alkadry (Sales Manager), and the team at Weir Canyon Acura. This is one professional group. Ive probably bought close to 10 cars over the last 20 + years, and this has by far been my best experience. My father was in the car industry for over 30 + years (as a District Service Manager for a major car company,) and I learned a lot about how a dealership should be ran.The overall time I spent at the dealership took half the time as Ive normally experienced and the finance process was a breeze. We got a very fair price on the car and William made sure we were taken care of along the way. They offered my family beverages as we waited and answered any and all questions we had. Everything was transparent and upfront, as there was no surprises or hidden fees in the process.The finance manager made sure we got a good deal on the extended warranty - which I recommend - and the process is fully electronic on a touchpad, so no long and busy paperwork. While we were finalizing everything they professionally detailed the car and William made sure everything was in order and we were fully satisfied before leaving.We literally drove almost 100mi from Ventura County to do business with Weir Canyon Acura and the above mentioned team. Thats how good they are. Working with this dealership has been nothing less than a nightmare! I purchased a vehicle from Hooman and worked with Kevin, the finance manger back in May. At the time of purchase, they werent willing to budge or negotiate in price at all but I ended up going with the transaction anyways.Big mistake! Now, its 5 months later and they contacted me, trying to get more money out of me. The sales agreement and all the paperwork including my loan were finalized in May at the time of purchase.They didnt directly contact me first, the vehicle owner and only person on the loan, they contacted my father who had nothing to do with the transaction; Harassing him. Prior to contacting my father or at the same time, they sent me an email with no information, just a request for my credit card and no explanation. I dont know about you, but Im not about to fill out my credit card information freely and send per an email request, especially with so all the fraudulent activity with a persons credit these days. Who does that? Apparently these guys do.After I tell them to stop calling me and my family members, the very next day at 5:45 am i receive a call from a collection agency.DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! Id hate for you to go through the same experience or worse!I wouldnt even of given them 1 star but you had to choose at least that.

Lies, lies, and more Lies!A week ago I went to Weir canyon Acura to see if an Acura ILX was available. The man on the lot told me that it was sold to a manager for his son. After about a week I saw that the car was still online and available for sale. I called the dealership to find out what was going on. I spoke to Ed who told me that the car I asked for was available for me to see and buy. Baring in mind I am a 17 year old high school student who is looking to buy her first car. I have been saving up since I was a child so that when I got my license I could get the car of my dreams. I drove over an hour on a school night to get to the dealership and when I got there I was told that the car is a (I quote) ‘piece of junk’ and that ‘it would cost too much money to fix’. I insisted on seeing the car as that was I had come there for and I was not happy to hear someone telling me that the car I want is a piece of junk. Ed showed me the car finally and then he told me that the car was going for auction the next day! Then the story changed and he told me that the car was sold to a man called Richard! So many excuses I was beginning to wonder if this was the right dealership for me. He then had the audacity to show me other similar cars that were way above my budget. I clearly was not being listened to and taken care of as a customer of Weir Canyon Acura. I left the dealership and the manager, Mike, contacted me having heard of my complaint about the very rude and terrible service that I received. Mike told me that there was nothing he could do because the car was up for an auction. I told him that I didn’t appreciate the fact that I asked Ed if the car was available and he told me it was, when in reality it was not available for sale. I drove about an hour to come to the dealership and when I got there I was extremely disappointed to here that what I wanted was irrelevant and my dream car that I thought I could get was ripped away from me. I just wanted to thank Weir Canyon Acura for crushing my dreams. Thank you very much for wasting my time and lying to me. I still can’t believe they took advantage of a first time buyer!

It was a pleasant experience buying my Acura from Weir Canyon Acura. The salesman is very helpful. They will try to sell accessories to you, like most dealers. (It seems to be their standard procedure.) Just say no if you have no interest. It has little impact on the overall experience. They have very good customer reviews online. I think they deserve it.

The dealership offers fair prices for maintenance visits. Customer service is courteous and efficient, providing information but not pressuring for any decisions. Free carwash provided. Water and coffee/tea available, but would be nice to see some donuts at least in the morning hours. Overall, a great option for servicing your vehicle.

I had the pleasure of working with Roy Hernandez as my service advisor. I came in on a Saturday morning for my first service. I was very impressed with the way in which Roy handled my transaction. He was polite and respectful of me and my time. The service was completed and my car washed in much less time than I had thought. At pick up I was presented with a very nice Multi point inspection. Due to the pandemic it had been about a year-and-a-half since my servicing. A friendly reminder from the folks in the service department at Weir Canyon Acura prompted me to make an appointment. It turns out the car was due not only for an oil change, but brake fluid replacement, and wheel alignment. I also asked the service consultant, Jorge Echeverria, to have the pressure in the tires evaluated and tweaked if necessary. I needed a loaner. It was provided.
