Didn’t like customer service; I will be avoiding this location. Not sure if they only provide good service on males but when I called in to return in a product for a different the rep gave me ATTITUDE. I had questions that the rep did not know how to answer either. Luckily this isn’t my go to location however the guy that helped me was helpful.

Monica was excellent she provided the best customers service, she gave me options and addressed all my concerns!!!

Very bad service, very despicable an employee, I came on the 6th of this month and when I asked if I could make my payment, one who thinks she is in charge, 10 minutes passed and they did not attend to me, I returned 3 times the same day since I had no service and It was the closest place I had, there is no doubt that they have pure paracitos. As managers, I had better make the decision to leave this company since they also have very bad service in their network. I would never recommend them..👎
