Great boba, good customer service, good options for vegans

One of my favorite place to go and get Hokkaido Milk Tea! This will be my first time trying out their Tofu Rice Bowl. They have even the fish ball with fish roe- will have to return back to try it.

Nice little place go get a drink. I go for the thai tea. Similar prices to say starbucks. But they also sell hot meals that are pretty tasty. I would say try it at least once. Its a small mom and pop and looks like the parents have the kids running the front.

Driven by here a few times, finally decided to check it out. Wow, should have come sooner. I ordered a Banh mi, fresh and tasty! Really clean, great prices and friendly service. Definitely will come again!

Fresh, updated Vietnamese menu with family recipes. Victoria was accommodating to my allergies. Prices are super reasonable. Great local spot! Heres my rice bowl.

Went here a couple of nights ago for some hot pho on a rainy night. I ordered the meatballs and beef to go. The broth was okay and all the other ingredients were very fresh and crisp. The chili oil provided made the broth perfectly spicy. The meat was plentiful but sliced a tad bit thick for me. The space is modern and clean and the owners are totally awesome! Everyone should check it out!

I went to Tai Tea on a Thursday at around noon and it was very quiet. I got the princess peach fruit tea with crystal boba. The tea itself was lovely, but I didnt care for the crystal boba unfortunately. It was hard and reminded me of eating unripe fruit. The employees were very kind, the store was clean, and the service was quick.

A unique take on Bahn Mi and Pho. Urban has a modern fresh atmosphere with good food. They are a little bit more pricey than say Lees sandwiches but also so much better.

My son and I go here everytime were by Disneyland. The food is fresh with clean ingredients and the flavors are all delicious. My favorites are the lemongrass chicken bowl and curry chicken bowl. My son likes the chicken pho.

Cute little Taiwanese tea shop I discovered on this strip. I was craving boba milk tea and this definitely hit the spot. The interior is so cute- (instagram worthy photos can be taken here haha) It was surprising because the strip does not have the same vibe. Dont miss this gem. I ordered their Honey Milk Tea with extra tapioca. I like it a lot so I came back the following day and ordered the honey milk tea again along with a vietnamese iced coffee for my dad. Both with tapioca- yummy! However my Dad said it was on the sweeter side (but they can make it less sweet if you ask in advance). The manager was so friendly and gave me a cute little Thai Tea keychain when she learned it was my first time visiting the previous day. Needless to day, I definitely recommend and I would def. return. Best wishes Tai Tea!

This place has a cute set up, the menu has a wide set of options. This was my 2nd visit it was very welcoming and great customer. This has become my #1 tea spot...cant wait to come back and try different milk teas.

Small but great place to get boba. I got the taro boba with pudding and it was delicious. The kind woman who served our drinks was so sweet and considerate asking us to try the boba first and if we wanted anything to change or modify she’d do it for us. Very warm and friendly environment, I highly recommend.

The food was delicious, and tea taste amazing because it is not super sweet. I like to taste the tea no just sugar.

It was my first time here last Saturday with three friends, and it was a great experience. You get a free key chain if you order two drinks. The drinks we ordered were good even at regular sweetness level.

So bomb In college, we used to come to their orange city location and get the hazelnut milk tea. Im not huge on milk tea but that would literally be the only thing I would get- cause it was THAT good.. I decided to be adventurous and try something new. The cashier is very nice and allowed us to sample some drinks. We tried the Hokkaido milk tea, almond milk tea, and my now new favorite- coconut matcha milk tea. The Hokkaido milk tea is delicious, but has an aftertaste that Im not a fan of. The almond milk tea tastes kinda like almond milk with tea. Lastly the coconut Thai tea is Thai tea with a hint of coconut with that aftertaste. Im absolutely in love! Anyways, they open 11am-midnight everyday for studying, Try it, you wont regret.

This place has the best drinks in OC. Order the #3 milk tea ! It’s like crack and I drink at least one a week now.

I love it. The mangonada taste really good. Get the grande then you can share with you whole family. Also they have a variety of boba Pearls, jelly, and other to add on your drink. I also love the interior design.

Ordered Oolong & Matcha milk tea - both were good. Not sure if you could customize sweetness/ice but I liked that there was a large 33oz option!Store was operating in a very safe manner; masks, plexi glass and hand sanitizer were present.It was quick to recieve, no lineup.

Biba was outstanding, perfectly made, however the dining room was closed, when all the other shops and restaurants had theirs open

Customer service was good super nice and welcoming. The food was not so good I had pho and Ive had better. Fiance had a sandwich that he didnt even finish cause he didnt like it.

We were down on vacation looking for some good food. Very family friendly. My kids loved the garlic noodles! My wife and I loved the banh mi sandwiches. My son loved his boba tea drink. He split it everywhere, but they were so nice they made him another one. I also got a vietnamese coffee. It was perfect! We even went back for more before heading back home. We will definitely return again!

To put it bluntly, the drinks werent good and the servers were indifferent. There are better places to go to. The only saving grace that this place has is the miniscule collection of games they offer... that are missing numerous game pieces.

Their coffee is the best in town. Their chicken curry sandwich is a must try. Their food never disappoints! If youre vegan they have tofu and even use vegan butter! Please try them out!

Called no answer...drove 15min during lunch to find to my dismay that they were closed! Even tho online and their door sign said open.Not a great first experience.

100% would recommend! They even offered to make me another slushy if the one they gave me wasnt to my liking, since i asked them to mix passion fruit with green apple.

Urban Special was great: bread super soft and crispy, meat was delicious. Peach tea boba tasted great, very natural peach flavor, and the crystal boba super chewy. Staff was really helpful and friendly!

Their teas (no milk) are delicious! Just order 25% sweet with Crystal bobas and youre great to go!
