Weve visited here several times. Their iced coffees are always amazing. We did try their cold brews and they were gross. They tasted like coffee syrup. Just not pleasant. But their iced coffee is delicious always.

Friendly staff. Great caramel frappachinos. Clean. Perfect on the walk to disneyland. Food looked good but didnt eat there.was a lot moe reasonable than in the resort.

This is a great place to go and the staff is friendly and great. There Mango Cold Brew is done of the best tea.

I’m not a regular to this place but their cold brew coffee is very strong and has a bitter taste. If you like Starbucks’ cold brew, then you won’t like this one. Their coffee cake is not bad but I would definitely not order it again!This place has created this nice mood for a chillax mood. The music is perfect and the setting is smart. I like the service too; the pm shift staff were friendly and hard-workers. Hats off for the customer’s service of this branch - well, it’s the closest one to DisneyLand so it gotta have good services.In a nutshell, I recommend this place but not the cold brew coffee not the coffee cake. I may return one day and try their hot drinks with bagel or something. If you’re in the area, come to relax, sit back, and surf the social media. Or write a review about your experience :)

Ordered online and it took a bit but it was super crowded so it was understandable. People are really nice and helpful, I got an iced Americano, standard but tasted good.

I have not been to a Coffee Bean in 7 years. I will say that the staff here were AWESOME. They made me feel welcome at there store unlike other Coffee shops.

Lovely spot near the Disneyland Paradise Pier Hotel. Had a tasty almond milk cappuccino and egg white bites in a wholewheat wrap. Also grabbed some of these limited edition coffee beans to take back home.

This is a great Korean bakery/cafe in my neighborhood. The cream puffs are great, and though the place is small, you can sit back and relax for a little while.

Stopped here because the Lobby Starbucks at the Hilton was crowded like the mall on Black Friday. This place is freakishly Starbucks-like...if you were blindfolded and brought in, you’d guess “Starbucks”....whatever.Good coffee...I’m just a drip guy; the dark roast Viennese was a good start to the day. Very clean, nice atmosphere, super clean...I would hang out here with my computer and do work if I lived in the area.

Great service, clean and quick. Got the Coffee of the day Dark blend. It was prepared exactly like I asked.Bathroom needed some cleaning. There were a few tables and chairs that needed to be wiped down and cleaned. Parking wasnt easy to find so youre better off walking there.But over all nice place to get a cup of fresh coffee. I would definitely return.

The employees at this location are awesome! Super friendly and fast. Dont waste your time at Starbucks. I walked from the Hilton Anaheim to here every morning. I recommend the Vietnamese coffee. It was sweet but not overly sweet. You could still taste the coffee.

This coffee bean and tea leaf is so much better then others. They all have great drinks but the staff makes so much difference in the way you enjoy your drinks and bakery treats. If you havent been to the Fullerton/Orangethorpe location you should come see the difference. Maybe Ill see you at the next table.

Nice new and clean location. Staff is amazingly friendly. The only problem was with parking. There is none. I suppose there are four spots reserved for Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, but they are always full. Im not sure how often they regulate parking, but I sure dont want to risk being towed. With all that said, plan for an extra 15-20 minutes to find parking at this location. If you are staying at one of the adjacent properties, by all means give this place a try. Its better than Starbucks.

I got regular coffee and it was good. I also wanted breakfast. I did get a burrito that had eggs, rice, beans, spinach, cheese. All food items were prepackaged but they did heat it up. Staff was friendly and excellent. Would have liked breakfast sandwich to order with meat. Burrito was good though.

Good product. This location charges for water even though I purchases two coffee/tea beverages. Customer service could be better here as well. But over all good experience.

I loved it. This was my life saver during Vidcon. Their short latte wasn’t too bad compared to all the coffee I have tried in the surrounding neighbourhood. My staple was their vanilla bean cold brew coffee, if you don’t like it too sweet, I suggest a half pump sweetness. Mango cold brew tea latte was also the other recommended favourite. Great staff. Friendly and always with a smile. Thank you for making my day.

You and Coffee must find your home at the Coffee Bean...Try a variety and not just Starbucks, all the time. Each place has its own coffee niche market. Are you ready for a new change??? If you are not, then stay back. The rest who want a different taste, come and get the vibes!!!

First time here at this location. At first I thought it was going to be where I had to park far away in a hotel. They have 15 min parking. It took me 25 mins. Staff was friendly. The guest were friendly and interacting with my child. Quality of drinks and food were fresh. Bathroom was clean and plenty of seating for such a smaller location near the Disneyland resort. Im impressed.

Arrived at 11 AM there were three desert slices left. I asked if they had any more he said no. I had two of the selections. They were not that fresh and rather boring. The tables had crumbs not seemed to have been wiped recently. The coffe was good. I will not return here

Always consistent with friendly service. And always willing to accommodate special request. Whether youre an Anaheim or Simi Valley the consistency of the food and drinks and service are always excellent. Compared to other popular coffee shops.

Came here to get a drink while visiting the area. Their payment system was obviously down, given they made me swipe my cards several times and declined every time. I know my cards were fine, so it wasnt the card. Thankfully I had some change and was able to scrounge the cash for the drink, because I usually doing carry cash. It was very frustrating, and I wont be back again. Now Im going ti have to monitor my cards to make sure they dont try to charge me several times over for the drink I finally paid cash for.

I place Coffee Bean/ Tea Leaf in the same category as Starbucks, but I honestly think I prefer it more. I think the atmosphere is more vibrant and they offer a slightly larger variety of food and drinks. Prices are about the same, and service is always friendly and helpful too, even if you do go in super early in the morning.

Didn’t even get acknowledged. They helped someone else that was on the other side of the line but came after we did. After the other customer was helped we still didn’t get acknowledged and pretty much had it and left.

I love this all kosher coffee shop. Great latte, and delicious jalapeno bagel and cream cheese! Sandwiches pretty good too.

Food is pretty dang good. My go-to dishes are the chicken rice plate, and Thai style hot pot. Both do not disappoint, try one!!

The reviews for this place was right on the money! Clean and friendly location connected to Marriott Springhill suites, friendly staff and above all more affordable than Starbucks several meters away. Coffee and bearclaw was pretty good too!

Would have been nice if the staff was friendly....instead of just doing their routine as in you are not as important as I am.

Customer service is lacking at this Coffee Bean and their Apple Pay doesnt work very well. I visited everyday during my week long trip and found the baristas werent very friendly and the drinks messy. It did the job to get some coffee drinks but theres room for improvement.

Coffee is ok here.For a Cafe Latte you will need to ask them to do the milk to 150F unless you dont mind the coffee taste muffled by the taste of the scalded milk.Looks like they run the shot far longer than what is normal internationally, so you end up with more of the sour and bitter notes from the beans.Told so you want a child temperature latteWell a litte rude but I let it pass by. No I dont want throat cancer from drinking hot drinks at 175F thanks.
