This place is always so clean I like it alot and they have someone on the premises all the time and it seems everything I go its never crowded

EditI have now been to this place 3 times now and they lose a star because the lady working was giving me wrong information. One thing dont do is debate someone unless I know facts and one thing I know a lot about is service dogs. Sabbath is my 3 rd one. And the stuff she was insisting is totally incorrect and if she wants to discriminate people I will not let it to be meMy first time going thbo this laundry and the staff was excellent. The lady who was working went out of her way assisting me. My eathing was bad and she noticed I was having difficulties and I apriciated the help.

Ladies in here were very welcoming, kind and helpful. Clean place. Nice washers and dryers. Ladies work hard, and and do a great job keeping this place clean. I appreciate that!

Hello,I been washing at this location since they opened. I drive 30 minutes just to wash here but today was my last time washing here. It has been several times that a particular worker at this location has gave me attitude. By attitude I mean she’s always on me and always telling me how to wash my clothes. Don’t get me wrong I would understand if she would be polite but she’s not. This morning was the worst!!! I understand that we need to be 6ft apart and everything related to the quarantine. I myself I’m cautious to even wake up early and be there by 7am to start washing early. I like everyone else want to avoid large crowds. I respect their new policy! I tried folding my clothes fast enough to not just dump my clothes in the basket. There was NO ONE in the dryers but me, so I started to fold my clothes not using the tables or laundry basket. I was using my own basket and folding my clothes. The employee approached me and said “this is getting out of my control, I’m not allowing people to fold their clothes anymore!” I said ok and so I asked for her name because she started to talk to me with attitude. She was in no way polite!! (not even two minutes had passed me folding my clothes when she approached me) She gave me her name and told me look around there’s signs everywhere and I said okay. As she walked away she said “ this is why we are how we are” laughing sarcastically and kept mumbling while walking away. So I decided to dump all my clothes to my basket and leave. Let me tell you inside the laundry there was less than 10 people washing and drying. It has always been this lady who has had so much attitude with me and not only me with my family too. Like I mentioned before I understand their new policies but I DON’T understand why she was allowing other people to fold their clothes while I was washing and once I started folding my clothes it was a problem? No one like I said was drying on that side but me! She didn’t need to come up to me with attitude there’s so many ways to talk to someone! As I had mention less than 10 people washing and drying! I guess that’s too much people that she cannot handle the stress of running a laundry? With 10 people ? At this point I will never come again! Sure it’s just one person you’ll be loosing but honestly I rather find another location and avoid this employee!

Specials on Tuesday and Friday, there is staff all the time here to help or to use their store to but things. This laundromat is beyond clean and the people dont have 15 kids all playing hide and go seek in your wash. Highly recommend coming a little further for this place it is well worth it. Also it is card ran so no need for quarters here, you can use cash or debit/credit to put money on your card with bonus money if you put 10 dollars on your card.

I give 5 star on this place, the staff are very accommodating, they keep clean the machine, that is why my daughter keep coming back in here to do Laundry most of her comforters.

Staff personnel Aaron is super helpful; he takes care of the place like it’s his own. Machines are new and easily organized. 100% recommended.

This laundry is one of the cleaniest laundry I have been to and I drove quite far just to do laundry here. About 3.9 miles from home for laundry here. I have always liked the cleanliness so despite the pricing I still frequented weekly to do laundry. However, today I wanted to get a refund for one of my cards because I use two cards to do laundry here. I was told that I cannot get the $1 back even though I paid $1 into the card just to purchase the card due to the bonuses they gave me. Not only that but I saw inside my card it was $13.30, but when the attendant returned my money she only gave me $11.30 back. I was rather confused because on the card it said $13.30 when I checked so I demanded an explanation as to why its now decreased by $2 when I wanted a refund. The attendant was rude to me by telling me she doesnt know and that it was my problem. This really upset me because she not only did not give me an explanation but even told me that it was my problem that she is paying me short of $2. I told her I needed to talk to a manager but she said none available. I left my phone number behind but at this point is very unsure if anyone would call me back. This is very bad customer service. I should never felt angry but it made me very mad when someone told me its my problem that they took my $2 without a good explanation! I did check my card and saw bonuses and came to some type of understanding; however, I am unable to accept the Its your problem as an answer to the question I asked. Its my right to know why I was not paid the full amount on the card. This makes me consider if I would ever want to come back here with the attendant telling me those types of answers.

This place is immaculate, Ive never been to a laundromat so well kept. The machines are new and coin-less. All the staff Ive interacted with here are very nice and helpful. It makes coming here to do laundry much more enjoyable and not so much a chore.

There are no washers for less than $2.19 a load and thats with cold water warm is $2.29 hot water is $2.49. same concept with bigger washers. I spent $90 here and still had to pay $.75 for a Plastic bag. After spending that much on laundry they couldve given me the plastic trash bag for free. So if cleanliness is all your looking for in a laundry mat then this is it but if your looking for reasonable prices then this isnt the place. Its very small too so you constantly have to stop what your doing and move aside for people going back and forth.

Laundry with an excellent service, in addition to very clean and a friendly environment. The attention of the staff (especially Mrs. Maribel) is excellent. I recommend it when you want to wash your clothes.

Yesterday I witnessed the female employee help a woman struggling to do laundry with her two young kids there, one was tired or a little cranky and began crying. As a father to young daughters I can sympathize with this mother, and I really appreciate her helpfulness towards others.

I would like it if u lower down the prices to like a dollar or two just so it can make it easier for me to wash my familys clothes if thats possible. Thank you have a great rest of your day.

I use to go to this laundromat since i was little, i still go to this day and out of all the times ive been there ive received the best customer service from maribel, she makes the environment feel better and she keeps the place very clean. Although i moved a bit further i will continue to do my laundry there because of her. 👍👍

It is a good place to wash, everything very clean, the dryers a wonder, also has a store with snacks and the staff always helping to be a good laundry

This laundry place is the cleaniest iv ever been too. I noticed Maribel is extremly intentive to her customers. I always look forward to a clean environment.

Very clean and cheaper than my other laundromat I was using before. They even have a mini liquor store and sell scratchers too.......parking I could see a problem as there is not much, but will definitely be back for sure.

I like to wash here because they keep it clean, we moved to cypress and we still come here, the only thing I dont like is that they dont turn on the air conditioning, its too hot and more right now this season or put more fans, everything else is fine.

I like to come in the afternoons to wash because the young lady has very clean and is very friendly instead the other people who work in the morning have very dirty and are always on the phone
