They are definitely scammers, they charged me 4800 dollars and they never sent the items to me. Once they received the money they stopped answering the phone, they dont answer my emails. SCAMMERS!!!!
Because of a mistake on their web design teams part, I was called and told I could either downgrade something and receive $20 back or upgrade something else and be charged $50, since the two were incompatible. In the end, the manager, John Mitzen (sp?) threatened to cancel my order unless I apologized for expressing my displeasure. I hope this laptop is worth the ridiculous experience dealing with such an unprofessional manager.
