I was specifically searching for a mailing/shipping place who’s reviews stated they had stellar customer service, and of course found this gem. I had to ship something that had me very frustrated and I had more than a few Q’s that I was not able to ask prior at USPS because of the looooong line behind me and I just couldn’t hold everyone up because of all the Q’s I had.My experience here was a very pleasant one, which I sincerely appreciated! I could tell that the store clerk was genuinely feeling bad for me because of the high rate I was getting. I was not happy with that, but it wasn’t their fault and I can say without a doubt that he really took his time with me and tried multiple different options to see if he could do anything.The service I was given was top-notch, and definitely matched all the previous reviews. I don’t mind paying a little bit more for extremely good service all around. Good customer service nowadays is rare, so thankYou guys!!

Ive had a mailbox here for going on 5 years. Safe and secure. 24 hour access to my box. They notify you right away via email when you have a package thats been delivered. I Love that!! Will be a customer of theirs, as long as their in business..

Poor customer service they lost my packages twice!! The old man is very rude

I needed to send a fax and and obtain a p.o. box with limited funds. Staples charges $2.50 per page and you do it yourself. None of the technical help that one may need when sending 10 pages, different sizes and conditions..The gentleman at Postal Express took my fax, all 10 pages 2 in bad shape..Says dont worry about it .took the pages, did his thing and got it done! At $¹.00 per page.. Then he hooked me up with a p.o. box in 3 minutes.Much as Gracias Postal Express...

I’ve been doing business at Postal Express in Anaheim (Brookhurst/Broadway) for over 10 years. The staff is friendly and very helpful. This past week the store associate helped me track a package that was held at US Post Office in Arizona. I love Postal Express because the service is 10 times better than the US Post Office. I agree with Heather Freeman. I have had several important packages lost with Norm. His response? I get a lot of packages, I cant check what Im getting. Of course, he argued with me, not once taking any accountability for his lack of process.

We had a client that claimed we misplaced her package. She picked up claim checks in her mailbox. I had her packages stored together in claim area She told me she was expecting another package. So I looked in our receiving log on computer for 3rd package. nothing shown. We scan every package that comes in. She told me there has to be one. I did a physical check on packages and found none. She was upset. I gave her the two packages that was shown on computer. To this date we have not received anything for her mailbox.

Do you want all your important packages lost? Well then sign up and have everything you want delivered here but then miss placed. And on top of it the old man will argue with you about it
