Horrible. Plain and simple, from the bid that we were told was too low, after signing the contract and ordering and paying for the material, to the installation which took over a week and a half, a few hours at a time. The most frustrating part of an entire patio remodel. We felt as if we were baited and switched and also very unimportant to the company, since it seems like every other job came first and they would set up arrival times and show up late or cancel hours later. AND yes, by the way we did end up paying extra. If you like to be frustrated, use these guys.
