The countertops we purchased at Olive Mills for our kitchen are beautiful. The whole process was very professional from the start. They have a big selection and competitive prices. Valerie, who assisted us in the showroom, kept the whole process going smoothly for us throughout the project. They came out shortly after we placed our order to measure. And within just a week they had made them. We did hit a snag due to our kitchen appliances arriving late and delaying our install. Valerie was understanding and patiently waited til we were ready. The installation went wonderful. They worked all day and they were clean and quiet, professional and very nice. They knew what they were doing and did a perfect job. We couldn’t be happier. When we redo our bathroom we will go back to them. I highly recommend them!

Valerie was great the day we came in to pick out our counter top. She had the samples of the style I was interested in so that we can see it. Olive Mill got the counter tops done when promised and they are beautiful. I am really happy. The installers were very friendly and did a great job installing my counter tops. I cant say enough good thing about Olive Mill. I would recommend them to any one that needs counter tops. Top notch company.

Excellent job with a small bathroom project. Countertops look great. Valerie spent a lot of time with me in the showroom trying to match an older countertop we have in our house, and she gave me samples to bring home which worked great for coordinating other parts of our bathroom project. Price quoted was very fair and less than I had received elsewhere. The installers were on time, very nice and super easy to work with. They really wanted to make sure I was happy with the final product, and I am!

I havent used Olive Mill for any direct work, all my experience is online. Andy Graves (the owner) is extremely active online and provides loads of information for DIYers and his competition. Ive done well over 40 hours of research on how to install and source my own solid surface counter top. Ive looked at forums such as fabnet and houzz and Olive Mills name always pops up answering questions from basic to advanced. I recently went to learn more about quartz seams and again Olive Mill is answering questions and offering recommendations. These contributions have been a huge help to me and many others. This guy is clearly serious about mastering his craft and hes easily among the most knowledgeable and well resourced installers in the country.

Olive Mill was really wonderful to work with! We went to the showroom and were greeted by Valerie. She was very attentive, helpful and very, very nice. They had a great selection of counter tops for us to choose from. Valerie was super helpful in getting installation scheduled even when there were some hiccups with our contractor that caused delays on our side. She was more than happy to reschedule for us. Installation day came and Steve and his crew went to work. Super nice guys, very, very professional. Everything came out just beautiful. Went in for information on countertops and waited more than ten minutes. No one even acknowledged us, even though she walked right past us. Will definitely not go back.

The replication of our broken table top was outstanding. The difficult beveled edges were perfectly produced, and the replacement perfectly matches the other table top in our set.

Valerie was professional and she laid out for us all the steps in the process including billing and how everything works. We also visited their site and were warmly received and worked to narrow down what we wanted and the timeline. We placed our order, she kept us informed along the way as to dates and times. Everything happened exactly as scheduled. The countertop and backsplash were finished wonderfully. Olive Mill made our experience manageable and delightful. Working with Valerie and sometimes Andy was pleasant, organized and efficient. Valerie not only moved the process along, she was available whenever we had questions with answers and explanations along the way. We benefited from the fact that Olive Mills company standards matched and exceeded our own in the selection of the slabs. We have a beautiful counter. Steve and Rem, our installers, are talented, charming, excel at customer engagement and are thorough. They were meticulous and just very good with the installation. They are also patient when we asked questions and have the right personalities for customers while in their homes. The care they took with the counter, the sink and the backsplash was interesting and refreshing to watch. The workmanship is just flawless. If you are looking for the best company with all the appropriate insurances, excellent fabricators and installers and the best attitude you will enjoy working with Olive Mill. The pricing was also consistent.

The quality and installation by the craftsmen for the past two countertops I had installed were excellent. I am so pleased with there quality, installation, and service that I am currently having a third countertop installed.

My wife and I just remodeled our home including replacing the tile countertops, backsplashes with green tea granite throughout. This included the kitchen, island cooktop, wetbar, laundry room, guest bathroom areas. We were originally referred to Valerie and Olive Mill by the granite supplier, Dal-Tile, who also managed the glass tile we purchased for the backsplashs. That said, we are overwhelmed by the quality of the work, the customer service, communication, love our new look. Valerie helped with the new Kohler sinks, fixtures, faucets also. Bottom line is that you get what you pay for and for us well worth every penny. We just scheduled to have Valerie come by again to measure the master bath vanities, spa, shower, and the kids double sink for granite also.
