If your not a local or a groupie bowling alley rat dont go. Save your self the money and frustration. r this is the second time Ive been treated less than. Had to hoover over them to make sure that I was next in line almost all day. He thought I was just some run of the mill bowler in which Im not, I average 180 and have been playing for many years. They do not take any time for you to ask questions, watch you bowl, ask you relevant question. They should just name it drill and go God forbid you take any time out of theyre precious smoke breaks. 2 balls drilled wrobg... over 250 dollars down the gutter

Pro shop was able to order the specific shoes my dad wanted for Christmas and I was able to pick them up a few days later. Minus one star because the guy left 45 minutes early the day I went to pick them up so had to drive out there again the next day.

Best shop Ive been to in Orange County, only downside is that its always busy. Kind of have to expect that though since they have the lowest prices around. No one else comes close.

Truly terrible customer service and punctuality. Multiple chances. Cannot or will not drill your ball unless you stand there over him. Waited weeks on atleast 2 different ball drill jobs. WEEKS. Watched him write down on HIS receipt/ball tickets what I wanted done, and spoke to him on the phone a week later (after failing to meet due date again) what I wanted done. Still sat for another week untouched. Finally had to walk in and take my undrilled brand new ball that was a warranty replacement from his shop. When I purchased the ball from him, same mistakes/misunderstanding­s/punctuality problems. Multiple wasted trips back n forth to his shop on mulitple drill jobs. Oh and the hours that are posted online and in his window arent correct. Been bowling in leagues there going on 3 years now. Wish this review wasnt accurate, but it is.

I have only purchased shoes but I bowl with there team on Thursday nights and the smug attitudes and disinterest to help people makes me not want anything from them. I would recommend the drive to Montrose or Rifle for help before dealing with these people. And yes one of the owners does bowl on their team!

Ive been to 10th Frame Pro Shop a number of times for various services and drive down from L.A. to do so. They are most definitely worth it. The service has every time been impeccably excellent and pricing quite modest. Doesnt matter who you talk with when there because the owners Minh and Cendy keep everything up at world class service levels because thats just how they are about bowling and supplying the public with the proper equipment set up the correct way. Respect is a perfect two way street when there which is as it should be everywhere. >:)

The pro shop guy was Really cool and a fun guy to talk to he really knows alot about the game. All his Good prices on his merchandise will keep me going back.!!!!!
