Rented a transport chair for two months for a family member. That family member passed so I returned the chair 6 weeks early. They refused to refund and I was not told this otherwise I would have only rented by the week. So for rentals don’t you just pay for the time rented? Why am I penalized for prepaying. Non return of non used time should not be given to you. That is stealing. You stole from me. Your employee had a very non caring attitude. Really bad business and will never use this company again.

I flew into Anaheim to meet my family for vacation and my CPAP machine was lost in the luggage. Urvashi assisted me to acquire the equipment I needed and was extremely helpful. I also purchased some replacement pieces my wife needed and she had everything necessary to make our trip and sleep enjoyable!!

My husband went in to buy an oxygen machine. He bought it on a Saturday and was told it was brand new. On the way home, he opened it and saw that it was used and dirty. He went back to return it but they had closed. He took it back the following Monday and was charged a $35.00 return fee that he was not made aware of when the product was purchased. We can understand this charge if we had the machine for a while and used it but that was not the case. Unfortunately, we had no choice but to pay the fee. My husband couldnt even talk to the owner as the employee said he would not take any calls. We will definitely never go back to this place to buy anything and encourage anyone who does, to check the product before walking out the door. I cant imagine how much money this place has made selling used products as new and then charging $35.00 when it was returned. Thats paying $35.00 and getting nothing.

I totally recommend this store I came to rent a hospital bed for my mom and I got great customer service at the store and during the delivery process. I would highly recommend this store. This is my to go for anything medical rental I need or even to purchase.

Visiting theme park in California needed a mobility scooter for my mother in law and father in law and they got me a new scooter to use while we visited Disneyland and Studio city the electric scooter wheelchair was perfect it came apart fits in my trunk and had a cupholder and a umbrella we really enjoyed it customer services was easy I will use them again when we travel to Anaheim thank you Truman and George for making this transaction easy A+

Absolutely my go to store now. They have reasonable prices for wheelchair and scooter rentals. The store is really clean and the customer service is definitely well given to you.

Awesome store - clean and very well stocked. They changed my mobility scooter in minutes including diagnosing the problem. Owner was very informative, showed me the issue and educated me on how batteries dont last well if not used regularly. I googled price and they less than manufacturer and quickly installed and had me back on road in less than 30 minutes. Yamel at front desk was so friendly and had me fell comfy and well cared for.

One of the greatest medical supply stores that I’ve been to in Anaheim. I came in with my father to look at some hospital beds and we ended up finding the most perfect one. I left the store VERY satisfied. The service was wonderful! (:

I always rent here! Theyre the best. They are so easy to deal with, they care about their clients, they do whatever they can to help. The mobility scooters work perfectly and for a great price. We rent every time we go to Disneyland with the family thank you Marvin job well done they even deliver to hotel.

I have been waiting for 15 days for a shipping confirmation. I have emailed them twice and received no response. This morning I email them about refunding my purchase and received an immediate response confirming my cancelation of the order. Now just waiting to see if that happens. Ridiculous! If I could give less than 1 star I would.

This place is great! We were here out of town for Disneyland and my Mom broke her leg. We called the store and came down. Yamel was very helpful and patient showing me how to use the wheelchair and accessories needed. Everything was setup and ready to go when we were done! Highly recommend.

Visiting Disneyland with the family need to rent a knee scooter had a knee injury will traveling they had the best prices in town and the guy got me discount I bought a biofreeze menthol spray for the pain and rented a knee walker they even offered to pick up from my hotel but they are only half mile away from Disneyland amazing store and amazing customer service will recommmend try them first

Needed a car lift for my mothers wheelchair scooter and Truman got me a car lift that’s was all electric almost half the price of what I was quoted at Long Beach I know this is a long drive but it’s defenitly worth is got the job done in less then 2 hours works good and my mother have easier days not having to pull the scooter in and out of her cars trunk amazing service and easy process will definitely recommend everybody job well done

Looking for a portable oxygen concentrator in orange county and saw this place they had exacly what I was looking for a ResMed Mobi oxygen concentrator this unit will go up to 6 liter and it has case that looks great the staff at Anaheim medical supplies showed me how to use the machine and gave me a 10% millitary discount on top of special price she gave me they have a nice showroom with lots of medical equipment and oxygen supplies I will recommend see them for all you medical store needs

Visiting family in California my grandfather mobility scooter batteries was not charging or working good took the scooter to the shop they changed out the batteries amazing service only cost me 120 with installation it only took them 20 minutes to change the battery I also got a cpap sanitizer for his cpap machine will recommend see themFirst before any other stores
