I recently had new Anlin window replacements put into my house. 13 windows in total and 2 sliding glass doors. The windows are a perfect fit and have greatly improved the aesthetics of my house. The windows and doors have been amazing and more importantly have improved the houses overall temperature along with the sound proofing of the house. The value of the windows have been worth every penny.

Weve had Anlin windows and doors for almost 20 years now. They are as good as they were when new. They insulate well and cut down on the noise from the street. The house looks really good with them. Great windows.

He immediately verified the part needed and then mailed to us, immediately, not one but three similar parts for our other sliding doors should WE break another part of the mortise lock set. Tremendous customer service reaction to our need and proactive service to a possible future need. And, these parts came within two days at no cost to us for a problem we created! The Anlin Technician named Auggie called ahead of time to keep me informed on his arrival. Once here he got right to work & repaired the springs & pivot bars on 3 of my Anlin windows. He was done in @1/2 hr.The company has a great warranty so I just paid $75 for his labor, which I was informed of when I booked the appointment. Great overall service

Anlin went above and beyond to help us. Our toddler was a bit too rough with our new sliding door latching system, and managed to break it one day. Anlin was quick to help: They sent out a replacement latch, same-day, and also sent us an upgrade part (which I had inquired about), free of charge and giving us key-lock functionality.Their lifetime warranty is a real godsend and their customer service representative, Andrew, cant be beat! This company is worth your business.

This company and its installers( American Vision Windows) have been the BEST, from day 1!! Any time Ive needed something, bent screen door, rail tracks, etc.....this companys service department goes above and beyond on all their work. Anna helped us out with some pricing, Ryan Day, has been here to replace broken screen door, and hell be here again to replace some glass. The quality of service and the kindness that goes with it.......well, there arent enough good words to say. Anlin windows are the BEST!!! As is their team!!

Anlin windows have great window products and even better customer service. My grandparents bought windows from them over 16 years ago. A few issues occurred with the windows over the years but they have lifetime warranty and back up their product. A repair man by the name of Ryan Dall came over and fixed the issues. He was professional, knowledgeable and gave us great tutorials on how to properly use all the window functions. I highly recommend Anlin windows.

We have had our Anlin windows for a number of years now. We love, love, love them! So well made. They still slide easily. They keep us cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. We live near a hospital and we dont hear the sirens at all. We get Santana winds here and the windows keep the dust out. We dont hear the neighbors dogs. They are just great windows. One of the best investments in our home that we have ever made. As far as problems, we have only had a couple of tiny issues and they were dealt with right away!

Ive had these windows three years (whole house replacement). Quality is solid, not outstanding. Some issues include flimsy door levers and weak sound quality. More importantly, once my $$$ was taken and the windows/patio doors were installed, not one single person, including the sales representative, Craig V, ever followed up to ask me how I liked the windows or if I had any questions or concerns. Would not recommend if you are purchasing for your forever home.

I recently had a window broken by my gardener. Anlin replaced the window for half of the price of the other quotes we received. Anlins service techs have consistently been prompt, professional and competent. Im a happy customer.

Unbelievable service and quality. I had all my windows and doors replaced 15 years ago and have recommended Alin over 10 times and everyone comes back singing praises. This is a first rate company with great prices.We had a latch break and they had a replacement but since it was 15 years old and past the warranty I figured I was out of luck. If it was another company I am sure they would tell me to get lost.Not Anlin because they consider a customer once is a customer forever they said they could ship the part. Joe McPhetridge of Anlin was so helpful searching our records and offered great advice as I indicated I was handy and could install myself.They offered to ship next day and by the weekend it was installed and working great. Joe is a great asset to a great company.If you want great windows at a great price deal with a company that stands behind their products.Save yourself a lot of time and worry if the company will be there in 10 or 20 years. Anlin did all of our windows about a month ago and I am so happy with the results. Everything looks a million times better! Henry was awesome, even took the time to help me re-mount my blinds when he was finished, which I really appreciated.

I purchased Anlin Windows through Harbor Construction. Both Anlin and Harbor Construction had 5 Star Yelp pages so I was comfortable. The windows REALLY reduced the noise and my HVAC hardly ever comes on now. Thanks Anlin.

We were having some problems with normal wear and tear on our 17 year old Anlin windows. Ryan Dall from Anlin came out today abd they all work great now! Not only did he fix the windows that were no longer opening properly but proactively checked all of the windows in the house. He was so thorough and helpful, worked very quickly and efficiently. The warranty was for the parts not the labor with windows as old as these but the labor costs were very reasonable ($75) for all of the work that he did. Know that these are high quality windows, they really do last, and Anlin’s warranty is the real deal.
