PEP sucks. They claim to be wholesale and dont sell to the public! I signed up for PEP rebates earlier this year and they raised the pool heater which you can buy online for $1854 RETAIL to $2025 plus tax. A 2 hp Hayward Tristar is sold RETAIL online for $510, they charged us $695.00 I will redeem our rebates at the end of the year and close our account. Duplicitous scumbag operation! Why the hell would I pay more wholesale that retail let alone all their competitors which we also have accounts with. Do some research and give your business to anyone else
