I stumbled on to Diamond Case while looking online for the right cabinet for out new TV/entertainment set up. We ended up building the whole system through Steve at Diamond Case. The cabinet is exactly what we wanted and exceeded our expectations. Steve was professional and helped us design a great set-up. We have been customers of Steve & Diamond Case since their early beginnings in YORBA LINDA.We have had several TVs from them and different cabinets although the last one has been modified to fit the latest TV. He also has supplied Audio Receiver, DVD player to suite our system and programmed our remotes to fit our circumstances.Recently he has supplied updates on our security cameras to make them more efficient, together with a better recorder.Steve & Fred are most personable and always go out of there way to help someone whose technical knowledge has not improved with age and not necessary for profit

We have had the good fortune to have the Hartfelder family of Diamond Case Home Theater, install systems in three different homes over the years and have never been dissapointed with their work or hesitant in recommending them to friends. Dave did our first home and Steve the last two, with the most recent just completed. Their work is excellent, on-time, clean, state-of-art, and priced fairly. Steve provided many alternatives and knowledgable suggestions about our recent systems design, resulting in a remarkable viewing and listening experience. Additionally, he is always available to answer questions. The result has been friendly and reliable service, expert workmanship, at reasonable prices that reflect high value, which will provide our family viewing and listening enjoyment for years to come.

Five years ago when Steve installed the equipment in my custom patio entertainment cabinet he stacked everything haphazardly in the left compartment and left the right side empty. The cabinet guy had not drilled a hole between the two sides so cables could be run into the right side. Steve and his handy man helper for some reason Ill never understand didnt simply drill a hole to allow the equipment to be installed per the plans. After Steve left I realized what a crappy job hed done, and I reinstalled everything as it should have been done originally.Now fast forward to the current time. The Universal MX-780 master remote Steve selected can only be programmed by him or another professional. Recently I had to change the TV input because of a DirecTV issue. I asked Steve if he would make this one simple change for me. He had also shorted me the remote for the TV lift, which I didnt need as long as the master remote was working properly. I asked him to provide the remote. Without it and a properly functioning master remote I couldnt operate the TV lift the way it was intended work.Steve never responded to my requests until I posted this review.The Logitech and Harmony techs were helpful in programming the Harmony remote to operate the lift. The Nexus21 techs provided the missing remote for the lift and helped me to get the lift working with the Harmony master remote.I have revised my original review from a one star rating at Steve’s request. I guess I’m less disappointed with his work and lack of response than I was back in July. I hope this has been a learning experience for him and others will not experience what I did.
