This place has a great selection of pellets and my favorite spices and bbq sauces from Howtobbqright.com. I was in need of butcher paper and went to several places. I just about gave up, but stopped by this place and thankfully they had it. The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable about cooking on pellet grills. Really love this place! I bought my first pellet grill there back in 2013. Right off the top their pricing was competitive. I took my Pellet Grill home and discovered it wasn’t working property. I took it back and the owner diagnosed the problem and fixed it without hesitation. I still have my Pellet Grill today however; I will be buying a new one this week. It’s time to go with the Bad Boy of smokers. I will be a returning customer this time. The owners and staff are very friendly and ready to help.

Just moved from Kansas City MO so I’m kind of a bbq fan! Never used a pellet smoker but when I visited this place I knew I was sold. Bought the Yoder Smoker YS640S. Couldn’t be more pleased so far. Cooking my first chicken now. Thanks so much for the help!

The husband wife team here are very helpful and friendly. I bought a Traeger here a few months back and had an issue which Paul was very quick to help me troubleshoot and fix the problem (I think the grill just missed him). Great selection of rubs, sauces and pellets. I would highly recommend them!

The grill was fine, however I hope Traeger straightens out their return policy! We purchased TWO Traegers at a fair on 9/10/14 - one for our son. We realize my son wont use it and want to return it. Apparently just last week, they changed their return policy and now want to void the agreement we had with them for free 30 day return policy. Interesting, isnt it? And to think I was excited to be a part of this family....Will they step up to the plate and honor the agreement or not? I waited to see and got no reply. $75.00 to return my sons - we had to pay $225.00 to return ours. Were done. I cant believe they would pull this on their customers. I hope that those of you with Traegers dont have problems because you can count on getting no help from their Customer Service.
