I recently purchased mouldings from Reel Lumber. Jerry the manager took excellent care of me and was extra patient with me and my questions. Hes very knowledgeable and the other crew members were just as nice. This is definitely the best place to go for all your lumber needs. Friendly staff welcomed me when Arrived, able to walk their floor and check out all their products. Met with Danny Clark, super hospitable and great guy! We had a great conversation about Henpwood and including more sustainable wood products! I love the direction of their company and what their doing for the local builders community. To be honest with you I had a fantastic experience We had recently acquired a new job in Yorba Linda for a celebrity I dont think its right to mention his name however there were some Challenging work ahead of us We were needed some custom milling for this individual So it turns out that real lumber specializes in molding and custom milling.So I gave them a call I spoke to young lady I think by the name of Doreen she was very helpful and professional and she hooked me up with the right person when I got down there although I had to go back a couple times to pick up more supplies it was a great experience over all I recommend it highly.

Great place for lumber and moulding but its a pain to shop because they do not post the prices in the display. Bought a 5 by 5 3/8 baltic birch for $22 with free cuts. Posting prices would be a lot of help.

Great selection friendly service

Overall its a good place to get lumber. Most of the staff is friendly, and the warehouse is always kept clean and well organized. My only issue is that prices are a bit high.

Bunch of jokers working at this location, the store manager I assume was trying to sell me damaged material at regular price. Please be very careful when buying from here as they like to sell old or damaged goods and try to pass them as new. 3rd and last time coming here, Saw you guys on instagram and liked what i read but after actually experiencing the opposite i will not be taking that 50min drive. Stick to Austin prices are a little more but at least you are buying new.

I buy most of my wood here. Prices are good. A lot of moulding in different woods. Not a place for 2x4s and construction stuff but for hardwoods they have a good selection. They also have sheet goods and Baltic Birch. If you are going on a holiday weekend I would call first . My number one supplier.

The biggest concern I have with this place, Is the fact that they are always low material, Even after talking to management simply did not care about our needs as a customer. The worst thing is that even after seen those negative comments they can seem to get it together

Great people ready to help you with all of your hard lumber and sheet goods. Will cut sheet goods to manageable sizes for you to carry. Jerry Best is a terrific salesman and gets back to you right away on pricing and special milling. He is the reason I drive 10 extra miles to get what I need. They also carry hardwood mouldings and mdf baseboard and casing.

Great First Visit Experience at Reel Lumber - AnaheimHi! I just wanted to say that I was not sorry that I drove 35 minutes from Aliso Viejo to check out your selection of hardwood plywood. BIG thanks to Jeff! He listened to my needs, was courteous and when I told him that I had to have one side with no large, dark, or patched knots, nice grain and NO plugs, I actually thought he would try to steer me toward the most expensive 3/4 stock you had but instead helped me select a really nice Euro-birch 60 x 60 and took the time to pull out almost 6 sheets to make me happy. He then cut it in thirds for me to make it easier to transport and was careful to make sure the face side was down for cutting so that it would not splinter along the edges of the face side cuts. I was very pleased with his excellent customer service AND because he helped me save some money with the 60 x 60 birch, I decided to look at your veneer and the gentleman at the counter who was also very nice to work with helped me locate some perfect paper backed birch veneer and didnt push me toward the more expensive peel and stick selections. I am recently retired and now returning to a hobby I dropped after high school because I needed money for college. Once again I am designing and building Hi-Fi speakers and its time for a new subwoofer! This is my favorite hobby because it combines two favorite passions music, and woodworking, and throws in a little electronics which satisfies my 10% geek factor!I worked 35 years at Motorola in wireless communications sales and sales management and I KNOW great customer service when I see it. I have experienced tremendous help and professionalism here. They will do what they can to make sure your project can move forward. They were also around 900$ cheaper for material and milling compared to Austin hardwoods and ganahl and were able to turn the order around in 4 days opposed to 2 weeks like the other two. Saved me loads of time and money.

Never fails me

Ive been shopping here for 20 years. A large selection of hardwoods, plywoods and mounding.The staff is very nice and very helpful.My only complaint, is that they leave hardwood planks on the shelf that are cracked or in bad shape, that everyone moves aside. Ive been looking at the same 2 cracked boards in the pile for the last 8 years, no exaggerated.
