Angel came out and fixed a problem that I had with the office and scheduling. He was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. He was very through and took care not to damage anything in the house. Was so clean after he left hard to tell he had been there. He entertained my dog which was also a plus. James came out to follow up and explained everything very simply with very good diagrams. Would recommend the company to anyone needing HVAC work. If you are lucky you will get Angel.
From the initial consultation, the people were professional, courteous and very informative. After checking my systems (heating and air conditioner, I was shown photos of deterioration and possible danger for the upcoming winter season. My system was 25years old and in need of changing. The team sent to install both the heating and air conditioner was on time and very efficient, courteous and friendly. I would recommend this company to do service and/or installation.
They came out and did a fantastic job and gave an incredible warranty. Now that I need a warranty repair, nobody will return my calls.I should have hired a reputable contractor instead of a Fly By Night outfit.
First time contracting HC USA and disappointed in an unimaginable way, needed repairs to complete City inspection on the installation. After a month, technician shows up not honoring previously set appointment. New unit fails to cool due to bad install.I keep asking for documents to complete the city permit and it takes a longtime to get an answer. It has been 3 months since initial installation, I do not have to option to give 1/2 star rating.
I had this company come out do a new 5 ton Air conditioning system in my home which later on I found out that a 5 ton AC is way too large for a 1,800 square-foot house then ripped my mother off saying they were going to install a 26 seer system when they installed a 16 seer system also saying that the electrical panel had to be upgraded to accommodate it The whole job was supposed to be done for 25,000$ with top of the line Products later on for me to find out that the system is way over size only worth about 14,000$ and takes more electricity then the full size swimming pool in my backyard horrible company please do not go through them I will be speaking to another company to have this horrible system removed

Home Comfort USA is an absolute TREASURE! My A/C unit stopped working and I was completely gutted. came out within a couple of hours of my call and diagnosed my problem with integrity. He could have gone the easy way out and told me my A/C was from the stone age and there was no hope. Instead, He even changed them the SAME DAY!!! His personality, skill set, and pricing is why I would recommend him to anyone, anytime, and anywhere
Island Comfort (owned by Home Comfort) actually did the AC installation. They arrived (six technicians in all) about 20 minutes before the scheduled arrival time ( a good thing). Everyone of the techs went about their tasks for the install in total coordination with each other; each of them knew exactly what they were supposed to do. They were all very professional but very friendly and personable, never showing any signs of impatience with the barrage of questions put to them by my wife and I. Although the installation couldnt be completed that day because of an unexpected problem, they showed up the next morning and got it finished. Overall, I was very satisfied with the Lennox product, but was extremely satisfied installation by Island Comfort
My experience was not good. I discovered this company through Lowes. My appointment was rescheduled 3 times, and I was the one that had to call to find out what was occuring. Finally. the installer was the one that called.The salesman had raved about the service of this company and it made me feel assured that things would turn out well. I called and informed him of the issue with the appointment, he said he would call back. Im still waiting. The installers were very kind and understanding, but they came unprepared on two occasions, once to go buy gas and another time to find a sanitizer at Home Depot.Which actually had been left by the front door in my living room. I was seriously inconvenienced and distressed. It is a company that lacks organization, lack of communication and common courtesy from management .I would not recommend this company.

Wow this company went above and beyond getting me what I wanted with a great price. Marcus Vanvalen is by far the best job supervisor I had the pleasure to meet and work with. He was friendly, patient, and actually listened to what we wanted. This guy deserves a raise for sure!!! He has integrity and delivers what he says.
My relationship with Home Comfort USA began last September (09/2020) when Yolanda approached me while I was shopping at Home Depot. She was offering a Tune Up and evaluation of our existing 25 year old heating and A/C system. I decided to have them check out our old system and make any recommendations. Manny arrived and did a thorough job of identifying issues and cleaning the system. He even made a recommendation on replacing the system when the time comes.Well, the time came as the fan started to run when the system was off. Instead of trying to repair a 25 year old system, I decided it was time to start over with a new system.I called and made an appointment on Thursday to have someone stop by to get the details on a new system. Manny and James arrived as scheduled on Saturday morning. Manny quickly refreshed his memory of what we had to replace. Manny and James had a brief conversation and Manny departed to another service call.James came into the house and did a nice job educating me on the workings of the A/C and furnace. We also had ducts that were inefficient and losing about 20% of their efficiency. I chose to have a complete new system installed which included a Lennox 16 SEER 5 Ton A/C and furnace. I chose this because I already have 7Kw of solar at our home so I produce more power than we consume. But, I still wanted an efficient system. I also wanted a HERS certification for when we sell the house.I signed the contract and they had someone on site Saturday afternoon to remove the compressor and furnace.On Monday, Santiago and Elliott arrived around 9:30 AM with the new equipment. The removal of all remaining ducts etc. began. The installation didnt go as quickly as they expected because the old system was squeezed onto a corner of the attic which would not provide enough space for a well-engineered and efficient system (there were too many 90° bends in the air ducts). Santiago contacted his superior telling them that he needed an additional day to completely relocate the new system in an area of the attic that would be suitable and guarantee the HERS certification we desired. There was no hesitation and they approved the relocation.By Wednesday afternoon the job was completed. Santiago designed a well thought out efficient system and it was up and running.Without hesitation I would highly recommend Home Comfort USA for your next HVAC job. I used Island Comfort AC company. Im not sure if they are a subsidiary of Good Comfort? This review is for Island Comfort located on Oahu, Hi. They were excellent. Very professional team who came out and get everything installed and operational. They also came back and fixed some minor repairs that were created during the process. I would highly recommend.
I had to get two full air conditioning and heating units replaced within two months. Yikes. I hired Home Comfort USA both times (first time they came through Lowes) and they performed both installations to my full satisfaction. All people I interacted with during the sale, the installation and after were professional, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. The installers covered all carpets, wore masks during our interactions and cleaned up after themselves. Perfect. We had a little snag with the second install but Home Comfort addressed it immediately and to my full satisfaction. I ended up giving them my AC maintenance contract also. Mistakes happen. It matters what is done to correct them and they handled it very well. I highly recommend Home Comfort USA for any AC and Heating work.
Had the pleasure of working with Jason Ryan and his crew. Jason was honest and helpful what items I needed in order to meet my end goal, without trying to sell me on items I did not need. I know most people have fears of being upsold on specialities they have little to no knowledge on. Well, no worries here working with Jason from Home Comfort. Also his crew during install was very polite, cleaned work areas, and also for informative on what they were doing. Installation day was a pleasant experience. I only got one of the crew members name, Jesus Ceja. He was a real professional and took pride in his craft. The way He talked about his tasks and providing tips You can tell this wasn’t just a job, it was his profession he took pride in and enjoys it. Great job guys keep up the good work!
Ive had this company service my AC & heating for a few years, both had been installed in 2006 and at the end of its lifespan . Contracted them to upgrade our AC & heating, we also got a air scrubber air purification system. Just had all that done on Friday August 28. The new AC is so much quieter and feel much better with the air purification with everything going on. Came with an excellent warranty and so happy we finally got it done. Figuring how to get the new thermometer wifi on my phone now.

This past Friday Anthony Zavala serviced my heating and air system. As it is 25+ years old there are always concerns about reliability as warm weather approaches. Anthony was very thorough and personable, explaining each step of the maintenance check list. His knowledge and attention to detail inspired confidence in the process. Information regarding a new system was discussed but there was no pressure felt on my part to make an immediate decision. I also appreciate that Home Comfort hires our veteran service members. We recently had our furnace serviced, it runs much quieter now!Our tech Jacob did an excellent job and showed us photos of our unit which was quite informative as he serviced the unit. We also had an air purifier system installed which has removed 99% of the dust. We will definitely ask for Jacob again. He was extremely professional and and very polite. Thank You Jacob!

Tim and Manny came to our house this morning to evaluate our existingHeating and Air conditioning units. Our units are 35 years old and are on life support.We were presented with all the options and end up choosing a complete new system.We are impressed with the knowledge and expertise of both guys.It was a non-pressure but very informative visit.My wife and I enjoyed communicating with them and we can recommend them very highly to anybody that is in need of maintenance or replacement of their existing air or heating system,Tim and Manny are the best!
Very disappointed. Last Feb. (2020), I planned to write a review after they came to check the problem with our heater. It was during the coldest time along with heavy rains and freezing nights when our heater broke down after 8 years. We called them and they told us that our capacitor needs to be fixed and they charged us for $600.00 so it can be repaired at that same time. It was too expensive for a capacitor, but we decided to have it fixed because we have children and the temperature was its coldest. The first guy called another person and they started removing parts and have taken pictures of the problems in our system. After a couple of minutes, they were up in our attic, they suddenly told us that they dont have the capacitor available. Instead, they started to offer replacement of the entire insulation and heating system and gave us a quote which at that time was not possible due to its high costs. They tried to make a deal by lowering the cost, but we told them that its not our priority. I saw the disappointments on their faces because we turned down their deal.Since they claim that suddenly they do not have the type of capacitor we needed at that time, they promised to return Saturday of that same week....., but THEY NEVER CALLED!!. We waited for another week, still NO RETURN CALL.Therefore, we then decided to purchase a portable heaters until we find the right service personnel to contact.Because of the pandemic situation, we planned to wait until everything is back to normal. WE tried to forget the bad experience we had with HOME COMFORT.However, what happened today is worst. This morning, my husband went to our attic in order to replace the AC filter.... and we were shocked and very disappointed to find out that the PARTS they took off was never replaced including the covers, screws, and the old capacitor which is needed to run our AC.I hope I remembered the names of 2 Home Comfort guys who came in order to be more specific with my complaints.Lesson learned.... never trust home comfort service to go to your attic without making sure they return the parts - at least you take a picture before and after. Im glad I was not influenced by their previous deal, because if they cannot be honest with a very small job, then it is for sure worst for a big project.
The work looks good I had heater and air conditioner done and Tim and lisa said inspection also included but when time to get inspection done from the city now their telling me inspection was not included and now giving me the runaround and then telling me about a Hurst inspection I have to pay. Job not complete. And now I have to fight them to finish the job. All in all dont do business with them go somewhere else where you get at least some respect.
I had an awful experience with this company. II strongly recommend you call someone else. I have a rental and a regular home. They tried to tell me there was asbestos in my vent system in my existing home system and needed a complete new system for $15,000. I went elsewhere and had extensive repairs done for less than 1/3 the price.They did a repair at my rental and the wiring was not done correctly. My renter fixed it. A month later there was another issue with a nice system that was installed in 2007. Overall, I paid over $3,000 for two repairs and ended up with an existing system that did not work. Their solution, a new system for $15,000, but a credit of the $3K already spent. I wrote them off and went elsewhere. Another company came in and completed repairs for under $5K.The technicians are nice enough, but it is all up selling for very expensive solutions. Id call someone else if I were you.

I am very satisfied with Home Comfort USA. Mario G. came out to my place on time, and is a very friendly guy. Our air conditioner unit had been broken for about a month. And my wife and I were worried about how much it would cost to fix it, and we werent sure who was the right company to go with. We decided to go with Home Comfort USA because of a great experience we had 2 years ago. Mario came in assessed the issue and gave us a fair price. It was 90 degrees outside and he worked like a profession not complaining about the heat. I was very impressed by that. When he examined our heater up stairs he put on his shoe booties to cover his boots to not track dirt up stairs on the carpet. It is those little things that really matter in customer service. Our AC unit got fixed and we are staying nice in cool in this 90 degree weather. Thank you Mario!

Manny was a great tech. He arrived on time and stayed late doing a very thorough job. I believe he went out of his way for a quarterly maintenance check. He even installed a new thermostat unit when mine wouldnt light up and helped me set it up on my phone so I could monitor it from anywhere. I really appreciated the fact that he took his time to get things done inspecting and servicing my units both interior and exterior of the house. He even showed me how to change my filters and how to shut off the unit safely. At the end of the service he advised me of my options for repair or replace to a new efficient unit since mine was over 16 years old. I appreciated that he wasnt a pushy salesman but emphasized the safety factor for my home and family. I will look into some of the finance options and programs he mentioned to get a newer unit. I would highly recommend him if you need service on your home.
We just had our air conditioning and heating unit replaced by Home Comfort USA. We had the best experience from the inspector who came to see if our unit would benefit from a tune up or if we need to replace it. Upon inspection it was determined that our 17 year old unit had done its work. The sales representative was so helpful and guided us through the process. Two days later the installation went without a hitch. The workmen were courteous and respectful. The left our home and back yard clean and without damage. Home Comfort visited for an annual service. Mario G arrived on time (5 minutes early) to perform the service. He did an excellent job and answered all of my questions regarding the performance of the AC. We are considering adding a Service Plan and a Compressor Booster kit. Mario was very helpful explaining the details of the plan and the use of the kit. Regarding the kit I feel this type of item should have been a standard part included in the price of the overall system. Management should consider adding this as a standard part to existing systems.
Home Comfort USA is a great company ...they installed 3 mini split ac units and insulation in the attic everything is working great...the technicians were awsome...they know their jobs and do their jobs well...they were respectful, considerate and punctual...I was not impressed with Mario however...he got too close when speaking to me...he wanted to come inside, I wanted to stay outside to talk about the insulation...he was having trouble explaining the process...asked to come inside again...I excused myself because I needed to eat something, when I finished my tuna sandwich, he walked in...I said that I hope he doesnt have an allergy to fish...he leaned toward me and said that he loves fish...he asked about my mothers picture and I responded that is just there since her memorial service, my parents were very authoritarian so my sisters just stuffed it into my van...then I showed my drivers license and said I didnt smile because I didnt like the man who took the picture...Mario asked why, and I said that the man has a big ego, all he talks about is college...I told Mario that a person doesnt need to go to college unless they have a specific goal...Mario replied that a person needs to apply themselves to advance...I have met many college educated people who lack common sense...well Mario finally settled down and was able to speak clearly with words I could understand after asking him to clarify what he was talking about...I hope I do not see Mario when someone has to come out for the units routine service.
Since I contact them I made it clear I was not going to be home for a schedule repair And I was told there will be no problem as long as my wife was home which she was along with my nephew who was authorized to make any kind of desicion regarding repairs. Automatic service called a day before the appointment to confirm which I did then later the same day a person called to confirm and i still asked if it was ok i wont be home they said yes it’s fine. The day of the appointment arrived and they called me to let me know the technician will be arriving in an hour or so. I still told them I’m not home but there are people waiting. Their words “ great we will see them then” an hour later random numbers keep popping on my phone with calls and voicemail. Then i get a text from my wife telling me that the technician didn’t even see the ac unit until he talked to the owner regarding remplacement because our unit was too old. As soon as i could i called my wife and asked her if she said there was to be a repair and not a remplacement she said yes she told him that but he’ll do nothing until talk to me. So since i couldn’t talk to him he left. As soon as i could i calle their office and was told that he wanted to talk to me because of the “things” on my unit. Their words “things” i al what things and all she said was that she could call the technician and have him return and explain to me what it was. I told him i didn’t want him back just wanted to know how he claim to know what we needed without even stepping into the house and see the unit. I said that with an angry voice. So she said she’ll cancel the meeting and hang up without waiting for an answer. Take your business else where these people are the worse.
This company has a great culture and provides outstanding support from top to bottom. Everyone we worked with went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of at every step in the process. You can tell everyone who works here really cares about this company.
I received excellent professional service from Manny Ponce and Joshua August. It wasnt just the service but, their communication and explanation of what was performed and what I needed for future continual performance of my unit. Very respectful and patient even while I played 20 questions with them. At no time did they fail to answer my inquiries. Thank You Very Much.
We have two air conditioners, one for upstairs and one for down; so Home Comfort USA charged us double to do their inspection. But they ran out of time to complete both inspections but still charged us double.Also, it seems one of the reasons for doing the inspection is to get us to sign up for other work they can do for us, like attic insulation. Also, I was put off by that fact that the person in the store I first met that signed me up had a long check list of all the work they would perform during the inspection, but I was not allowed to take the list with me; but the technician that came out did not have a similar list, so I had to rely on memory alone to make sure the technician did all the work the salesperson said he would.
Replaced old a/c and heater. Put in new a/c outside and moved heater to attic. The work was done very well. The workers wore masks.
The are very professional from start to finish. Scheduling and showing up on agreed time slot. They did a thorough job go over my furnace and condenser unit for a reasonable price. Workers were great to interact with. They explained what they did and what to be cognizant of in a house with old appliances.
Lowe’s should be ashamed partnering up with this company. Takes advantage of Senior citizens. Sold an A/C unit with known defects that makes air smell. Said ducting was the problem to get $2k more out of us. Still doesn’t work still smells...7 service calls later in 1 year. Buyer beware...
I got my system installed by Home Comfort USA a few years ago and also have my regularly scheduled maintenance with them as well. I called them out this past summer to check on my air conditioner. Sean was very informative and helpful but I decided to wait on replacing my unit. When my heater started making noise and smelling bad I called Home Comfort again. Michael came out and checked things out. He was very helpful and showed me issues with my heating unit. It turned out my heater was leaking carbon monoxide. Thank you Sean, Michael, James and Home Comfort USA for keeping me safe and comfortable. I am getting a new air conditioning and heating unit.

The only reason I put a star is because otherwise wouldnt been able to do my posting, got ripped when purchased my ac from this company pricing far off from competitive and once they get their money dont even follow up with maintenance services after a year youre on your own, wouldnt recommend this company to any body if their salesman comes out make sure you get the quote and kick him rt out your house otherwise hell linger around for the whole day, like I said pricing is far off from being competitive, and if sign up with the HERO program which they strongly push do your math cause youll end up paying for 2-3 units by the time you pay it off if you wait for the whole 10 yr term, i saved by paying it off in a couple of yrs but still got ripped off by escalated pricing from comfort and interest charge by HERO ! dont believe me check it out for yourself BE WISE learn from my mistake !
They recently installed a new air and heating system and the heating system is very loud when it runs. It is disruptive to the entire house. The technician was 3 hours late and I was told there is nothing he can do. Very disappointing and unprofessional.
Terrible customer service! Previously purchased a maintenance contract and scheduled my annual service visit only to get a call the same day saying they had an emergency and needed to reschedule. On the rescheduled date they called again with the same story. I said I couldnt reschedule again so they said the tech would be there between 3PM - 6PM. By 6:30PM no one had showed up or called and no one would answer my calls at the office so we left for dinner. At 7PM a tech shows up but we had left. Rescheduled (3rd time!) for today again between 3PM - 6PM. I called at 3:30PM to confirm that we were on the schedule and was told they didnt show us on a schedule and how about next week?HOW DO I GET MY MONEY BACK????????
Sal Salcedo came to service our furnace for the winter season. He was very knowledgeable and very meticulous in his work on the furnace. It looked like it was new when he was finished. Two parts were needed to complete the furnace work and after inspecting the vents and ducts he recommended that the fiberglass ducts and some of the registers be replaced as well as the thermostat and advised to install a new high quality air filter for the furnace.An appointment was made for the recommended repairs and replacements. Richard and Manny came on the appointed date. They covered the floors and furniture in the room with access to the ducts and likewise were meticulous and hard working; taking care of the repairs on the furnace, installation of the new thermostat, new ducts and registers in a timely manner. All the people at Home Comfort are friendly and courteous and keep their word as to what they will do and when they will do the work. I am impressed at their level of competence and their work ethic. The furnace and AC work great with much improved and cleaner air flow especially to the upper floors.I heartily recommend them for your service needs. Not something that I am able to do very often for other service providers.

Not a good experience. They say they work on Lennox ac units but they dont. Nice people but if it requires more than a filter cleaning dont bother to call them
John came out during the time frame specified, He was courteous and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to detect the problem quickly and I had air working right away. It was a very positive experience and I will definitely call Home Comfort USA again.
Zach arrived a little bit early, which is always a good sign. Weve been struggling to figure out all the issues with our system, had another company come out a few times, but still things were not 100%. Zach was thorough in his inspection, took pictures, explained clearly what I was seeing, even explained to my husband over the phone what needed to be done to extend the life of our very old heat pump. He then did the repairs, took more pictures, explained them as well, and rechecked to make sure everything was working at its optimum levels. All this in 3 hours. I seriously could not ask for more.
We just had our AC unit checked out and serviced by Manny and Josh, they were awesome. They were on time, courteous and very clean. Supervisor Mario showed up to check on the progress. I like a company that goes the extra mile just to make sure everything is going ok. We’ll definitely use them again and I’d recommend their service, great attitude. They are the Super Mario’s team.
We had HCUSA replace our Whole System (EVERYTHING) a few years ago at the time we also purchased there 10 year warranty also they call every year to schedule a servicing to keep warranty up to date. Jynessa came out today to take care of our AC issues. She was very knowledgeable, hardworking, friendly and efficient. She explained every step of the process and gave me several options for completing my repairs. It is employees like her that will keep me me comng back to Home Comfort. I contacted Home Comfort concerning a non-functioning AC unit and their Tech John was sent in a timely manner on a hot Friday afternoon. John arrived and put on booties over his shoes immediately showing respect for our home.. He proceeded to handle the job with courtesy, knowledge and professionalism, keeping us completely informed all along the way. The unit was repaired and in fact, it has never worked as well. In addition, the price charged was quite reasonable and more than competitive with others in this business with whom we have had dealings. I am only sorry that I hadnt discovered Home Comfort and John before.

My system was installed by Home Comfort 5-years ago. They have come for standard maintenance twice a year. Ive purchased additinal items, as recommended by techs (air scrubber, compressor-saver kit). This past weekend, the unit stopped working - no cold air flow. A tech came out and called for a supervisor. The compressor completely blew out/burned out. Replacement and repairs took 2 days of work. In my specific case, the company covered all expenses. Unbelievable. Fantastic attitude and service! Thankful & blessed.
I recently had Travis and Jorge out to perform a tune up on my furnace. They performed a deep cleaning on my system, it was very dirty! I told them that my system is very loud when it comes on that I have to turn the volume up on my television. I also had airflow issues in my childrens room. Travis provided solutions for me on how to remedy these situations.Travis was amazing!!! He made me laugh and I knew I only wanted him to help me out with these problems!! I almost got him fired because he wanted to get me the best deal! I felt so bad that I felt the need to show my appreciation! The installation team came out and were very professional and really cared about the cleanliness of my home. Manny, Ramon, and Richard (installers) did a great job! Home Comfort USA is the real deal. They completely rocked it! I heard their advertisement on the radio and decided to give them a try. I was really impressed with everyone with whom I dealt. From the kind lady Nicole, who took my phone call, all the way to Brian my project manager. I ended up purchasing a new A/C unit from them and I received some additional information on air purification. I’ve always been interested in that, maybe next year? Anyways, what more can I say but these guys are awesome!

We had excellent service. Chris was very informative and friendly. They also came out to install sooner than we thought. That made me very happy! The installers, Adam and Enardo were very nice and worked hard and got the job done. We are very pleased.
Be aware of home comfort and do your research. Make sure you get multiple quotes from different companies before you decide to have work done. I called up Home Comfort to fix my heating unit, and the guy that came out was really nice and courteous. He fixed my heating unit and told me what was wrong with it. The job Cost $394. After the repairman left, I looked up the part which cost $30. After reading some other reviews on this company, Im pretty sure I paid more than I should have. I should have researched before, but I didnt know what was wrong with my heating unit, so I trusted Home Comfort. Im regretting that decision.
I highly recommend Home Comfort USA, everybody I spoke with was very friendly and helpful from the sales rep to the installers. I had an HVAC and insulation installed and they did great work; they explained the whole process, the installers were on time, they cleaned up after they were done and they even took out the old floor heaters (I wasnt expecting that). As for pricing, it was a great price when compared to other places (other places had higher prices).Thank you Home Comfort USA.
The tech, Manny Ponce, did a very thorough check of our system including suggestions for making it better. There were no pressure tactics which was greatly appreciated and probably means I will take his suggestions.
We heard Home Comfort USA’s add on the radio and schedule a consultation. Jason Ryan meet us at our house in Tustin, CA, on time, and assessed our HVAC system needs. Our HVCA system was quite old (32 yrs) but still working. Jason did a through inspection looking at our force air unit, compressor, vents and duct systems. We went over the various option to replace our system, both pros and cons and most importantly cost. Jason was very knowledgeable, courteous and trustworthy. He worked with us to get the very best system for our budget. We decided to take advantage of their financing discount and an additional first available appointment discount. Within 3 days (Friday - Monday) we has a crew of installers removing our old system and installing new equipment. We also decided to replaced our ducts. We were pleasantly surprise they were able to instal the new equipment and ducts in one day (about 6.5 hours). Santiago Nuñez and Lupe Fernandez did a fantastic job installing our new HVAC, compressor and vents. Miguel Rodriquez and Douglas Alvarado worked on the ducts. In about 3 hours Miguel and Douglas had all the ducks removed and the new ones installed. Both crews conducted their work in a very professional manner and kept their work space clean at all times, covering our floors and carpets.I asked Santiago for a little assistance. I needed some help moving a filling cabinet we just purchased into the house. Santiago and Lupe not only helped, they insisted on moving the cabinet by themselves. They moved the cabinet upstairs and set it in place. I truly appreciate them helping me out.We are very pleased with the new system and the work conducted be Home Comfort USA. The air quality in our house has noticeably improved and were looking forward to the summer.
Called HomeComfortusa today to have my AC looked at. Max and Tim came out and found several issues with my dying system. First impressions, Clean cut and very professional. In less than an hour they found the issue with my system. Not only did they find the issue, Tim actually went into my 100+ attic and took pictures and found other issues with my duct work. He also suggested a few changes that will increase my efficiency. They gave me several options and to repair or replace my old system. After some negotiating they gave my a killer deal I could not refuse. I will update my review after the work is complete.

I still have the original boots, finally got new plates. Dave sells and provides the idea that you are getting what you want. However, writes work order for job, leaving a customer to believe that its not necessary to be written ad standard part of job.
I had to replace my 26 year old furnace and A/C units due to their wear out.Tim Eagleson and Travis went out of their way and helped me to get a great price on the whole package. A special thanks to Bill, Morgan and Jason.Bladimir and Sopany installed new units today and their work is tremendous.I really appreciate their timeliness and technical expertise.I hired few other HVAC guys in the past years. Just please get multiple quotes.Also they have separate salesmen and install crews and the sales men will say anything to get you signed on then send out a crew that has to try and do the stuff the salesmen promised.avoid this company and good luck
Elan came to do the first inspection on my new furnace, and kindly explained to me how to change the filter, where the gas valve shutoff was, and how to operate the thermostat. I had forgotten all since the instal last December. He was very patient, which I appreciate. He also answered all my questions regarding air conditioning and removal of asbestos, should I decide to do it. I would highly recommend Elan to anyone who is thinking about replacing their equipment.
DO NOT USE THESE CROOKS! They sent a repairman today who informed my wife it would cost over $4k to fix our furnace. I can purchase a brand new one for $1,460! Look it up...American Standard Freedom 80 Two Stage. The sad thing is my wife heard of them over The Fish radio station. They claim to be a Christian business and still try to pull the wool over the wifes eyes while the husband is away. Unfortunately for them, my wife is not stupid and called the repairman on all of his BS. Of course, his replies were that he doesnt know he only does what hes told by the company! RIDICULOUS!!! Its people like this who give not only Christian businesses a bad name but other legit businesses as well!I DO NOT CARE WHAT THE OTHER REVIEWS STATE...DO YOU HOMEWORK AND FIND ANOTHER COMPANY!!
