The ice cream was delicious. Salted and malted chocolate chip cookie dough was fantastic. The service was great and considering its made in house ice cream in downtown Disney, the prices were reasonable. A word to the wise, if you dont care for crowds, dont come here. My friend and I came on a Monday night and there were tons of people everywhere. We only came here for ice cream and the parking for less than 1 hour was $10. Thats a little ridiculous. Great ice cream though.

The strawberry balsamic ice cream was phenomenal! Like wow tasty! Quality of ice cream was superb. Lots of creative flavors here to try that actually taste quite gourmet. Wish I could come here weekly :)

I’m so happy my boyfriend took me here. Seriously the best ice cream I’ve EVER had! Kinda expensive but worth it lol I believe I had the praline flavor but I don’t remember the exact name. Wish i got a better picture before I ate it.

Tried the Honey Lavender and the chocolate brownie. Brownie is really decadent but not a huge fan of the honey lavender. Wouldve liked to have the option of a simple & tradicional strawberry 🍓 ice cream but all of the flavors are something original. Nice to see they have vegan options.

If I’m gonna pay for expensive ice cream, I want it to be weird and delicious. We came to try the seasonal flavors and they really did pay off. The pumpkin (witches brew) and it was THE BEST pumpkin dessert I’ve ever had. It was exactly what I have always wanted in a pumpkin ice cream. We also loved the Peach & Sage Cornbread stuffing. It is a must try. So unfortunately yes, I’ll be paying for this expensive ice cream more than I’d like! lol (even the vegan sorbets are super delicious)

Unique tasting ice cream, sweet with a hint of saltiness. Very new to this type of ice cream and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Line and wait time is manageable but can get busy during days that are more hot. Great to visit on a hot day or if youre already strolling around the resort area. One of my new go-to spots when I am in Disneyland.

I love that they always have a non-diary option for me and its always delicious. Now for those of you without dietary restrictions, my hubby always lets me take a small bite of his. Yummy!!!

The best ice cream ever. Strawberry honey balsamic is my favorite, but really Id eat any of them. Not too sweet, just rich and delicious. Tried them for the first time many years ago in Portland, and I was so excited when they added this store. Delivery to your home is good too though. So no matter how you get it, always tasty!! Mmmm! I was really disappointed with my experience. I wish they had some classic flavors which is what mostly everyone is looking for. Overall prices isn’t that bad and the line went pretty fast. Overall they’re ice cream wasn’t my favorite. They look good but don’t taste so good. I’m sorry to give this a one start but I think flavors should be explored.

Prices werent bad considering it was Downtown Disney. Ice cream was very good and they have very unusual flavors. Will be glad when they allow sames again to try some of the more exotic flavor combinations. Super friendly staff even when they were slammed with customers!

They make you put in your address for a receipt. They only clean their iPad once an hour. Which is like after 100 people touch the device. The ice cream was excellent.

Taste good but more like mixing good ice-cream and chunky fruit/pastry on my own at home. The black Halloween waffle cone tasted very so-so but soft (not sure if it were because i went there after 9pm so that the cone had become old) and made me threw up badly.

True to its hype, this place has good ice cream. The texture and flavor is subtle but flavorful. Enough sweetness and perfectly balanced flavors

I’m writing this review because of the great customer service I experienced while I was there. I unfortunately did not get the name of the guy who helped me out but the tall skinny dude with glasses and kind of curly hair was extremely helpful and great. Treat that dude right he’s a great worker and good person.

I had such a wonderful experience at this Salt & Straw tonight due to excellent service by Kiely. She graciously told me all about the various flavors I was interested in, which was especially valuable given the extraordinary variety Salt & Straw continuously offers. Despite the long line, she made me and my party feel totally at ease and not rushed at all. She truly took the already amazing ice cream to a whole new level of a dessert experience. I can’t wait to come back and I hope I am served by her again. Thank you Kiely!

First time I’ve ever had ice cream with cheese in it. The blue cheese and pear ice cream was much better than I expected. I loved the one with parmesan cheese in it (Geronimo Stilton).

I try sea salt and caramel, honey lavender,black olive..., pots of gold and rainbow and chip cookie and i surprisedly i didn’t like any of those flavor ☹️Just my five years old daughter likes the pots of gold and rainbow flavor.

The service staff are great with suggestions, and generous with samples. I notice they use reusable metal spoons, which is a plus for me.

Vegan or not, the Roasted Strawberry Coconut is killer, and Im a huge fan of the whimsical Pots of Gold & Rainbows: a fun, colorful take on todays cereal milk trend.Absolutely worth a stop if you find yourself in Downtown Disney, as its the best ice cream you can get on property. And this is coming from a lifelong Dole Whip fan.

So, if youre like me and youre actually looking for a salt and straw joint and not downtown disney, this place is a little tricky. Basically, it is inside downtown disney. Dont worry though, you can validate and get free parkir for a scoop of nice hearty ice cream. Line can usually go long, but its a quick serve. Wait shouldnt be longer than 10 mins. I ordered salt and caramel ice cream, definitely worth the wait!

Like nothing you have tried before. Be brave and try one of their many unique flavors. This replaced the former Haagen-Dazs ice cream store. We were sad to see them leave, but much happier once we tried salt & straw. the staff is incredibly friendly and more than welcoming to let you try many of the flavors before you decide. Get three hours free parking with validation for the downtown Disney parking area. No, it cost $7 per 30 minutes after the validation. This is a great addition to downtown Disney and I strongly recommend you wait in the typically long lines which move fairly quick.

So excited that I finally got to check out salt & straw after having followed them on Instagram! As you would expect, there was a huge line. But the amazing thing is, they have all of the flavors sold in the store in pints, so you can grab one and skip the line! This only works if the people in your party are willing to share a pint of one flavor instead of getting their own flavor.We shared the seasonal carrot cake ice cream. I love carrot cake, and this was the first time I experienced it as an ice cream. It was amazing! I would order it again. I just wish their cookies and cream flavors were not all chocolate based. I need cookies and cream with vanilla! Otherwise, would definitely recommend.

Wow. This has become my favorite ice cream place. I tell everyone about it now. The employees here are killing it and they share my enthusiasm for ridiculously good ice cream. It’s way better than anything they have in the park and honestly better than anything outside the park as well. I love coming here after a long day at Disney. It’s become one of our favorite family traditions. Try it. Love it. Buy a hat!

During our Disney trip we got ice cream from here twice!!! Unique flavors that were very tasty. Enjoyed it so much had to find out if there was one in the city we are from. Tried the seasonal flavors and the texture of cookies inside was so dang good! The Rubarb crumble was like eating pie in ice cream form. And the strawberry coconut one was like eating a fresh strawberry. Fresh tasting. I got one regular scoop and a split scoop in a waffle cone! Best ice cream in a cone I have had yet! It even looked kinda like a Mickey head lol

I went to this Salt & Straw location once in May of 2019. It was a typical Salt & Straw location with the usual delicious flavors. No issues then!I tried to get ice cream here in January 2021 during the second Covid shutdown. This is mostly NOT this particular stores fault, which is why Im still giving a 3-star review, rather than 1 or 2 stars. But... Downtown Disney as a whole has handled this as badly as possible. I talked to multiple employees of this store, and they all indicated that I could place an order online and come pick it up at the store. However, no one made it explicitly clear how the process worked. It turns out that DTD does not allow ANY sort of order pickup. In order to pick up my already-placed order from this Downtown Disney location, I would have had to wait in an hour-long line to get into the parking lot and pay $10 for parking just to get my ice cream, even though I wasnt staying for any length of time. There was no option of parking in a pickup area, walking up to get my ice cream, then leaving.No one at the store knew this, or else they didnt make it clear in any way. This has unfortunately caused this particular Salt & Straw location to permanently lose my business, even after the shutdown will be over.

I had their ice cream countless times, and its always a great experience if youre an adventurous type. They have lavender flavors, and one of my most favorite items theyve ever made was a matcha ice cream with critters in them during Halloween! Totally insane, yes, and thats why I was so intrigued with it and ended up ordering it twice lol. Definitely try this place out if you love ice cream and trying new things!

I have a very sensitive milk allergy, so I went for the vegan chocolate hazelnut ice cream. I told the associate that I have a milk allergy, and without me asking, they asked if my allergy was sensitive enough if I would like them to use a clean scoop to avoid cross-contamination with milk based ice creams. I can count on one hand that some place has asked me that. Long story short (tldr;), if you have an allergy, you must go here. Oh, and the ice cream was epic.

Delightful ice cream in the heart of a very magical place! I had the Salted, Malted, Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, which was absolutely amazing. The Cookie Dough pieces were nice and soft! My husband had the Apple Brandy & Pecan Pie, which was an amazing seasonal treat! The employees were very kind & friendly, which made for an even better experience. I will most definitely be back!
