I had an excellent customer experience with this company. I emailed because I bought a house and there were no shelves in some of the cabinets. My customer service EXPERT, Dawn Curington, took fabulous care of me. She was quick on the response and taking care of my problem by shipping out new shelves for me. My cabinets are now complete! DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT TO BE SHIPPED!This is how bad it is. This is my first negative review ever from an Amazon purchase. Cabnit was delivered to my home by Fedex. I noticed the truck pull up front and unnload the cabnit. I walked out and greeted driver. The cabnit was bubble wrapped. I removed the bubble wrap. The cabnit had cardboard caps on the top and bottom with two plastic bands. The first overall appearance seemed ok. Now that the weekend is here I cut the two packing band straps and the cabnit totally callapsed as if staged for some comedy act. My bad for trusting a company to properly pack their product. DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU OWN STOCK IN ELMERS GLUE AND YOU HAVE A DAY OF NOTHING TO DO. AND NOW TWO DAYS HAVE PASSED FOR THEIR NO RETURN POLICY. RSI and AMAZON SHOULD BE ASHAMED. NO RETURN??? They make appointment for preloaded trailer but they are never ready on time

Got there at 12am slept in their yard, got up at 6 the next day offloaded un 40 minutes I was out by 6:40 very fast unload
