Absolutely clean and beautiful assortment, especially sectionals and beds. All high end and fairly priced. The owner Sam has been a great help throughout the buying process.
Paid for a brand new one, and then when came to pick up on a day that we arranged with them, was told “hey we are out of stock of your bed frame, so I have to give you the floor model” “Well I paid for a new one, does the floor model have a discounted price” “No you’ve already paid so you get floor model” then the Asian guy got very upset and told me I can cancel my order if it’s that much of an issue. I can see why this place has 2.5 stars
Don’t buy anything from Heidi Furniture since their imported brands might not adhere to standard American dimensions.The king size bed frame I bought is 2 inches wider than the king size mattress.I wasted a lot of money on a piece of furniture that looks hideous.
This is the worst quality service and products!!! We bought a sealy mattress that were defective causing serious back pains and they overcharged us for returning this defective item!!!! Wasted so much of our time and money for this lowest quality service
If I can give this place a NO star I would. I arrived to this place on a Sunday searching for a table. I was in there about an hour and I received no help at all. I found a table I really liked and was help by the rudest sales person EVER. Everyone else who walked into the store was Chinese or Korean and received help right away. When I advised himI wanted to pay credit he told me to come back another time because he didnt know how to process it. I told him i needed the table the same day, he called someone on the phone by the name of Jennifer and she walked me through the process ( yes i did my own processing and invoice). The sales person then said he HE CANT DELIVER BECAUSE ITS SUNDAY AND I WOULD HAVE TO PICK UP SAME DAY IF I NEEDED THAT DAY. I said thats fine i will come back to pick up the table ( same day, Sunday). Came back to pick up the table with a truck I rented on my own from home depot at 5:50pm and he said to leave and come back another time! he said it wasnt a good time for him cause they close in 10min . I advised him i needed my table, i bought it, he made his sale, and i would like to take it home as discussed. He then started YEllING at the top of his lungs to come back another time that it wasnt good for him. He locked the door in my face, went back inside, and didnt even leave the building until 6:30pm. Then next day MONDAY, i called back to speak with owner, spoke with Jennifer and said owner was out of country in China. Told Jennifer what happen the day before with sales person, she really didnt say much, i asked her to deliver for free since they inconvenienced me, said that she would call me back. She finally called me back on Thursday morning to say she can deliver for a fee of $50 same day, told her I would call her back since I was at work. She called me back Friday to say she can deliver again on Saturday for a flat fee of $50 ( their delivery fee is $50 anyway). I asked her why do i have to pay a fee when i tried to pick up the table the same day i bought it and i wasnt allowed to take my table ? She said she was making me an OFFER and she will not do deliver for free. I advised her i dont think i should have to pay for delivery again. She said OK ELIZABETH WHAT DO YOU WANT TO DO, IM BUSY DOiNG DELIVERY SCHEDULES .This is the worst place I have ever bought furniture from, no customer services skills at all, not trying to work with the client who gave them $1000 for a table, not flexible, rude, racist if you are latino/latina .I still have not got the table . Please stay away do not buy from here.
The guy at this place it’s the rudest Korean sales person in the entire world! If you are a Latin persone please don’t go here. He will ignore you. Hope this person learn to treat people the way he would like to be treated when he goes to a store.

WORST FURNITURE STORE - RIPPED US OFF BY OVER $500 COMPARED TO OTHER STORES (Sears, Macys, Sealy etc..) WITH WORST QUALITY MATTRESS (DEFECTIVE) AND Refused to answer calls and lied that Sam (owner) is not the owner, who was actually the owner. Owner refused to processed the Warranty for Sealy (Sealy guarantees for 10 years warranty for their mattress but this owner wont help you to process the warranty for $2,000 worth Sealy Mattress - defective causing severe back pains for me and my husband!) I would never recommend this place to anyone!!Check the prices and compare much lower prices online at other department stores!!!
Horrible bad quality. Very cheaply made furniture, guaranteed to break or wear out in record time. Do not buy furniture here if you actually expect to use it!
