The people that work here are incredible. They had to make me a new muffler to put the glass packs on my car for me. It didnt take them long and the price was a lot less than I expected.

Great place. Took my 18 impreza for a muffler install. Asked Some questions and the gentleman answered them very professionally He was very honest and did great work. After he finished welding up the muffler he checked for any leaks and found one and made sure he fixed it. The whole process took about 40 minutes but that because they were busy with a previous customer. Great place and would definitely recommend it.

I wouldnt recommend this auto service shop at all. I took my car in for a vehicle inspection and all the mechanic did was plug the scanner into my vehicle and mentioned that my cars transmission was failing and that it had all these issues. The mechanic never showed me the scanner to show me all the codes or “issues” that my car supposedly had. Not to mention, that he didnt even pop the hood of my car to check it like any other mechanic would do. I went to a different mechanic and he said he didnt understand how the other mechanic concluded that my transmission was failing without fully inspecting my vehicle. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Yesenia in the front is attentive and very professional at her job and also knows her car stuff..owners son juan carlos is a beast at what he does..they work on cars as if they were their own..the best part of this establishment is the owner have known him all my life and that is the hardest working man other than my father I know..when the words orgullo Hispano comes to my head I think of carlos hernandez a mexican born living in the US with a lucrative and successful business and an honest man...keep up the good work everyone in that establishmemt

They make you feel at home my wife and I just got food went to the shop they came to away to pull my car in and the guy told me to go sit over there at the table and when the car was finished they let me finish my food and then I paid thanks guys for the good work appreciate it

These guys are great. No nonsense, low prices, in and out quick, very professional. The lead mechanic took me under my car and showed me exactly where the cracks in my exhaust were, where needed new welding, and what needed replacement. Charged 180$ for a new catback and welded it in place, and it looks great.A little rough around the edges, but couldnt be happier with the service. Thank you

Arrived 30 minutes before closing time on a Wednesday. My old Volvos exhaust was making noise and clearly had a leak. I popped in to get estimate, but they also were able to fix leak in less than 15 minutes...and less than $40! Great place.

If I could leave less than one star I would. Customer service is non existent, waited endlessly while they talked on the phone then I finally just left which was NOT easy because I didnt have a can opener to remove my car from their nightmare parking area. If you get your car worked on by Anchor you have my sympathy or you dont mind being ignored or you are a gluten for punishment. Good luck.

The place doesn’t look appealing, but the staff and mechanics are efficient and trustworthy. I was able to change my exhaust immediately without appointment. Prices are also good. Highly recommend.

This place is honest and very helpful. Im recommending them to all my family and friends. My car was making a loud clanking noise, and everywhere I would take it, the mechanics would tell me that the engine was failing.. But then comes anchor muffler in my life. Problem resolved and nothing was wrong with the engine. All I needed was a new starter motor. Thank you all at anchor.

Went there on a Friday afternoon at right after 5PM, they squeezed me in at the last minute before closing, installed a Catalytic Converter in 20 minutes. Awesome!!! cheap and quick! Thank you!Update: Weld came loose after installing a resonator the following week. Affordable, cheap, and wreckless...did a good job...but damaged my car. Guy drives my car fast up the lift and the loose muffler smashes into my bumper apron tearing it outward...wreckless! Fixed the welds and sent me on my way...nothing else said...jerks!
