They sold me a dud. I traded in my nice 4-runner for a BMW at their lot and after I got it home I immediately started getting a driver train malfunction. I took it to Kendall Toyota and they said I would need to take it to a BMW for repairs. BMW has worked on it three separate times and hasn’t been able to fix it. Most expensive mistake I’ve ever made.

Just bought a used Toyota this Saturday. Our salesman was very nice. We negotiated on the price and I felt we got a fair deal. They were not too pushy and did not try to sell us on extra items or an extended warranty. The extended warranty was offered but it wasnt pushed on us if we didnt want it. We did our homework on used car prices so we had a pretty good idea of what we were going to pay. Our salesman called us 2 days after the sale to see if we were satisfied and had any questions. We received excellent service from Eric Garcia, Josh and Robbie. We arrived from South Africa and they treated us as if we were their only customers. We spent several hours there trying to get payment sorted out as our debit cards were a problem but they drove us to the bank and we got all the money drawn and paid. I have had terrible sales and service and not just one kendall dealership but two of them. Both kendall ford budget lot was terrible from sales and service. The manager of kendall ford store main lot called me about the bad service. He was awesome gave me faith again in kendall. Ive bought from Kendall for years even bought from there oregon and idaho stores. After the manager calling me i had faith the bad service i got was an isolated case . I went to Kendall ford store of Wasilla. Bad bad service they just dont care about customer service i guess. Seems to be company wide bad service these days. Sad they were so good at one point. We will not be buying from them again.
