Everyone knows that buying a used car can be a bit of a gamble. With Red, White and Blue it was a winning bet. I was looking for a van to use as a work vehicle and found a great deal on a Chrysler mini van, and bought it off the lot same day. Unfortunately sometimes little things can go wrong and I ended up having some issues with the vehicle as I drove it home to Seward. I called Marcus and Toby at RW&B and with no questions asked they said they would take care of any issue and they didnt leave me hanging. They were solid and simple to work with, no double talk or run around, very straight forward. They worked with my local mechanic and payed for the repair with no fuss. I didnt have to lift a finger they took care of everything. In a time when its easy to be put on hold and forgotten about, these gentlemen took care of business the old fashioned way, up front and honestly. Would absolutely buy another vehicle from them in the future.

Sold me a lemon that blew up a couple months later. All they could offer me was a discount on the engine replacement at their personal shop. The same shop that put a new used turbo on it.Had an independant shop check it out prior to blowing up and they informed me of the rod knock that started this whole shebang. I tracked down the original owner and come to find out they bought the car at auction and flipped it. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

Guys were really nice, I really enjoy the vehicle I purchased, although I cant give them 5 stars because when we purchased the vehicle, there was a huge stain in the back seat flooring, instead of saying its a used vehicle sorry, they said theyd take care of it no charge.. lol they seriously just took a similar grey spray paint and went over it... now after almost 2 years of owning it, the red stain is coming through the paint and when the sun hits it just right you can see the 2 different greys :) I laughed because I know its a used vehicle it cant be perfect and because it took me 2 years to notice!

As far as used car dealers go:I dont trust car dealers. Its a little bit like doing a drug deal. There is no trust there. These guys are no exception.That being said, I did buy a beater with a heater from them almost two years ago and Im still satisfied.There are dealers in Anchorage that you should avoid. Especially the listings on Facebook IMHO.But this shop is ok in my book. The only negative (as far as used car dealers go) is they dont offer a warranty.That being said, if they have a vehicle you might be interested in, go take it for a test drive.In my experience, the staff is friendly and relaxed.Thanks!

Bought a truck that ended up having a bad transmission from these guys and they fixed it after I told them but it turned out they just patched it up to get us “along down the road” and very dangerous bent brake lines and the wires were just jammed together to the transmission after they said they fixed it for us. We found out when we took it to an actual dealership after it would not go to park or reverse after a week of RWB “supposedly fixing” it, that is where we Ended up paying over $6000 to have the truck we bought from them just to get it on the road SAFELY within two months. Worst car experience I’ve ever had and have learned the hard way never to go to what the bank referred to places like this “a dirt lot”. Wished I could give no star!

I recently purchased a vehicle from red white and blue auto. I have to say it was one of the better used car deals I have experienced. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I came away with the car I wanted under book value. I took the car straight to my mechanic and it was good to go aside from being about due for an oil change, but oil needs to be changed no matter how you buy a car from. Bought a used car from these guys back in 2013. Fast forward to December of 2018, had a pulley on the timing belt seize and spin around the bolt. After getting it open, turns out RWB installed the timing belt backwards and reused all the old pulleys. Amazing it lasted this long.Make sure you ask for the invoice price, or how much the dealer is making off of your purchase.

It was clean and had been well-maintained by its previous owners, and had a lot of necessary maintenance work put into it by the dealership. I bought a Toyota Avalon through Donnie the salesman around August I believe of this year and the sell was easy and everything and they were really nice and friendly but I believe they reset the trouble codes of the car and the airbag light came on within 24 hours of driving the vehicle and Ive been trying to get it replaced till December now. And Donnie and Tito told me the part was on the way multiple times
