The gentleman that helped me is a gem. Made my experience a great one with att
AT&T has always been good with any questions or concerns about my account or phones that Ive had through them. Just waiting for my new account to expire so money doesnt end up going onto that one instead of the old one with my original phone number.Everything else is great with them.
Back in November when the iPhone 12 Pro Max came out I ordered it through ATT for the $700 trade in credit that was offered for my phone at the time. The very same day I got my new phone I sent out my old phone by USPS. Kept the receipt just in case, and so glad I did. It was lost at some point in transit. Eventually it made it’s way to ATT and I reached out to an online chat and asked the status of my credit. I was told it was received and I would get the credit in 2-3 Billing cycles. Those cycles came by and through and still nothing. Reached out by the Customer support by phone and was told the same thing. Still nothing. Finally I made my way to this store and I asked a wonderful woman named Minette if she would be able to help me figure out what was going on and she was so nice and put everything down and asked me questions to further help me. She sent in a ticket for me and for reasons unknown to both of us it got denied even though I met all criteria for the trade in. She sent in another ticket explaining why it needs to be fulfilled days later I received my $700 credit in full. I truly appreciate Minette for the work she put in to figure this out for me where the customer support couldn’t. Thank you so much!
Allie? from Palmer solved my AT&T phone issue at the AT&T store at Anchorage Business Park - Success!!
I went in, got quick service for once, wanted to switch over to new phone since old phone is not going to work on the network. (xperia xa2 H3223)The phone I brought in was another sony, but after switching out the sim card, it wasnt being accepted into the network. Rep checked the list of authorized phones, it wasnt on it.So I intend to return it, and try to find something that is on the list. When returning the sim card to the old phone, the data no longer worked. It could still accept calls and text, but it can no longer connect to the internet.I was told theres nothing they can do, but they offered 3 other phones to replace the old one. Each of which is unacceptable. (apple phone, I hate the OS), flip phone (yeah right), and a samsung phone that has stats that look like it came out 10 years ago. (1080x720, 32 gigs storage)I want my old phone to work like it did before the visit, at least until the announced shut off date, as I look for other alternatives, or wait to see if more options become available throughout the year.Currently the only sony phones available on the system cost 900$ to 1100$.Which is why waiting seems to be a better option at the moment. But because my current phone no longer works with the system, that option has been taken away from me.Im likely going to talk to GCI and Verizon and see what they have to offer.Ive been AT&T customer since 2014.This kind of service looses my patronage.
Very helpful and making we got what we need . We will recommend to friends and family to get AT&T
Fast save me money brain eligible would come here again
Scot didnt know the difference between a pixel and a pixel XL. Sold me a regular when I asked for an XL. They had it in stock because I went back in couple minutes later to get it straightened out. How can you rely on employees to do the right thing, when they dont even know what theyre doing? This was 2 weekends ago, but I wasnt going to let this pass with no say.
I can’t say enough positive things about this store. I was looking for a reason to change over from my current cell phone company and their service alone was enough to convince me to switch. Shanon helped me understand everything and made the process as painless as possible. If you have any business to conduct with AT&T, I would highly recommend this location.
Best AT&T this side of the Mississippi! Great customer service skills, quick service, and without pressuring me to buy things I don’t need. I will recommend this to everyone.
I ended up visiting this location after trying Dimond, but didn’t really feel like waiting 30 minutes to an hour. I was seen within 10 minutes by Scott who was more than helpful in getting me the information and service I was looking for quickly. If I ever need anything else in the future, I will certainly be going back to this location.
AT&t speaks for itself, better service
Went to this location a couple months ago and had terrible customer service. Was greeted at the door by a worker inside the store and they made us talk to them outside. That wasnt that bad except for the worker kept on insisting at saying six feet away. The problem with this was we could barely see the iPad with all the account information we came to see. After finally learning about some account details we discovered that we had an extra line on the plan...this really put a damper on the situation. To make it even more complicated instead of being able to fix the problem right then and there we had to call a specific number to get help from a representative of AT&t to cancel the extra line.Even though we accomplished what we came to the store for, the Employee we worked with was unfriendly and hard to work with. If we had a better representative to work with the experience could have been MUCH better. To sum it up...the whole experience was awful and now I go to a different AT&t store. I hope if you go to this location your experience is much more pleasant than mine.
Clean, quiet, good selection of cell phones and accessories.
We really appreciate how Scott stayed after hours to help us transfer carrier from tmobile to att asap because tmobile signal here in anchorage is horrible. Professionalism was on point! Customer service was excellent! And with lots of sense of humour! The process in store was welcoming!
One of the worst experiences Ive ever had
Best AT&T ever! The best team and atmosphere. I highly recommend this store.
I love my experience at AT&T, I always get great costumer service and great service. Keep up the great work.
The young lady who helped me was able to fix my phone where no one else was able to for over two months. I hope that she shares her knowledge with your tech support team to help others in the future. She was very knowledgeable and resourceful and deserves to be recognized for her meritorious performance. Thank you
Took my 86 year old friend to this store. I was met by Scott who right then and there set up a new, old style flip phone with a SIM card and programmed it and checked to make sure everything was working correctly. He did it outside so my friend did not have to even enter inside the store. He was polite, professional and it only took a few minutes to wrap the whole process up and we were on our way back home. I do not have AT&T service but I sure would recommend this store and person to anyone that does.
No lines and they were taking a lot of safety precautions. Service was really quick and friendly. Thanks AT&T
Scott Langley - Jones worst person ever to deal with . Mishandled and mistreated customers . The other gentleman working yelled at an elderly lady ... I do not recommend you go to business park ATT if you can avoid it . He needs to be fired
Online service is HORRIBLE !!!!!!where do you get those people ?& forget about getting a new card mailedAT&T doesnt seem to know how to use the post officeJust a HOT MESSI live 200 miles from the at&t storeReally hard to get into townYou have good employees at this store
I can’t say enough positive things about this location and the people that work there. I’ve never had to wait like I have at other locations and I’ve had easy transactions with every employee I’ve dealt with. I’ll keep coming back to this store for the people and their great customer service.
It worked out got what I went in for. Minimal crowd at this location.
The customer service at this location was outstanding this morning! The gentleman who helped us even came out to the car to take care of my girlfriends sim card issue not even knowing she was waiting in the car because she uses a wheelchair.
Christina, the manager, was so so amazing; she helped me with two complicated transactions that involved moving business accounts to a personal account, closing multiple-party teleconference services... At one point she had two different phones in her hands and was talking to a national service office on each phone. She made a horrible task (closing a business because of a death) more humane and kinder. She is also just an ATT badass at getting the job done. Thank you, Christina!
Not many people, quick to be seen
Well, I was glad someone answered at first. Then was immediately disappointed at the so called “customer service” that I expected to get.I was calling with an issue & trying to explain my situation when the person on the other line interrupted my introduction to my problem with what I assume was a condescending tidbit. I hung up because that was extremely rude to interrupt before I was even finished explaining my problem. For management this happened today at 2:57pm & it was a mans voice.
Location is a little more difficult to get to, it’s probably the biggest drawback to this location, but location does make a difference. The service here is about as good as any other of their locations. They seem to always have the items that run out at the other stores in town.
GREAT customer service, but I do need to add that they cannot transfer your information from one phone to another for you. You will have to do that on your own.
This location is definitely the best AT&T store in Anchorage. The staff are friendly and helpful and I’ve not had any issues at this location. Unfortunately, I can’t say as much for the other locations around town.
A friend needed an emergency phone, went and had them adjust my old phone for the friend, very knowledgeable staff who helped us out. Very impressed.
I felt like I was being run out like I was homeless. I am a heavy equipment mechanic and I recently switched to AT&T and was asking for help with my phone
I lost my phone several days ago and went to the store to have an associate help me. No one at the store really wanted to help and tried to get me to do a claim online. Which would be fine except my laptop just so happens to be broken. In all, so far, Ive made 3 trips to get the run around and false information. The 1st representative at this store (C street) was unfamiliar with android devices but tried to pretend she wasnt (there IS a find my device available through google for android devices that lets you ring or lock your phone and she was unaware of it) She directed me to call samsung and then went off to help other customers and when I needed to ask her information to tell to the samsung representative she was unavailable because she was helping people who came in after me. The next trip I made I did go to a different store and immediately left when I was told there was over an hour wait with 16 people ahead of me. I returned the next day to this store and waited a good half hour to be helped. I had tried to take care of this claim over the phone and was told I would have to go to a store with my ID to finish the claim. That was 2 days ago. I finally have access to the internet at a friends house today and went to check the status. Well apparently Calvin at ATT store C street didnt submit everything properly so when I went online today I, MYSELF, finished the claim. I have been without a phone for 4 days now and just was told it would be 2-3 more days before I receive my replacement in the mail. I cannot even begin to express my frustration with this whole process!! Good customer service is definitely a thing of the past. I wouldnt even give one star for this review if I didnt have to. I had quite a bit of time waiting in the store to see the employees ignore customers. go to the back leaving only 1 rep on the floor when there was at least 10 people waiting. There was several employees there but only one seemed to be working. There was no sign in so all of us waiting were trying to keep tabs of our place in line (which is difficult when there is no line and people are wanting to look at things but scared to lose their place) ...I watched several people just give up and leave. Dissatisfied is an understatement of the service this store provided.
Its great that att is here for you in this time great service great employees!!
Delt with direct TV with at&t, we have never missed a payment. We canceled our direct TV & they wont stop billing us. 2 months in a row weve called to make final payments, I hope to never hear from them again.
Kurtis was fantastic! Truly appreciate his patience with my mother! But I do wish he remembered to tell me that the newest IPhone has no headset hole?? But even with that said he did a stella job!
No help at all ! Verizon is way better and they help you when you need it.
I visited the day after the Nov 2018 earthquake. Some stores were still closed. Nevertheless, the service here was prompt and I accomplished all I needed to do.
We added a line of service and got an iPhone for my sister-in-law at this store. We were visiting from another state and preparing my sister-in-law for her move out of state. She had trouble with texts after porting her number from GCI so returned the phone and cancelled the service within her two eeek grace period. Kristina the store manager credited the phone and cancelled the service but neglected to check one box that verified the phone was returned. With her oversite we are two months later with AT&T still billing us for $672. Multiple phone calls to Customer service and hours spent they say we need to call the store and have Kristina as the manager simply verify on our account that the phone was returned. When I phoned her she was very impolite and said she was powerless to do anything unless I came in to the store. She finally said I could go in to any store and they could verify it. I had to drive 20+ miles to our nearest store, wait thirty minutes to be approached by a sales person only to be told I had to go to a corporate store, they were a reseller and couldn’t help me. I drove to the nearest corporate store where the manager quickly verified for me, and said that Kristina could have resolved this over the phone with me, if she’d wanted to. It was within her power. I’ve been an AT&T mobile customer for years with a perfect record. Thanks to Kristina and the runaround she created our days with AT&T are numbered. Maybe we’ll follow my sisters-in-law to Verizon. Moral of my story, beware. The bright side was the sales person we dealt with, I believe her name was Vida, she was great, very kind and caring. Maybe she could be made manager?UPDATE: I called the store to ask for the AK area manager’s name & contact number. Kristina answered and gave me the name but wouldn’t give me a number. I called another store and they gave me the info without hesitation. I called the area mgr and left two messages. Neither was responded to. I did finally get a full removal of the charges but it took many more calls and miss-steps on AT&T’s part but I believe it’s resolved. Fingers crossed.UPDATE: The manager of the store just reached out to us...two years after the fact. My sister-in-law is now in another state and happy with Verizon service. Too bad they didnt respond when we needed them to.
Super customer service, a nice store. Highly recommend you visit... convenient location, access
This place was a ghost town of youre with AT&T and you want quick service this is where to go. I dont know why people dont come here but this is where you go to get one on one individual service. ItsGet in get out get doneGet on with your life
I like at&t never any problems with them. No over charges. Great plans available for month to month. Grrqt customer service everytime.
I was having issues setting up my new phone and David was wonderful thank you so much!
Can not resolve nothing 3 months now.
The c st location does not have a lot in stock but the wait time seems to be shorter. Good parking.
I have yet to have an issue at any AT&T store. Sure, theyre pricing is expensive. But the local employees dont control that. Their service and professionalism is always on point and a part of the reason I continue to stay with AT&T.
Employees are nice cell service is okay but they charge too much all of their phones and services
Very pleased. Good service and decent value.
Agent was knowledgeable and explained my options. We decided on the best course of action to save me money and time.
This place has better customer service . Dont bother with 5th ave mall or dimond mall.
Might as well just have a storefront with no door. Nothing in stock, no help on the phone. wanted to renew a 2 year contract; no help whatsoever. close her down and just let people order over the web. What a waste of my time, energy and money. Patiently awaiting the arrival of Verizon.
Great service with short wait times. They go above and beyond the call of duty to help customers.
Heres the problem. The only problem the customer service on the phone. The people at the place is very nice. Before going to the place, I had called and by a girl name christina had answered the phone. I had asked her a question and she answered saying, Are you serious? After she said that, she hung up the phone. Really? Just bad phone customer service. All I wanted to know was that if an employee was working there and what answer do I get, Are you serious. If you call the place and a girl name christina picks up, Good Luck!!!!
Very helpful staff
I go to the C Street store. I have found the staff the always friendly and super friendly.
Great customer service the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Very patient with my needing to transfer old phone items to new phone.
Customer care was amazing. Spoke with Shannon
First thing Sunday morning is a great time to visit. Staff is always friendly and helpful but I like the lack of a waiting line.
Only 2 employees here and a lot of customers. Slow...
Excellent service. Such great hospitality.
Seldom any wait, everyone helpful and smiling. I do all my ATT business here.
Love the company, but this specific branch is the best in town. We know a lot of the workers on a personal basis and they will stand for hours helping us with our complicated requests.
AT&T... Thieves. If it wasnt that I can still make calls at sea. Id dump your excessive rates
The guy who attended to me was rude and didnt seem to like what he was doing.
Vita was very polite and helpful
When I went to AT&T they help me to my phone restarted to somehow in the middle of the night had lost all memories from downloading
Really easy to get to in and out in no time
Excellent service and value
Shanon and her co-workers were awesome!!!!
Howard Lau and his incompetent team need to be replaced. Howard needs to not lie to customers about what he can do.
Excellent Service, little out of the way
Theyre helpful
Great service and lots of products available
The AT&T on C street and International is a hidden gem. Almost never a line and great friendly staff.
Best place to get phone and plan
Staff is friendly and helpful, very clean store
C st store is 100% pro customer, unlike Sears mall they dont tend to you right away!
Nice enough folks, but there is often a long wait.
Very professional and helpful staff
