My wife and I purchased a Pella garage door at Lowes on June 16,2019, we did not receive our door until October 22,2019 and during installation we discovered it came with incorrect tracks and torsion system, now our old door is down and gone and were told we wont receive the correct components until December 14th. On the many times weve spoken to Pella weve been told someone will get us an answer an call us regarding sooner delivery, only to not be called. Weve had to call back every time only to speak with someone new and have to explain all over again what the issue is and we start jumping through the same hoops again. Im 52 years old and this is hands down the worst purchase Ive made and the worst customer service Ive received. Highly discourage others from doing business with them. If I could give less than one star I would.
