I submitted my Rolex watch for serviceabout six weeks ago. The main reason for the service was to fix the clasp on the Jubalee bracelet. They put a new crystal on the face and replaced one of the moving hands. When I got the watch back on 09-03-21 I paid the $2,800 repair bill, but the clasp was not fixed. No one had addressed the main issue for the service!

Polite welcoming staff.Earlier this year, I needed the band repaired on my husbands watch. Without hesitation one of the staff looked saw what needed to be fixed and repaired the watch band. While I waited I found a ring I liked. The salesperson gave me a hint hint card with the style number so I could pass it on to my husband for an Anniversary gift idea. It work! I got the ring!
