I purchased a new Cat 236D skid steer in March of 2019. Im not a commercial purchaser with the likelihood of buying another new Cat product. It didnt matter, I was treated very well, post purchase. Josh came out to my residence to go over general operations and maintenance--very thorough, efficient and professional.
