Has about everything you need. Most of the time people working are spaced out and not helpfull. Best to look online and find what isle you item is in.

Reason for bad review I drove a half hour to come buy a saw like other items I have come for inventory was wrong. Anderson SC store map brings up Cumberland MD. Who knows what store the inventory is from? The app says 3 the CSR says 4 and we have hunted half the store and haven’t found any. This may be the 4th trip wasted this year please get a coder to fix the website. It’s wrong and put the stuff you can’t find in one dept so I may have a chance of wasting less time 30min to an hour every trip. Employees tried to help. Yep wasted trip. So just went back into the store map now the aisle is 47 bay 4 and the store map is for Dearborn MI. Added a photo trying to work with a manager to get this issue fixed. I’m sick of hearing I can drive 30 min in another direction and check a store that may have the same issue and calling first when asking for help in person did not work? Not helpful. My best guess the location cookie grabbing software is defunct and if you would just take a persons word they are going to the store selected life would be so much better.Update: the inventory was wrong and most likely pulled from another store. They picked up the saw for me at another store and I believe they are working on correcting this issue. They will probably discover some stores have what they miss on their shelves and maybe they will trade off with other stores and fill those gaps. Thanks to Jasmin and the other manager that actually picked up the saw for me. Also thanks to all the employees along the way that searched for the saws showing in stock. I will keep this up a little longer for people that may be experiencing difficulties getting items showing in stock as I think the automated system that orders has a glitch. People in hands on inventory and order know what’s in there store a national data base knows it’s somewhere but maybe have the wrong stores with a single glitch or keystroke in coding.More boots on the ground.

Shout out to Rick and Trey for their fantastic customer service. We drove to Anderson from Easley because we were told that the Anderson store had the handrail we were looking for. It was there, but still packaged under pounds of other lumber. Rick and Trey were troopers and determined to help us out. A very physical undertaking, but they accomplished it with a smile on their face! So refreshing to get such great, friendly service! Thanks so much to you both!

I had to get a new window unit yesterday.The person at the CSR desk who attended to my purchase needs there is named Nick, or Nicholas. He was very pleasant and really projected a genuine persona if enjoying his job! He represented Home Depot very well.Also, I got to meet the person I had talked with over the phone when I had called to find out about their window AC units. She is one of tge managers there, named Jill.She was a pleasure to neet, as well, being just as pleasant and helpful in person as she was over the phone. She, too represented her employer in an extremely positive manner!Yesterday, Home Depot in Anderson, SC earned my 5 stars!

Paid ahead, went to store, verified order. Told to move my vehicle to lumber pickup, 20 min later walked inside, they had my products but had no notification to roll outside.. slack..

Its sort of funny. I go to different towns and use both home Depot and Lowes. When Lowes employees are very helpful it seems Home Depot employees are not and vice versa.Always find it difficult to find decent help at the Anderson store. I only go to this one if Lowes does not carry it!

Everyone there is so helpful and they dont mind going from one side of the store to the other to help you get what you need and if they dont know where something is they find out for you so you dont have to go track down another associate who may or may not know what you are looking for. It saves me a lot of time and headaches. I wish all stores sales associates were as good as them.

I bought 2 parts online using PayPal, knowing one would be the right part. My return of the unused part was easy and my refund was credited back to PayPal. Glad that transaction now works well. ..... Just in time for PayPals woke policies to drive me away as a customer. So sad.

I dont like any of the big box stores bc they all... dont know what anything is ... say theyll get help then disappear and hide until youre gone... have things in the most inconvenient places (plumbing in the back corner of the store for example)... inventory is straight up wrong... only 1 entrance and only 1 exit which is super inconvenient. stop making customers do your jobs for you. stop inconveniencing customers and contractors.

I recently placed an order with this store and had 3 large appliances set for delivery, on a certain date. Two days before the delivery, the manufacturer called and said one of the three items was on back order. Fast forward: the day of delivery, the other two pieces did not arrive. I called the store to find out what was going on and they informed me that since it was 1 order they would arrive together and if I wanted it delivered separately I would have to come in store to split it or come in store to cancel it. After canceling the order, online, I placed an order with another company. Turns out, the back ordered product was on back order for over 6 months and both delivery dates Home Depot gave me were guesses and likely bogus. CONCLUSION horrible service, extreme misinformation about product details, and awful customer service after mistakes were made.

This is the 3rd time Ive been to home depot in Anderson south Carolina this week and asked for help and the cashier tell me someone will come but they never do but yet there 3 or more home depot employees are standing around talking to each other while Im loading wood up out side and they dont even bother to ask if I need help they just keep looking over at me - 00 stars for home depot id be better off going to lowes at least they will help me when I ask for it

My local Home Depot. Service is always pretty good and stock is consistent with the area. My only complaint is there are never any lumber carts inside. So if you’re going here for lumber and see a lumber cart in the parking lot, you may as well drag it in with you instead of expecting to find one in the lumber department.

Had a wonderful experience at this location last week. Tyler was extremely polite and helpful in finding the items we needed in several departments. He walked us to the check out and introduced the clerk and Thanked us for shopping there.

We needed some Christmas decor. We went here instead of going to a busy Walmart. We went in, picked out what we wanted and needed then to the register. Paid and out the door. No waiting, no one running over you, because they feel you need to get out of their way. Just casually shopping. The store was busy but no one was in each others way.

Typical big box however cashiers were nice and they had what I needed.

This hd was so hot.. it had to be 98+ degrees in there.. I sweated through my shirt and my cap was completely drenched.. none of the employees wanted to help they all run the others way.. I seriously was exhausted and drained when I came out... I found none of what I went I for all the employees but one lady that had a fan where all moody1-

Home depot is the laid back Lowes. Same store essentially but going to Home depot in Anderson is ALWAYS like Sunday morning

I recently had surgery and couldnt lift anything heavy. John in the lawn and garden department was very kind and helpful. He loaded 5 bags of garden soil on my cart, checked me out, and then loaded them on my truck.

Great prices! Lots of sales! Military discount! Nicer associates and more staff than Lowes. Great in-stock carpet selection, which is what this trip was for. Always prefer Home Depot over any other home improvement store. Go Orange beat Blue!

I used curbside for my order and was happy with it, but had to go inside to get it I didnt download the app to text I was there. I would like it better if it was like walmart and you just called to let them know you were there.

Had everything I needed was a quick and easy trip.

I placed a call to see if they had 115V AC units. I spoke to Howard who stated which ones he had available and all the information on each. Time was of the essence due to the fact I live 1 hour away and curb side pickup closes at 6 pm. Howard spoke to the manager, the cashier was then informed I was on my way and they would take care of loading when I got there. I arrived at 6 pm and everyone was so helpful and great trying to get it loaded. I will go back because I have had nothing but problems from Lowes in Greenwood. Im referring all my friends to drive to Anderson Home Depot for their needs because customer service was great and also all the other employees including Howard.Thank you all.

They never know there store in any state

No selection of Milwaukee stack on job boxes. If I wanted to order them and waited for weeks I would have done so. My suggestion to all these establishments is put your products in the store because if you dont start to you wont have any business. Tired of hearing covid-19 as an excuse for poor customer service and no products. Last time I checked online has them why cant it be in the stores?

The store is a little small and dated, but service and pricing is way better than the competition. They also carry preferred brands.

Employees were very helpful. The store is well stocked. HD will be my go to place for home and garden from now on!

Always enjoy Home Depot better than Lowes in every aspect of the shopping experience. Just wish they would make it mandatory for customers to wear masks. A couple of employees were not paying attention to social distancing. If they took the Covid-19 mandate more seriously they would always be at 5 stars.

Horrible experience during Covid-19 - no social distancing. No masks even with the ordinance. We called to talk to the manager and a person called “Kendrick” claimed to be the manager had the most apathetic attitude of no interest whatsoever. He claimed they have a greeter making sure people have masks but they were at lunch. Covid doesn’t take lunch breaks Kendrick. Funny thing is, I know he’s not the manager, because I’ve dealt with his attitude before today in appliances. He and the guy that answered the phone probably think they’re hilarious at how they handled it but I confirmed with a simple call back and asked for the managers name. I’ll be calling her on Monday. Every store in this town cares about wanting to keep this community safe Home Depot clearly does not.

Great service, did not have a problem finding someone to help me find items and help load them

Placed a special order for windows on 5/29/20. Wanted frosted glass because the windows were going to be installed in our bathrooms. Window specialist triple checked order before I left and said that everything looked good..even highlighted order form to demonstrate that windows would be obscured (frosted). Was told that windows would likely be ready in 2 weeks. Called the store 2 weeks later, was arrogantly told that windows would not be there until7/10/2020. 7/10/2020 I called to see if windows had arrived and was told that they had not. Windows did not arrive until several days later. My husband goes to pick windows up- stands in line for 30 minutes along with several other people while employees chat back and forth trying to figure out whose car a service technician from Piedmont Honda is dropping off. Husband notices windows are not correct- is told that he must reenter line in order to return items. ( both windows had frosted glass at the bottom and unfrosted glass at the top). 8/7/2020- I take windows back to store to return. Explain all of the above to store manager, Kendrick after another employee tries to unsuccessfully return items for 15-20 minutes. He basically tells me that I am lucky to even be able to return items at all since they are special order and that I will have to forfeit a 15% restock fee to return items. My husband and I have spent thousands of dollars at this store, but after all of our most recent experiences with poor customer service and basically being punished for returning items after the window specialist was CLEARLY told exactly what I wanted, we will not be back. Our business will definitely go to Lowes from now on! Also tried to call corporate...what a joke! They obviously dont care about poor customer service either since I was told to speak with the store manager about the issues! This company has showed me that they obviously DO NOT value their customers! BUYER BEWARE!

Walk in and told the guys what we needed and they walked away as if to fill the order, and I went to another part of the store to get something else. Upon my return I found them helping someone else and asked me to move my vehicle and we were there before them.
