I was very happy with his professionalism and knowledge of appliance repair. He has always been available and willing to come out on his off time. Ive called him throught the years for my washer, dryer, and fridge. Would HIGHLY recommend this family business.

They had the part I needed. It was correct for my make and model. Be aware beforehand that they charge extra 3% for credit card payments.

Came to my house and repaired my dryer in no time. Very knowledgeable. My dryer is running like brand new. Will use them again if any other appliances need repairs.

Pretty high priced for scratch and dent. I agree with other poster better to go to Home Depot. Get terms and longer warranty.

They were responsive and polite. Had one part but they needed 2 to fix it. So they had 2 visits due to the part. They called in a day to schedule follow up visit. It was fixed after only a few days.

Had them come to install a dishwasher since Best Buy was not doing installs right now. Office mgr indicated the service man had mask and gloves, he did not. Had them come out a week later for a follow-up call to check an error code, they indicated they dont service the brand they just installed! Would not recommend these folks at all based on dishonesty demonstrated.

The parts are marked up extremely too high. The same parts are 1/4 of their price online. This place makes huge profit margins.

Whatever part you need for your appliances they can get the parts and you can get your stuff fixed and back in operation thanks to these guys

Forced to pay $69 just for them to come out and tell me there was nothing they could do to help me with my washing machine vibration. Was recommended vibration pads, but the tech didnt have any with him. Told me I would need to go to their store to get them. If you have money to just throw away, Id recommend them.

Great prices. Friendly. Actually a scratch dent GE store. So Lowes refused to do their job (see review) I went to this place. Got same fridge for $400 cheaper for little dent in the side. They told me they buy damaged Lowes stuff and sell it. I was ecstatic. They delivered. One man delivery guy. Friendly and professional. Did the work, Lowes refused. And they repair.

Get the most bang for your buck at Upstate Appliance! Got the best appliances for my new kitchen! Better prices than Lowe’s and Home Depot and the delivery guy was very polite!

Upstate came out this morning for a warranty call on our Whirlpool refrigerator. Repairman was prompt, courteous and resolved our issue quickly. Well be using them again, although I hope we wont need them, and recommending them.

I brought in an older oven to be fixed. When I called them to find out what was wrong (2 weeks later) they told me it couldnt be fixed. They hadnt moved it from the spot they sat it down in when I brought it in! Will not be going back
