I was looking for a small notebook but unfortunately they didnt have any at this time. I was told to come back when the students come back. I found something in the sketching department that will work fine but I was disappointed they didnt have exactly what I wanted.

Great sales! However, I called to see about a specific item they said oh yes maam we have it in stock. Drove over 50 miles to get here and surprise...they dont have it!

Great a fairly priced selection. Some items were out of place and their inventory was not updating with their website but thats understandable during the holidays, while short staffed because of covid. Overall, this Michaels is one of my favorite craft supply stores. Theyll always have something around the corner to spark another idea, other than the one you came for supplies for in the first place.

We enjoyed our trip. My daughter absolutely loves the miniatures so we always end up there because theres always some type of sale on them. It may only be the ones that are part of whatever season we are in but she loves them regardless. We have had a fun time buying stuff for Christmas. That being said they have lost their minds if they think fake flowers in whatever display are worth between $40-$100+. No way in this world I could ever bring myself to pay that price for them when most of them look like they had been used for kickball before they were put out on the sales floor.

The Michaels staff is typically very helpful. We went to a birthday party for our daughters friend in the crafting room, and she had a great time with her friends building a unicorn decoration she got to take home with her.

I am a crafty person and I can get lots of things I need to do my project.

Associates are arrogant and argue with customers about pricing, insinuating that we are lying about what the signs say in store. There were umpteen signs stating that geeen/yellow clearance was an additional 50% off yet the cashier acted as if I was ridiculous for even asking after my items rang up wrong and then was rude when speaking to a manager on her earpiece. My suggestion would be for the associates to spend less time being rude and instead familiarize themselves with sales and learn some basic customer service.

Michaels has always been a favorite of mine. I love even just walking around for inspiration. Their prices are a bit high, but whos isnt? They have great deals though. The staff at this specific Michaels is great. Everyone was super nice and helpful. I didnt an online order for pickup. It changed my life. Since I live almost 40 min away, I cant always just pick up and go when I see a deal for something I want. So the online order and pickup makes things so much easier. I love it!

I got my flowers for my wedding here. They custom did the bouquets and they were beautiful! The lady in the floral department even helped me find flowers that were similar to ones I liked but were on sale to help me with my low budget. Will definitely go back if I need flowers! Also never had a problem with the employees and they have a great selection of stuff. Biggest floral selection Ive seen anywhere!

My Granddaughter and I got a tie dye kit, we made tie dyed tee shirts, gave them as gifts for birthdays. Had fun making them. With the kit you can do about 5 shirts, it says six on the kit but that I guess that is for smaller sizes. Great fun for bored teenagers!!

Helpful place for artists to find what they need! Just make sure you look up online coupons before you get to the checkout line. Always have coupons.

They have a lot of the things you will need for projects and hobbies. Take a look and see if you can find what you need.

The only thing I would change is the check out lines. Its hard to get around people once you have checked out, especially if you have a cart. They have a great selection and really good prices. And they also have coupons!
