Well I can say this, I talk to the person that sold me my bed(Yousef Quidir) for about 30 plus minutes on the phone before I Decided to ask if he had one that I was looking at to buy on the floor where he was at. And he said yes actually as a matter of fact he did. So I appreciate it and asking is there anyway that I can come by there and make sure that I liked the one I was going to get. He said yes I could well I looked it up on Google maps from where I was at to where he was at and it was gonna be after 8 o’clock by the time I got there. Which he closed at eight. But he stayed later for me to come in and make sure that is the one that I want if he went over and beyond for me I do believe. But I can say that I was very satisfied with the way that he interacted with me and the way things was done. I would have to say that if I ever came to get another bed again I would have to go there. He accommodated my needs and made things very easy for me. Just want to say thanks again for everything.

Yousef was great at explaining which mattresses were close to my comfort zone so that I didnt have to try out all of them in the store as well as a variety of prices. I never felt pressured to purchase. Dont hesitate to shop for your next mattress here!

Stopped to buy a pizza next door and went home purchasing a mattress! We had looked at two other mattress stores and were met with pushy, uninformed salespersons. Really thought the experience at American Mattress/Anderson would be the same type of experience. We were totally wrong! Yousef, the store manager, was extremely patient and very knowledgeable. Took the time to answer every one of our numerous questions. He was very polite and professional! Would highly recommend talking to Yousef about your next mattress purchase.A quick delivery time was arranged. The delivery men were on schedule and called in advance like promised. They worked quickly to setup our new bedframe and mattress. They cleaned up all packaging and hauled off our old mattress. The whole delivery process took less than 30 minutes.Our satisfaction with American Mattress is 100%!

Yousef was extremely helpful and informative without being pushy. He answered all our questions and helped us find a mattress that suited us, not just the most expensive one. He even recommended a new restaurant that we loved. 10/10 would recommend.

Yousef is the kindest and most caring person, and believe me, the world could use more like him! We had an older waterbed frame we had been using give out on us..on a Sunday afternoon of course!!..and luckily, the store was open. We walked in with no intention of purchasing a mattress knowing, however, that we needed one. We were immediately greeted by Yousef to which we explained we were just looking. As we began to look, we started formulating questions to which Yousef was more than willing to oblige in addressing them.We worked with him for about an hour and we ultimately made a purchase due to our comfort in knowing that we were getting a product that more than met our needs that was also in our price range. Yousef worked with us on financing and delivery and ultimately made this process as smooth as possible. He even went as far as texting us on the day the mattress was to be delivered to let us know what time they would be at our home (we were one of many that day) which allowed us to navigate around our work schedules. The last month has been a whirlwind of difficult news and life changes for my family. I went in to American Mattress in Anderson IN today on my way home from the hospital to buy a new bed to better serve my sick husband. Yousef greeted me kindly, patiently showed me a number of options and answered my many questions, as well as listening to my story while he served me.I made my selections, and set up delivery, grateful for a positive experience, and feeling like I had gotten a good value for my money.Later in the day (he actually waited to call me because he remembered I had said I was likely to nap), he called me to confirm delivery. Not only did he work it out to deliver more quickly, but he told me he wanted to help our family, and gave me an upgrade.Service like this so rarely exists anymore. He went above and beyond in every way. I was never made to feel rushed, or like I was being annoying with my questions. He clearly explained options proactively. And he was exceedingly kind.When we need anything else his store provides, you better believe thats where well go.Edit 2/27/2020: Bought another mattress, and again, the same courteous, professional service.
