Menards is just one in a handful of establishments visited, by myself, when a trip into town is needed. A customer, can damn near purchase anything they want from this retailer. Menards is, definitely at the top of my list of favorite stores from which to purchase supplies. The employees there are always pleasant to interact with, & Ive also found the vast majority of them are willing to help when needed. Should one become frustrated from not being able to locate a specific item, latch on to an employee. Nine times out of ten, they know the items location, & if they dont, they will be utilizing their radio to make contact with a coworker who has the answer.

DO NOT buy online. Orders take roughly a full day to even hit their system for you to pick up. On top of this we placed a order a month ago and picked up the items and they was still missing one item and we’re still waiting for it to come in even though it showed it was in stock.Also don’t try to take any product back for a refund they will rip you off anyway they can and even won’t respond to messages.

Was kind of busy today. They saw the lines were getting longer and open more cashier registers. Good job team Menards!

Very nice Menards. Employees were friendly and store was well stocked and clean. We really liked their Door section compared to other hardware stores. They have a section that tells you what components you will need for installing a new door and has a list of people you could hire for the job, which I thought was helpful for first time homeowners or people who dont want to do the job themselves.

The customer service in the lumber dept. was horrible. They didnt want to answer my questions. Then went out to get the lumber and it was absolutely trash. Went back in for a refund. Will be shopping somewhere else from now on. I gave 2 stars because the lady at the service desk was nice.

Very helpful today! Miss Hernandez in appliances helped me to order a wall oven that I have desperately needed. Very patient and understanding when I changed my mind on which one I wanted.

Things were moved around since my last visit but there was plenty of staff that was able to help me find what I needed. The staff was pleasant, polite and helpful. Facility was neat and clean. Some items i wanted were out of stock still. Prices were up but that seems to be the trend across the board.

Great prices and stuff. I go there for my plant needs. Only real grievance is that they dont have tap to pay.

Great display of building materials so that you can compare options on siding, stone, roofing. Also have a nice pet supplies Dept.Very large assortment of landscaping blocks. Garden center has a lot of fountains.Do not have a Veteran discount.

I just stopped in to check out a sale on cloth washers. My wife and I are older and my wife requires an agitator in the wash tub. Makes sense to me. They have them. Well go back and see what kind of a deal we can get. And I went ahead and bought a piece of scrap board for a bird feeder. They have scrap bins for odds and ends boards. 4 bucks. Good deal.

This was our first time back in here since they decided to not allow kids in during the pandemic and it will be our last! We have spent countless $ here over the past 8 years while renovating our 110 year old farmhouse. From now on we will take our money elsewhere. The shelves were bare, the employees were rude, and the prices are not any better than the other places we can go where we are better appreciated.

I purchased a dishwasher and picked went around back to pick it up. Upon calling the number the employee brought out the washer and put it in my car. When I got home and had it inside my house, I noticed that the number of what I purchased was not the same. I looked up the number I received and it was an incorrect item. I called and complained and they said to come out there and they would replace it. It cost me 2.5 hours and 64 miles driven to get it replaced and they hardly said sorry. I wasted more money and time then if I just bought it locally at another store.

They have what you need at Menards. An reasonable prices. Sales associate are always nice and helpful.

The item we wanted was in stock. Yeah!There were people to help load the heavy item on to the cart and into our vehicle. What we didnt have to go searching through the store to find someone to help us.

A one stop shopping experience! Right off I-69 . Great bottled water. A good selection of pet supplies. Face mask a must ☆. I recommend shopping here.

Horrible experience! Mask Mandate has been lifted and was chased through the store and told i couldnt check out unless i put it on. Was also told that it was best to leave my children in the car! Sense we didnt have masks! This is completely unacceptable!

Not exactly the most friendly or knowledgeable staff, but its pretty much a guarantee that youre going to find what you need in there.

Had what I needed, after going elsewhere that didnt. Was able to get tiling done quick and easy.

They dont always have the best quality of things. I usually end up taking half the stuff back. They have really cute decorations though

I am from out of town but visited this location while passing through... this place is HUGE and all I wanted was a few pieces of carpet to wrap around some equipment I had come to pick up in town (to protect it from the straps)... A young man, Mark, was working in the carpet area. He was able to point me to an affordable option for what I needed and was quite the salesman. Ended up leaving with some new carpet for my office. He said he was new but seems to already know his department pretty well. Props to him and whoever trained him.

Manager is an incredibly rude individual who does not understand that some people with disabilities are physically incapable of wearing a mask are not required to under the law. What he is doing is discrimination under the Americans with Disabilities Act! Lowes is up the street - They treat you better and know a LOT more!

Clueless Curbside PickupFirst, you have to go to the Lumber Yard (weird).Next, at gate you get your email barcode scanned (cool) and they tell you which dock to go to.Once you arrive at your dock you will promptly be ignored for 5-10 minutes.When someone realizes your blocking their dock they’ll finally come over clueless as to why you’re there, w/o a scanner.They’ll ask you to describe what you’re there for (since they forgot their scanner), walk back in, get distracted, and forget to tell anyone.After another 10 minutes you yell out your window when they happen to come out, “How’s that tree stand coming?”This will cause the first “worker” to send a second person to you w/o a mask, and also w/o a scanner.Now you get to describe the item again.After another 5-10 minutes she’ll come back w/ your Item (still unmasked) and try to hand it to you through your window even though your trunk is open.Awesome.

So, apparently it is now required to wear a mask into Menards. I get that, I’m in healthcare, and I understand the rationale. However, you are requiring customers to purchase masks if they don’t have one, while allowing your associates to improperly wear them. In case you are not aware, COVID is tested with a swab up the nose. Therefore, it is important that if you are wearing a mask, it should cover both the mouth and the nose.

I had a really bad experience at Menards. Im redoing all of my bathroom. I bought a shower stall got it all put up and the cold, hot water handle does not work properly, it only goes a quarter of the way, so I only get Luke warm water. I bought a shower stool to go with it. It was broke up at the top, havent returned it yet.I bought a commode it was shattered at the bottom, I exchanged itLast I got a medicine cabinet. A employee in plumbing got the box I wanted, got it home and it was the wrong one.I decided to keep it though, because I am so tired of having to take things back. After I exchange my shower seat, I will not stop there again

You must wear a mask to shop or buy one there at service desk, its the new normal .But everything else fine .

I hope the profits from selling your required masks out weighs the numerous customers I have personal witnessed you offend, by making your own rules. A great store, but they have decided to hire security and make rules stricter than the governors recommendations. If it was truly about health, safety, and customer service...the masks would be provided for free as a gesture of gratitude towards the safety of your customers & staff. Instead, people are stopped by security for breaking the rules...and asked to pay for a mask in order to shop. Quit embarrassing people..and loosing your customer base. This is just another example of a big box store rubbing the sharkskin the wrong way because they think they wont bleed like everyone else..I am appalled. 0 stars

At this store 3-4 times a week. Good store. Good service. Cant beat that 11% rebate either!

I will never shop at menards again. I ordered a washer and dryer back in March it took almost 3 months to come in. I understand because of the covid 19. Not a problem but they made a mistake and ordered me the wrong dryer. I went to return it and they charged me a 25% restocking fee. It was their mistake and I had to give them over $300.00! The manager and his assistant manager were so rude! They even admitted they fired the person who made the mistake. But still charged me a fee. The worst customer service I have ever seen!

No wonder this store is cheaper. There are few employees to help you. When I finally found a worker in lawn and garden, I asked what to do if I needed several bags of top soil. She said just take the bag up front and they will ring you up, and come out back and pick it up. Makes sense, right? Then i get to the register and I tell the lady I need 25 bags of top soil and she just exploded. The lady is chewing me out saying I need a pick list and she cant do anything about it, it is company policy. Good luck finding an employee back there to make you a pick list, let alone Im not walking all the way back to the back of that huge store to get a piece of paper. Im like Im just trying to get some top soil. She tried to chew me out 3 times. Then she finally decided to help me and got a pick list from the manager at the front desk. Took 30 seconds. Wasnt hard to do. Do I care what your company policy is? No, just trying to buy some product. The question is are you going to help or not.I get to the back and I end up having to load 25 bags of top soil by myself bc there is no one that shows up to help after calling and talking to one of their employees.I understand they were busy, but if their company policy is bad customer service, then Im probably not going to be driving to the other end of town to shop here.

Great store for small stuff. But anything larger heavy bring help they dont have any to help you load or get down off of shelves. This store is not senior friendly so if you need heavy things or help loading you should probably shop somewhere else

Pools are all sold out and could find the porch swings asked several people for help but no one knew where the they were at one clerk said they werent out yet

As a women trying to find plumbing supplies it is very difficult but I found a very nice helpful man named walt he went above and beyond but helping us figure out what was needed
