I went to buy a new watch battery, and John was the absolute best. He changed his music playlist to watch music, which was the most adorable thing ever. He replaced the battery for me, tiny watch screws and all, cleaned, oiled it, and then even set it for me. He charged me only for the price of the battery; then argued against me leaving a tip, which he, of course, lost. 😁 I will be back, definitely. Even got a nice Normal Rockwell printed calendar. ❤

Whenever I need a battery for anything, this is my place. He even changed my wifes watch battery this week. And extremely reasonable.

Batteries. Something we often take for granted until its not there, or something goes wrong. This is the place to go to get a battery, large or small -- from those little metal discs for digital watches, to those mega-heavy boxes for boats. Plus vehicle batteries of all sorts.I have visited here many times, mainly to transfer flashlights from the Not-Working to Working category. Sometimes there is a wait, but thats okay; if you are in a hurry, call ahead. Also, caution when entering on Vinyard Street; as of February 2020 the surface is still a bit rough.Also: if youre looking for a flashlight-gift -- something like a $10-$20 stocking stuffer for a relative or friend -- this is the place to go to find the newest flashlights with nifty features (including NEBO brand).

Its a small local business, the staff are very knowledgeable. Industrial grade batteries such as Pro-cell (Duracell Industrial version) For just $2 you get 4 batteries or 50 cents apiece for the industrial grade Pro-cell. A person would be lucky to get a 2 pack of Duracell or Energizer batteries anywhere for that price and definitely not their industrial strength batteries You just cant beat that.

Very limited hours and when I finally was able to speak with someone he said they didnt stock what I needed... It is a very common battery. I always try to support local small business but its getting harder to do when they dont carry what is needed.

Knowledgeable young man, son of the owner, had a battery for my older cell phone, quickly and easily replaced it, gave me helpful information about getting it charged up appropriately. He had helped my son several weeks earlier with a replacement battery for his cell phone. The batteries keep their charges and the phones work very well. Watch and clock (and other types of) batteries are also available. Hours are Monday through Saturday. The young man said for battery replacement service (part of the very reasonable price for watch, cell and clock batteries) its best to come Monday through Friday when the store is open longer hours.

This is a small family owned business thats served Anderson for many years. I have been here several times and they will swap out my car battery for me in the parking lot. They have the best prices on batteries and they have just about every type of battery possible. They are very friendly and courteous and will always have my business in the future to help support one of our local small businesses.

Better read the fine print on the receipt.. took a car battery back that was bad n guy wanted to not do return/exchange without doing more testing on the battery and they were still going to charge for a new one even though there was a warranty!! But thanks for the business card I through away!

They spent time listening to what I wanted to do then took the time to explain what I needed. They had the sale made then offered to attempt forcing a charge on my batteries to try to fix them. It worked and they said no charge. I tipped well anyway, time and electricity arent free. Prices on their batteries I was going to buy were lower than anywhere else in town. Id give them more than 5 stars if possible. Ill be going back for all of my battery needs. Great guys!

The gentlemen in this store were very nice, helpful and knowledgeable! I was in there to get two series batteries for my daughters Razor Moped and he he informed me to check two other sensor points for possible problems, which indeed, there was one bad.

I’m stuck in Anderson Indiana and I need special batteries model 18650 to power a Christmas gift I’ve given to a relative. The only battery supply store is Battery Experts. THEY ARE CLOSED FOR A WEEK!!! The only week we are here. Grrrr...
