Did not like my experience. They did NOT want to tell me the price of the cars! I was told that I had to apply and be approved before I could get the price of any car. I was not allowed to test drive. You have to be approved first! Most cars on the lot was not ready. He will allow you to look inside. He has free drinks while you wait! However, knowing the price upfront is a requirement! The consumer wants to know the price. In my opinion...something smells fishy!!!

Marie is very unprofessional, she will not allow you to finish saying what you are trying to say because she is constantly trying to speak over you. This company will rip you off in a heart beat!!!! I have 74 weeks worth of payments left yet they are only taking $240 dollars off of my balance. Does NOT add up at all. But according to her I apparently am not smart enough to figure that out. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!

I haven’t had my car for 3 weeks yet and it had problems back to back so I gave the car back because I didn’t like how MARIA was speaking to my mother on the phone. And she has a very stank attitude. I would never and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM! They need more professional workers because Maria is not it!!

Do not use this dealership. They took advantage of my grandmother and ripped her off with a car with a bad transmisssion. When they finally admitted there was a problem with the transmission they took it to a shop. We asked about a loaner and they said wed have to talk to the shop they sent it to, to get reimbursement for a rental. But they wont tell us what shop they sent it to. Horrible attitude and absolute thieves. DONT GO HERE. All their 5 star ratings are from fake accounts.

Trashy vehicles. Bought 1 & the transmission went out 3 days later. Put me in another 1 giving me only 2 vehicles to choose from or loose my down payment. Picked 1 & then its been leaking oil and they say they have a warranty. Thats bs 2 cause its $950 worth of damages not covered. They refuse to help pay out for any of these damages nor will they put me into another vehicle. If u return the vehicle it damages your credit. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

This place is trash like the cars they sell. They charged me 17000 dollars for a car the bank declared only worth 329 dollars. I paid on Time every month for 2 years even after it broke down 4 times and when I decided to give the car back and get better they were extremely rude.

Horrible people, horrible experience. my boyfriends mom financed a car and has been through 2 cars bc in the first 3 days of having it we realized the transmission was messed up and they had to fix it or switch cars bc it was 3 days into having the car, now she has a car that she has to pay 1000 dollars to fix a problem THEIR mechanic was covering up since november not to mention she had to pay 400 dollars for a fix that was also a problem that was happening while on the lot that we didn’t realize but they should have seen and fixed before putting on the lot. their mechanic has said that since the car ran out of oil and an oil light popping up multiple times that she needs to put a “thicker oil” in it and after months of the car running out of oil, going up there and telling them somethings wrong and then just sending us home with nothing fixed, their mechanic saying he didn’t want to work on the car bc it’s a subaru and to take the subaru to family auto and trade it out (which they won’t allow), their mechanic tell us they don’t even put subarus on the lot anymore bc they break down a lot, she finally asked them them to switch the mechanic since united auto(their mechanic) didn’t want to do anything and when the new mechanic does an inspection they find 3 gaskets leaking, that family auto AND especially their mechanic has been covering up since day 1. they put cover ups and bandaids on the cars problems until your 30,000 mile warranty runs out. when we called about this last problem (the 3 gaskets leaking) maria said “well do they all have to be fixed?” so you know they don’t fix every problem before putting on the lot, just enough to get you to buy then you drive it for a while and notice there more problems with the car than the car is worth.

I do not recommend purchasing a vehicle from here. My car has been more trouble then it is worth. It would be nice if the problems would be fixed but the Mechanic says that there is nothing wrong with the car. If I am not happy with the car, why not put me into something else? Honestly, I think they just do not want to honor the warranty.I highly recommend looking for another Buy Here, Pay Here dealership.Making the monthly payment of $360 isnt the problem, I just want a car that doesnt have problems. That shouldnt be too much to ask, should it?

Great car buying experience

We love our car we got from family auto but don’t love the payment arrangements. They said they would work with us because we told them what payments we wanted before we signed and they stated they would work with us be have not. The lady that sold us the car was sweet but the financial part has been horrible and rude. At this point I almost would rather take the car back then to keep having to deal with this. It’s sad because we really liked the people we met when we first got the car. Now it seems it was just business and to rope you into high payments.

Brad was awesome. The staff is friendly and inviting and the cars were amazing. I had a lot of cars to choose from they asked questions and found the perfect car for my family. This is the 2nd car I purchased at family auto and would highly recommend them to any one looking for friendly service who does not have a lot to put down.

Beware of anyone searching for a low price,low interest rate vehicle. I brought my daughter in to rebuild her credit and was told lies from the beginning. First of all, the vehicle she was allowed to purchase with her credit was priced at 6995.00. After researching it after purchase it was only valued at approx 1500.00. We have had numerous issues with this vehicle and were told that if payments were made on time that she could trade in a year. Well after many issues mechanically, the manager told her she would have to wait at least 2 years.The interest charged on this vehicle is outrageous to say the least, the business should be regulated somehow. PLEASE LOOK AT OTHER CAR DEALERS BEFORE SIGNING YOUR LIFE AWAY WITH THESE CROOKS! We have asked to return the lemon with no money back and just let us out of this mess with no response!! She has 2 more years to pay or else is what we were told. So much for the good, kind, understanding business we thought we were dealing with. Businesses like this is why our young people and less fortunate people cannot get restarted in life!!!

Bought a car from them, they nice people but the car I got from them is trash. I got the car in August and had nothing but problems with the car. Its not reliable car at all, I regret ever buying a car from them and wouldnt recommend them to anybody. They only nice when buying a car from them but they need be honest and tell what trash cars they have. I am so upset because I drove the car today and ended up on the side of the road.

I was expecting the typical all day car buying expereince, but it only took about an hour from start to finish. The people were really friendly and the owner was very personable. I have only had the vehicle for two weeks and we have encountered a problem with the vehicle, but the staff has been eager to help and the warranty should cover the issue which is always a good thing to have.

Asked a price of a truck and never got a answer. Talked about how good a car dealer they where. Talked about how they finance. Asked about the price again and he changed the subject. Never did give me a straight answer. Me and my daughter where out truck shoping with cash in hand. Dont k ow what there problem is, but they lost a customer. Give me prices on the cars and straight up salesmanship.

Had to spend 500 dollars on repairs before my first payment was due.coolant was almost bone dry and had to have hoses replaced along with a tune up. Requested a disabled tag for my vehicle and when I go to get my tag I was informed they couldnt do it.i had to get it myself.Any other dealership new or used would do it if you ask them.

Go the other way. The warranty is sorry. This vehicle has needed work several times. The Delina chick is unconcerned, rude, and unprofessional. Ted was cool on the day of. Taylor has been consistent and helpful. I believe they knew the vehicle needed work. From the window motors in two doors being obviously screwed, ignition cylinder trouble with starting the vehicle, bad brake caliper and burning coming from brakes. Im beyond pissed for a ten year old vehicle thats going to cost near 16,000! Run the other way!

I would not recommend the place. They stick you with a warranty you cant use and refuse to let you cancel it. They give you the run around and talk to you like you are a two year old and then tell you that they will have someone call you which they dont. When you call back to try to speak to someone they just keep taking messages and no one returns your call. 5 months and still no resolution to me problem and the owner was very rude to me as well. Bought the car less than 6 months ago.
