I met an employee whose name was, Bobby. He helped me in every he could. Being disabled, he even helped me through the checkout, and helped me with my purchases to my car. The cashier, and I apologize for forgetting her name, well, she is one of the nicest, best workers that you have in your store. Both Bobby and she were a pleasure to meet, and I hope to see them again on the near future. I have a 2 and half year old granddaughter.

Store was fairly busy with Christmas shoppers. There were 3 checkout registers open. The young lady at the first register was also having to answer all the incoming phone calls. She was not in a very customer friendly mood. It was understandable. The store was obviously under staffed which was greatly affecting the possibility of good customer service and a good Toys R Us shopping experience.

The lady at the front door was very nice. The store greeter, she offered her help with anything. There was no waiting in line, because they had plenty of registers opened.We found a good buy for a Christmas present.

Enjoyed the place where granddaughter can find some different toys. Good prices if you look through. Clean and appealing.

I just found out that the baby formula I purchased has already 2 months passed expiration date. You think this is the store you can trust for baby stuff, but NO.... I just cannot imagine if I my wife didnt pay attention on the expiration date and feed my 2 month old baby with this formula. I will not buy anything from this store anymore, beside stuffs here are expensive anyway. Be aware.

Typical ToysRUs combined with BabiesRUs location. I may not be familiar enough with ToysRUs in general to know if this is standard, but this location doesnt appear to have been updated much at all since the 90s. The selection is decent, though it might not offer as much for young kids as others since it has been combined with BabiesRUs to offer baby supplies as well. Inside, things seemed a little tight when I was there last as there were pallets in the way near the checkout registers (not sure if that is typical). The surrounding area and parking lot seems slightly rundown. Decent store overall.

I dont understand why this Toys R Us keeps hiring unprofessional people. They cant help you inside the store, and then when you call to try to get a basic question answered you get put on hold over and over again. Every year I try to give them another chance thinking hopefully they hired people with just a little more professionalism for Christmas. EVERY YEAR I AM DISAPPOINTED! Ill fight traffic in Greenville before I go back to this location.

Poor customer service and had a assistant manager tell me she would take down a sign to make me feel better. Some people dont like their job and this one didnt.

Toys R Us does have a pretty good selection but the price on mostly everything is way too high

All three separate items we were shopping for were not available. (We were referred to TRU for these items, known to be sold there.) We were told that they were out of stock or were being discontinued. We actually found those items for cheaper at other stores, than the shelf price showed at TRU.

This place is wonderland for my daughter I can find anything she wants all in one place.

I find it hard to believe this store is still in business. The toys are over priced compared to Walmart or Target. They do have more to select from but the online competition offers the same things at better prices..

Clearance as of 3/29/18 - not as good as I had hoped. 5% off legos, 10% off most items, only 30% off wrapping paper & other paper products, not really worth going for the clearance sales yet, but still alot of inventory right now too.Clearance as of 5/16 18 the store says everything is 32 50% off. Legos still only 15% off. The only thing that is 50% off is the paper goods. Still an okay selection but some areas have less selection.

Sorry to see them close.Havent been in Years.Our son is turning 25 in July soooo its been a while.The reason we were in there was someone gave my husband, who is bedridden with server brain damage, a Toys R Us gift card for CHRISTmas and I had never had time to go use it.They day I had planned to go use it just happened to be the day they announced some of the stores were already closing. I had No idea.

We were invited to a party to celebrate my sons birthday..they invite children to come celebrate there birthdays once a month for birthdays in that month. They give your child free gifts as well

Didnt have any really good sales. All of the display riding toys were torn up and ready for the trash but my grandson loved the legos, thats all that matters.

Be saides the guys walking around looking at woman asss and checking out guys wifes to but other than that good but need the one guy thats bald to cut that poney tail off and move out of his moms house

The attempt to jam a little bit of everything actually hinders the stores now. Guess more online shopping for us.

Its been a while since I had been to ToysRUs and it feels so bland now that phones are taking over and this place might go out of business in the next few decades but looking past that, this is a great place if you didnt want to buy a certain toy off eBay and have to wait.

The employees are horrible! They, manager included, followed my children around for 30 minutes harrassing them. My children are 12, 11 and 10 and are plenty old enough to be partially unsupervised while in a store. I was always 1 or 2 aisles away and heard 90% of what they were saying to them. I then overheard the manager Mallory (who told my children it was illegal to sell anything to them and they werent allowed to make a purchase) call the front of the store and tell them not to sell my children anything. I found this to be quite unnecessary, they werent doing anything wrong. Toys R Us is a childrens store, why are the employees acting like this towards children?! After about 10 more minutes of listening to the employees bad mouthing my children, I went to the front and asked for the manager. About 5 minutes later, Mallory walks up. I recognized her as the one that called the front of the store and proceeded to ask why she was harassing my children. She then had the nerve to tell me she was not bothering them, she just asked them a few questions and that it was illegal for them to be alone in the store, mind you I was an aisle or two away thr majority of the time. She also told me that, at Toys R Us (a childrens store) they wont sell anything to anyone under 17. Last time I checked children shopped at toy stores and could buy whatever they wanted regardless of parental supervision. After about 5 minutes of trying to explain to her that they were doing nothing wrong and the harassment was unnecessary I got so frustrated with her lying that I left our 2 carts of merchandise, took my children, and left. I will never step foot in that store again. I have also called customer service and opened a complaint. Do yourself a favor and never go into this store!

Visited the store today for the pokemon promo event in Anderson SC. The event was poorly planned, and the items advertised were not available. We were told the store never received the merchandise for the event. After browsing what selection they did have we decided to make a purchase elsewhere. If Toys R Us wants to loose business keep disappointing customers children.

The building is a bit old and disorganized but in general most of the staff is helpful and pleasant.

Friendly cashier made the wait in line worth it...plus a great deal on Thanksgiving.

Sad to see them closing, but toys are so expensive nowadays parents struggle to keep up!
