This was my first time using them! Excellent customer service from Brandy! She gave me a timeframe as to when my order would be complete. She called before the store opened to tell me my order was ready for pick up. This was above and beyond being on top of things! Also, they give FREE estimates on other glass work in your home! I will be scheduling an appointment in a couple of weeks for that service. Forgot to mention Jason and Craig?, the installers. They were very knowledgeable of the products and services they provide.
