All respect I have tried to visit your establishment many times where Google says your open, head down there and your closed. Its currently 10:38 am on a Saturday and your closed where Google says your open. Now granted I could have called to verify but its usually when I come into this town I drive by and I never seen it open.Again with all respect and I see you have a great customer base thats why I would want to visit and spend my hard earned money after the government picks its share so, I look forward to seeing you all.

Crackshots is the best Gun Shop in Central Indiana. Mike (the Owner) is almost always there and his knowledge is Excellent. Mike doesnt just sell Guns- he makes sure you understand them before you leave his store. He is a true patriot. Dont get discouraged if you walk in and there are a bunch of people crowded around and cant get his attention- It is worth waiting for.

No selection, rude salesman, crappy shot guns what few they had overall in 10 min i decided i will never do business with them over the short kinda rude answers i was getting. might try the gun range but dont do business with these people unless your friends or you will have better luck at any other gun store. very disappointing in selection overall and customer service

Best shop in town! Great people to deal with. Great selection of firearms and accessories. Theyre willing to answer questions and give good advice. Ive purchased a magwell and an extra magazine for my glock 19, and a zev compensator as well, (which they ordered for me before the holidays and still showed up in a week). Cant say enough good things about this place.

I have only so far purchased re-loading supplys. Although some items where not on hand, I found the prices reasonable, on what I did find. I also found that they provided reasonable to good service. I have been in a few times and the responses were different each time. One day all smiles and the next direct and to the point. But the thing is, I go to buy items, not to look for friends so I have been pleased. I can only guess that prices on items may be higher than some and lower than other, but that is to be expected. They are not Walmart and have to try to make a living. As for others words of employee rudeness, I figure that we all have bad days at work and the last thing we need is some over inflated jerk expecting free guns and to be treated like a king. I am pleased with them, but thats just me.

Horrible horrible service. I will never be returning here. They cleaned my gun, didn’t put the springs back in it and it wouldn’t shoot. I took it back and they wouldn’t fix it. NEVER AGAIN!!

Took my Ar15 in to see if they could mount a bipod,..grip and scope,they said yes,asked what it would cost me and he said you buy the parts and ill put them on For free,wasnt much for the parts and he got it done quickly,i was in and out with a smile on my face
