Excellent staff and product. Did a tasting. Great variety available. Staff super knowledgeable even putting my selections in a good order. Premix margs and bloody Marys available along with jellies, hot sauce, and BBQ sauce. Sadly lacking on minis in both the liquor, jellies, and other items. Would have liked to taste non-alcoholic items as well but this was not available. Neat location and shop.

The moonshine atmosphere is perfect. The staff knowledgeable, kind and patient.

Its well worth the 10 minute drive off of the 85 exit! Favorite was peach mint! Ask for Nick or Jamie. Youll be in good hands.

Very cool location! Hannah took great care of us and answered all of our questions. The 5$ flight lets you try 6 things of any of the alcohol in the store. Worth it! Their white lightening is famous for a reason! And their whiskeys are so smooth! Pricing was also very cheap. We bought multiple bottles and we pleasently surprised by how cheap it was! So happy we stopped!

Great, knowledgeable staff. Ive always enjoyed the service, selection and interacting with the staff. Great family owned business that has personally helped me with beverages for events, gifts for family who live up North during our vacation, and more recently with hand sanitizer to keep my family safe. This isnt tourist moonshine like they have in Tenn that is too sweet and not enough bit. They have found a good balance. I look forward to doing business here in the future and highly recommend checking them out!

Unfortunately the state of Maryland in which I reside doesnt allow shipped of Palmetto whiskey from the distiller so I had to ship it to my son in Georgia and now I have to wait until after I get my 2nd Covid Vaccine injection before I can go and get my whiskey from him and bring it back home. Great product and they were in time for delivery

Upon driving from North Carolina to Pensacola, Florida, my partner and I, saw a sign that advertised for Palmetto Distillery that stated they were voted best craft whiskey, so of course being the whiskey lovers that we are, we decided to take a 20 minute detour to check it out. Upon arriving, we admired the aesthetic of the place and that is where our good experience ended. Upon walking in, there was a gentlemen sweeping, who looked at us and then walked away and went towards back distillery area to talk to two more gentlemen. He never greeted us nor did he ever ask us if we needed any help. He popped in again to look at us, and again never said a word to us. At this point, I was furious. I didn’t know if he just had poor customer service or if he just took a disliking to the color of my skin or maybe it was the fact that we are lesbian couple. I clearly made eye contact with him on both occasions trying to engage but both times, he and the other two gentlemen ignored us. Needless to say, I wasted 45 minutes of drive time and left empty handed.

Purchased a bottle of this bootlegger proof online, had high hopes .was really a major let down,yes it is strong but just not a smooth and flavorfull shine, the local folks here make better. and a whole lot less money, not a good buy.

Folks are really nice, enjoyed the samples and the guy serving was great. If you go try the mixes too, not just the alcohol. The tour wasnt much, would have loved learning more about the process and history.

We visit the store in Myrtle Beach and the staff has always been friendly, the moonshine is awesome the apple pie moonshine makes a great cake.

They had an event going on during my visit, wouldnt even let me in without paying $5. I wasnt about to pay $5 just to get into the building. After explaining to 2 people about me not caring one bit about their stupid benefit and that the only reason for my visit was to go inside and shop, security had to follow me inside and then stood over my shoulder while I shopped. And then followed me outside. Clearly they only care about money here.
