I highly recommend them. We have been to Marty wrights so many times and always got a run around about pricing and not given the choice to make changes to the homes because you have to buy directly from the lot. We went here right after leaving Marty wrights and they had the exact same home for 70k less. 189k compared to 250k at Marty wrights and it includes everything like delivery, setup etc. The woman who met us outside was sweet as can be and gave me floor plans and pricing on every home I looked at and loved. I also enjoyed the cat roaming around ❤️ Made it feel like homeI also want to add to the Francis lady. Nothing you said in your review has anything to do with your race and you sound ridiculous. People have lives outside of work and different sicknesses that go on. They can not control the pricing with materials going up and down because of covid. You really sound like a child pulling the race card like every other person these days when one thing doesn’t go your way. You should be ashamed of yourself

They have so much inventory to look at. The sales associates are super friendly and very knowledgeable. All the staff were very nice and helpful. They make your experience less stressful. You dont ever have to feel pressured. Nicole and Jim are the best!! I would highly recommend Tri County Homes!!

I just wanted to personally respond to Francis Hoangs review. You are right, I have been out of the office quite a bit over the last several months, not because I am on vacation, but because I was diagnosed with cancer in early April, going through treatment and will be for the next year. My receptionist was simply trying to protect my privacy. As far as pricing goes, we have gotten price increases every 2 weeks for the last year and a half from the manufacturer. I do not determine pricing, my boss does and I go off of an inventory sheet. As for your other accusations, I will not even dignify them with a response. Have a good day.

So far the experience I have had with this mobile home place is absolutely terrible. They have given me a price disadvantage and dont take me as serious as other people because I am asian. The people there are also not at all nice and treat you bad as a customer. They dont even give an effort to make things go smoothly even if you give them your best.The worst person out of the group is Nicole Montgomery which is the sales consultant. She gives you a price one day and changes it by a great amount the next. When you try to contact her, she is either on vacation or not there today. There are so many excuses and they are never willing be fair with their customers. Overall, terrible service members, terrible management, and discrimination on another level. I do not recommend going there.

We are in the process of looking and they had a lot of models. They were quite friendly and had plenty of information about the homes.I cant comment on the buying process or service as we are not yet that far along.

I purchased my home 5 years ago. I called them last week to ask a few questions. Jim remembered me and was able to answer my questions. I love my home and am still very happy with my purchase.

Ive been here a good 7 times but looking at 1 certain home 4 times. Every time Ive been theyve given me my needed space to think and pray about my decisions. Anytime Ive had a question theyve been able to answer it with a full exact answer. Nicole the sales associate has been outstanding with her support to get me in my dream home. If your looking for your future home go pay them a visit!!!

Great mobile homes

We went to go look at homes. We had 15 min before they closed. Yes, I know this isnt alot of time. But, mind you, we had just left the clayton homes from across the street with 20 min until close. We were allowed to look at the homes. We are seriously looking to buy. And the folks at tri county acted as if they couldnt be bothered. We will go to clayton where we were treated with respect. The best thing about tri county was the cat on the front porch.

My house is taking 8 months and counting waiting for completion. Mobile homes in other state take only month to complete. Dont understand why this is taking so long.

Absolutely horrible. Complete crooks. Sell homes with non matching titles. Have lawyers and appraisers that will do anything to close a fraudulent loan. Look for yourself. Go to Anderson countys website. Look at court cases involving Tricounty and its owner Vance Wells. If you have a home from them see if your trailers serial number matches your title and number used in loan docs. My trailer isnt registered with county nor were any permits issued to the trailer. Best scam artist Ive ever seen

My mother paid cash for a brand new mobile home off the Mauldin Lot in October, here it is mid-april and they refuse to fix or replace anything that is damaged or messed up! Seems Van got his cash and doesnt care about his customers and the promises he makes to them! I would not recommend!!!!!!
