I said last week that I was very unhappy with Pearman Dairy Storage. I am very sorry to have left a bad review.I stored a travel trailer there for almost a year and was very happy with their facilities, prices and customer service.The facilities is one of the nicest ones that I have seen and the prices are very low for what you get. The customer service department works hard to make you happy.

I have been looking for a storage unit for a couple of days. I came across online Pearman Dairy Storage this morning. Miss Hope called me in a timely manner. Gave me all my information that I needed over the phone. Hope was so nice and friendly and understanding. That I will recommend this storage unit to my friends and family.

Very professional and helpful. I was put on a waiting list for the next available 10 x 15. With in a week a 10 x 15 came open, and I received a phone call letting me know I was next in line. Nice clean facility and highly recommend.

When I called, I spoke with Emily. She was very polite and kind. She also answered any question I had very professionally. She informed me of what size would fit best for my needs, as well as the prices. I immediately headed to the office to sign paper work that was needed to lease my unit. The space is very clean and well maintained. I was impressed with how easy the process was and how polite the staff is.

Great customer service and place is spotless. The doors might need a little adjusting on the ability to come and go to the truck, but I understand the need for security. Needed extra space and the office was quick to get me setup with an extra unit.High praise and best price in Anderson

The lady in the office was AMAZING. Super quick and efficient, answered all my questions before I even asked them and made sure I knew where I was going. Not to mention how nice the facility is! Definitely will be using for all my storage needs.

Wonderful customer service. Very informative and helpful in renting a storage unit. Very clean and secure. I trust my belongings being in there without getting broken into. In a good location. Convenient from home and town. Have a gate you go In to access the storage units and have a door with a pass code to enter premises. Offer insurance to protect your belongings and have locks in case you need one.

A/C controlled units. Are behind locked and secured doors. Must have passcode to enter in the gate, as well as a passcode for the door to get into the storage units.

I highly recommend this storage facility. It’s clean, there are a variety of temperature controlled units and Emily is sweet, calm and helpful.

Thank you, Emily! You gave us the exact storage room we wanted, at a good monthly rate.We chose Pearman Dairy because the location is outstanding. It is not far from Interstate 85. It is near the main commercial district of Anderson (restaurants, Walmart, Lowes, banks, ALDI, etc.) And, its near the Penske rental truck garage where we dropped off our truck.Pearman Dairy has a large parking area (unlike some other places we previewed). The loading area/loading dock is wide, the automatic doors make it easy to get in and out. Hallways are wide enough so that your cart or hand truck doesnt bang corners as you bring your furniture and items into the building. Climate control was the perfect temperature and humidity (we unloaded on a cold December day).One other thing, if you have children while you are loading/unloading: there is a goat farm next door! Its very entertaining to watch the goats as they play and eat.Thank you again, Pearman Dairy Storage!

My experience at Pearman Dairy Self Storage was EXCELLENT!!It is clean, new, and a well built state of the art facility. The customer service is professional and the employees are kind and they seemed happy to be working there.I immediately felt welcome and they first provided me a tour to ensure I felt secure about storing my belongings there.The place is energy efficient with excellent interior lighting, several cameras, and they actually kept the place cool. The hallways were roomy and not cramped making it easy for us to maneuver with dollies and hand trucks.Unlike other facilities in the area, I did not notice any mold, excessive dust, bugs, or bad smell. -was no evidence of tenants trying to live there.The prices were more than fair and actually beat that of most outdoor/exposed facilities we priced.This place truly raises the bar and in my opinion is the, Chick-fil-A of storage facilities.I wish you continued success,Thank you,-Justin

The girls in the office are super organized and nice. We ended up moving 3 storage units over to Pearman Dairy Storage and we couldnt be happier. We even got our units close together with easy access. We love it here!

Exceptional service. Staff is very professional. I rented a space for my daughter who is attending a local college. Could not he happier. We got he space we needed at a very reasonable price. The staff goes out of their way to explain the contract terms and works with you in determining exactly how much space you need. I highly recommend Pearman Dairy!!

This place is the bomb.com! The customer service is outstanding and very accommodating to any issues or concerns you may have or encounter. The customer service rep. that was there that day even helped entertain my daughter while I unloaded my car! As for the facility itself is-it is VERY well lit and well ventilated. The unit is spacious, clean and easily accessible. I would highly recommend this to anyone for temporary or full-time storage needs.

My sister rented space from them and when she took her stuff out, she left mine. The lady there not only didnt charge me for the extra days (which was nice because I didnt have any money), she helped me carry my stuff to my car. Thank you very much for your help
