Great customer service and job is always done right

I always take my cars here. The owner is easy going and always get the job done right. I see reviews about them getting their car in a timely manner, but try Odessa. He is Overwhelmed with a lot of work and he wants to get each of them to perfection. Thats what he did for my family Yukon GMC. He always made sure we are taken care of. The thing you learn in the oil field territory is patience, its so many crashes happening all the time. I will always trust this guy with all my cars and if he did semi trucks I would trust him with that to. The customer service is awesome. The lady in front is always welcoming. They even give you a free detail after the car is done. Im happy with the work they done on my Yukon and yes I would reccomend a close friend our family member.

Terrible terrible unprofessional experience probably the worst I’ve ever had! Let’s just say my car came out with damage that wasn’t there before and they also went through my glove box and the owner is awful when I was explaining what wasn’t on my car before we sent it in because I said it look like a paint pen went over a spot when it was supposed to be a full finish he went off on a yelling rant and didn’t even bother going on the side I was at to look at instead he chose to go on a rant when I went it and was talking to him respectfully and he slammed the door and chose to tell me that he wasn’t going to deal with me because he made the deal with my husband but yet both times my husband took it in I was there and he saw me both times so they redid it but you can tell they didn’t do it right or professional and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone it’s the most unprofessional place I’ve ever been too! And if you want to be called a professional then act professional and like a business owner and also do a professional job!!!

Great service, owner is very customer oriented, will go out of his way to put your vehicle back to pre-accident condition.
