My husband had purchased a phone for me from your Odessa store. The customer service rep was horrible we had to go back. Phone wouldn’t work. Ivy at the Andrews Verizon store was amazing. Helped in every way possible. Tried everything to ensure we were satisfied. She definitely is the only reason we continued our service with Verizon. As a company you are very fortunate to have such an amazing employee and I can only hope she would be sent to your corporate store and show them exactly how to ensure customer service.

I’ve had the same phone for 8 years! I dislike upgrading. It’s expensive and all of my apps/photos never transfer even though I’m told they would. Briana at the Andrews store stated, “It will be quick and painless and I won’t let you leave here without all your stuff.” She kept her word! It was a great experience. Thanks B!

We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door by a friendly “Hello” and taken to a desk almost immediately; they were extremely busy. The atmosphere and staff were friendly and a joy. The whole process was easy! Definitely the place to go!

Made me feel unwelcome, a lady manager there was rude.. and seemed we were an inconvenience to her.. wanted my phone switched to Verizon but they didn’t seem to want to help. I already had my phone unlocked and I was turned away.. I included a picture of the email I got and it says it’s ready as clear as day.. the lady insisted I had to wait 24 hrs for ATT.. I don’t know what outdated information they know but they should educate themselves.. and on top of that she was rude about it.. not going back.. I recommend you stop at a Verizon in Odessa or Midland next time you’re there. Don’t go to the location in Andrews. If the manager is like that can’t imagine how the employees are.. They don’t deserve our business even if it’s not a lot of money we’re giving them..

A lady named Brianna from the Andrews TX office helped me. She was rude. She acted like she didnt want to help at all. Just unhappy with her job. Customer service from the 1 800 number is the help that I got. I wouldnt recommend letting that lady help anyone else. So Ill give no stars. So the star that I put doesnt count.
