My fiance went in today to get his a1c done. The pharmacy staff was super friendly and got him taken care of. The pharmacist Biova was very sweet & funny! Glad we decided to get his a1c done at this location.

My dads been a customer for years and they are very professional and nice to my dad. My dad says he understands they are very busy, but they are very nice. All of them are very helpful and nice. They know my dad and my dad is very happy with Walmart Angleton Pharmacy.

Employees have always been very polite and i rarely have to wait in long lines.

Dr. sends a script electronically at 1pm and when you come to pick it up at 7 pm, it STILL is not ready and having to wait 45 min. This is not the first time here at this pharmacy. If you can use another pharmacy, DO SO!

Walmart staff called me to let me know that a prescription was ready, and didnt realize that my voicemail had picked up, I could hear them laughing in the background about my baby being sick. Very unprofessional staff, sounds like theres nothing but kids working up there.

I had a prescription called in on Friday and scheduled for pickup at 3:00 My wife tried to pickup at 3 was told not ready and needed to wait. She came back about an hour later and was told that it was not ready and they we waiting on info from Dr.office She came back at 5, still not ready. Was told that the script was missing Dr. name and cant fill without it. At this point they are closed for the weekend and I am heading out of town Sunday with asthma and no inhaler. Had they mentioned the issue earlier I could have resolved it. When I complained to the mgr the next day she said my story was a lie and my wife didnt try picking up until after 5:00 WOW!! That set me off. I will not ever fill a prescription there again.

I would rate this pharmacy zero stars if it would let me. This pharmacy had me waiting over two hours for my daughters medicine. They told me it would take a hour so I decided to wait. Well after four times at the counter all while waiting behind people to talk the cashier. The cashier tells me to wait 5 more minutes ever time I go to the counter. I finally get my daughters medicine after two hours and fifteen minutes later. I only get two out of three of the medicines. If I wanted the third medicine I had to wait till tomorrow or go to the Lake Jackson pharmacy. Well my daughter needed the eye drops bad so I drove to Lake Jackson to go get it. This is the worst pharmacy experience ever and will NO LONGER do business here!!!

I have been using the Walmart pharmacy for a number of years and have always had a good experience with them. I am surprised by all the bad reviews as that sure hasnt been my experience. When its time for a refill I call it in and wait until the next day to pick it up and its always been ready.

Ive used this pharmacy for years but in the last 3 months the costumer service has drastically changed. My Dr callled in medication and I waited until the next day to pick up. Got there and was told it would be an hour. Went to Lake Jackson, came back and was told it would be another 25 minutes. This seems to be becoming the norm. When people feel bad the last thing they want to do is set in a crowded, high traffic area waiting.

TERRIBLE!!! TERRIBLE!!!!! will never be going back and I’ll also be telling everyone on how much I hate this pharmacy. VERY unprofessional.

Very worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Employees are very rude, have no customer skills, and dont care. To say the least. Really, would it kill them to at the very least acknowledge your presents.

I attempted to call this pharmacy several times with no answer. On the fourth time I finally reached a person who picked up the phone, put it down without requesting me to hold, and I sat waiting saying hello for the next five minutes until they finally hung up in my face. There were two females there who were chatting happily. Wow! If you are trying to get a fill here, be prepared to call several times, hold, get hung up on and then call back.

This pharmacy is the absolute worst pharmacy that I have ever had to deal with. My physician called in a prescription for me on Monday, that they did not have in stock. So they said it was ordered. We are on Wednesday and they still have not ordered it. This is not the first time that this has happened. Sad part is, I just changed from CVS to Wal-Mart as of March 1st, due to insurance changes. Now Ill be changing to a new pharmacy due to the inadequacy of whomever is in charge of the ordering.

Probably the worst service Ive ever had in my life. I called to ask for a transfer and the pharmacist lady there was very rude to me. The lady needs to go back to school and learn some manners and how to talk to other people on the phone. That is the most ridiculous experience I have ever had in my life.

Wednesday 1/25/17 - Went to pick up a prescription at 4:45 pm that had been called in at 8:00 am. The prescription was not ready and was told they would not be ready til 5:10. Went back at 5:30 and still had to wait another 20 minutes and 1 of the prescriptions was not ready due to needing authorization. Was told the fax had been sent for the authorization. No call back from the pharmacy. Called today and was told the authorization was faxed yesterday afternoon!....NOT Wednesday as I was originally informed. Also, informed that the other medication that was faxed in... didnt even begin processing til 4:45! the time I went in to pick said meds up.... There is some serious problems here. If you are able - DO NOT PROCESS YOUR MEDS HERE. NEVER HAVE I HAD SO MUCH FALLING BETWEEN THE CRACKS AND MISINFORMATION! DONT EVENT WANT TO PUT 1 STAR... BUT I HAVE TO IN ORDER TO POST THIS... SMH!
