I picked Cruiser based on a Google search and reading peoples’ reviews. I’m 1,000% delighted with my experience with them and feel compelled to let everyone else know. Joe came out to look at my house for the installation of a mini-split heating/cooling system and listened to what I was trying to accomplish, and then found a better way to do it that didn’t require nearly as much work on my end by not having to tear into my drywall ceiling. They were here 10 mins EARLY, and left my house clean when finished. I could go on & on, but you get the idea. They’re as great to work with as you see people saying in their reviews.

Joe was more than helpful when we were in a pinch to get the job done very fast! He was professional, efficient, and responsive. He provided the kind of customer service and value that you wish every business would. Also we immediately needed a invoice for the work done and Dawnica, the office manager, sent over what we needed within a few minutes of the work being done. Every base was covered and we couldnt be happier with the result. Of all the contractors I encountered while building my home, Joe and Travis at Cruiser Electric were the absolute best. Travis came back to install an electric car charger recently and did an excellent job placing it in a convenient location, while cleanly masking any wiring needed. He is always friendly, professional, and efficient. I will continue recommending Cruiser to anyone who needs an electrician!

I made a frantic call at 8:51 this morning about a melted light switch in my business that left us completely without lights. The owner sent someone to fix it and the job was done within ONE HOUR!!! Its 9:51 and the job is done. I could cry Im so grateful. I was terrified of the danger of possible fire. A million thanks for going out of your way when no other business considered giving me an appointment within a week... or a month. Thank you isnt enough.
