I appreciated their covid policies. While there was one person not following the policy. Staff was friendly and helpful

Possibly the worst customer service Ive ever received. My husband and I were there over an hour before closing and the only customers in the store yet not a single employee acknowledged we were there. We were in search of a specific item and couldnt get an an employee to even look at us to ask about it. Never going back.

Cashier walked away from the register to talk to someone on the phone who had called AFTER we were in line to check out. I asked about the price of an item and brought it to show her. She looked at it at tossed it back to me. I will not be back!!

Go to Pottery Barn. The prices are the same, and their products are a better quality than Pier One.

Colton Cason was THE BEST. My husband and I needed to find a table and chairs to fit our small deck. Colton listen carefully to what we needed and set out to find the perfect answer for our area. He made it fun. We looked at various options and discussed various pros and cons for our situation. He was very knowledgable. He was tireless in searching (literally) high and low in the store for what we needed. He helped us find deals offered by the store to make our purchase more affordable too. Before we took it all home, he tightened all connections on the table to make sure it was ready to go. When we got home, it was perfect!! We love our table and chairs, and so appreciate Coltons expertise and good humor. We will definitely shop at Pier 1 in Ankeny again. Thanks!

Wanted to pay off my CC bill and they only take checks or cash, no debit. All the employees were great, this is a corporate problem.
