Every time I visit this location.i find that being a white person they look at me like wet are you doing here.i have 400 to drop on a phone what are you doing her.more then one time they are living in the store the boat mobile in Fairfax the man was sleeping on the floor it smells like cheep perfume and stink all at the same time no phones.i switch to t-mobile bost is some Mexican that dont know anything about a phone they will have to call teck soporurt to help them sell you a phone.if you are not white this store is perfect for you if you are a not a citizen of America bost will help you with your next phone if you are American stay away from her

The employees here are useless. My phone broke and when I went to the store to get a replacement, the doors were locked and the lady working there said it was closed. I got my replacement phone the next day and when I returned to the store, the same employee told me it would cost $37 to activate my new phone. Then she started talking badly about me in Spanish to another customer. Too bad for her, I speak Spanish too. I got my phone activated for free from home too. She is a terrible employee and should get fired.

I went to pay my phone bill and it was around 3:00 pm and the door 🚪 was locked and lights were turned off i looked at the hours of operation and it said they dont close till 8pm so then I looked through the window and 2 employees were sitting at the counter eating a girl and a man they both looked at me and didnt even bother on getting up and coming to the door I looked at the door and they had a sign written on lunch will return at 3:45pm aww thats why to late for lunch time and its an inconvenience to us customers I will never go back to that boost store it was my first impression and my last impression of them

This is the third time I have tried to get a new phone from this location. All three times the hours sign has said that the store wasopen for business, but as usual, it is closed and locked. If I could leave a zero star review, I would. What is the point of having a business if its not open? Why should I come here when its supposed to be open, if it never is?

I bought an iPhone like 2 month ago and the sales person said that the phone was new and now my phone keeps turning off for no random reason and I went to apple store to see if they knew what was wrong with the phone and they said that the phone has 51 percent desentegraded battery and the sales person said the phones was new. I will never buy a phones from boostmobile again .
