Update:this location is shutting down soon. Everything is selling at discount. Even thenshelves. All sales final.Its a K-mart. I love going here because of the random low price finds. Lots of toys/collectibles go on clearance here.But despite seeing some great prices, I always think twice. The check out is typically way to long. And its not usually because of the customers. A lack of working cash registers combined with so often new employees being trained on the registers adds to the wait. And its long enough a wait that I have walked away from some amazing deals because I valued my time more.

Love Kmart, pizza there is made fresh while you wait and always tastes better than the stand alone places. Great tall bags of popcorn also. The water,vat the soda fountain always tastes great and so cold.

This store is always messy and hot. In all the years I have lived in the area, I dont believe the air conditioner ever properly worked. Even on a day where it isnt very hot out the store is warm and muggy. Otherwise, its convenient.

The better Kmart in this area. Online pickup so much easier. Doesnt look nice on outside but is clean and organized inside.Friendly staff.

I went in there to see something about my tablets that I bought online. Went in there waited customer service and then another lady customer arrived and then the customer service lady. The lady came with two other ladies and dispatched them. Then she helped the other lady that came after me. She didn’t even asked who was next but I waited patiently. I was trying to return or exchange a tablet that stopped working to quick. They couldn’t find it on their network. So they couldn’t helped me. I showed them on my Kmart store app but still didn’t find it on their network so still they couldn’t helped me.While the lady was helping me there was someone out there that she knows and stopped helping me and started talking to her. I think should help me first and then chat with them. I felt that two ladies there didn’t want to help me at all. I felt like they were kind of rude and not very helpful at all. Not sure what kind of professionalism this is but I think Kmart should help their employees on how to be better on customer service.My first time there and hopefully my last, I usually buy stuff online just because of this. Lots of stores these days that their employees and the customer service aren’t just not good. You can see who wants to help you and who don’t. I did not feel good about this experience so now I will have to contact the company who manufactures the tablets to see how I can get it fixed.

Just now walked out. I was going to get my kids a snack while I picked up a few things for our new home. Went up to the Little Caesars counter and the lady asks me you want something. Caught me by surprise because I expect can I help you or at the very least a hello. I notice the credit card machine reads closed so I give her the benefit of the doubt and ask if she is opened and points up and says the light is on so yeah Im open to which I take a minute and think this lady has got to be joking no one is this rude she will laugh in a minute. She doesnt instead she says Are you gonna get something? So I said you know nevermind no thanks. She turns and says alright.I walk to a register ask for a manager to talk to wait 10- 15 min and the manager never comes and I tell the cashier you know what its fine I wont be back to which she says shes right there at the exit talking if you want to talk to her.Really!?! Umm No thank you! Ill find some other place to shop that has better customer service! Thank you but no thank you.

I like and hate this kmart depending on what Im looking for. Theyre girls clothing section is just awful, but the boys and toddler clothing is decent for inexpensive options. Unfortunately my daughter grew out of the toddler section and I have not found any article of clothing in the girls section suitable.Generally checkout takes forever (if youre the third person in line it often takes 10-15 minutes), but they have gotten a little better lately. The store isnt particularly well organized, but its relatively clean.

I had a bad episode with them. My 20 dollar gift card was not honered. And was given to me as a present and they never returned me that money. But, have good specials.

Worst shopping experience ever in my life. I had to buy a trimer that has one price label on it, but when I went to check-out, cashier said different price. I took him to the self, but he couldnt able to find the price. Actually, there was all messed up. There was nothing in a right place, so you can see the right price for the product. Probably, they never set the self.I wanted to talk the manager, but he didnt call. I think there was no manager. I spent almost an hour to get things that I wanted to buy and end-up with buying nothing. HORRIBLE PLACE AND STAFF, NEVER GO AGAIN!!!!

This is a good one stop shop to pick up everything you need from food and beverages to household items.

Deals were decent. We did end up waiting 15 minutes for someone to assist us with the layaway. Once someone finally came, we were taken cared of right away.

We shop here often. Its clean and the staff are polite. The only problem we had was recently when we bought a cell phone. We bought the extended warranty because the cashier said it would cover you if you dropped it and cracked the screen. We contacted the kmart warranty department when my wife inevitably dropped the phone, and we found that the warranty only covers manufacturers defects.The cashier, Im sure, was not lying to us. Its just a training issue at the store. They should make sure their staff understands what they are selling with the extended coverage. Other than this experience, we like this Kmart.

I ordered a piece of clothing in advance and put it on hold but when I got there they didnt have it. Manager got me another one on the house which is cool but still not the one I ordered

I always like shopping at K-MartThis one has nice wide-open isles - and the you cant beat the prices.

This is a typical Kmart. I like that they usually carry Thom McCann shoes. The store is generally clean and adequately stocked.

The store is a little more calm than other places and can normally find what Im looking for. Checkout is always slow (this goes for Kmarts across the country, not just Annandale)

Great deals on several items,but building had no AC on a 90 degree day.

It was a nice place to shop for those days where you don’t want to drive all the way to Walmart or Target. But now that there closing permanently, people are going to have to go to Walmart or Target unless they build another store there. It’s sorta sad to see this place go, I remember all the memories I had there, but because Sears and Kmart are going down hill, it’s only a matter of time before all the Kmarts close permanently. R.I.P Annandale Kmart. You’ll always be in my memories.

Terrible service. Cashiers are all terrible.They are too slow.I was waiting for check out with the cashiers light on. But she told me she is closed. When I changed to another cashier, she opened again for another customer. I was supposed to be next, but other cashiers kept asking the people behind me. Well! I came first. How bad service they have.

This is the most depressing KMart of them all. Not one staff member is eager to help and you have American Psycho offspring hovering at the main entrance. Sincerely the most filthy and gloomy store I have seen.

I understand now why Kmart is progressing towards bankruptcy and eventually go out of business. Customer service is horrendous. I received emails that my online orders are ready to pick up, but it takes over 20 minutes of me waiting for the customer service rep to find my orders. Why does it take so long if my order is ready to pick up? I dont plan to purchase anything ever again from here.Another thing that happened was that the cash register spontaneously rebooted then it took over 10 minutes to boot back up when I was trying to return something. This was incredibly frustrating for me and everyone behind me.Basically I spent over an hour to return an item and pick up my online orders.I will never shop at kmart again.

Absolutely filthy and you can never get help when you need it. The cashiers need training in customer service they lack those basic friendly skills

It is amazing to see the debacle of this store. What I saw was a store that sells everything, but has a poor management.

I think this is the last time I ever shop at a Kmart. I brought in a print out of the item that I wanted to purchase (I could have ordered it online and had it delivered free to my house for that low price). They said that was the Internet price, not the in-store price. The manager would not honor the Internet price. I could have ordered the items and picked them up then and there with my Android phone, but Id rather pay for my stuff at some other store. BTW - I shopped at Kmart in the early 90s and wouldnt you know it, they still use the same archaic system of punching in the long code number of an item when it doesnt come up in the scanner, which it doesnt do a high percentage of the time. Get with the times Kmart and do whats right to your customers!

They declined my debit card. Then did not have an ATM I had to have my wife wait with the baggs while I got in car and drove to gas station to use an ATM. Then when I came back the cashier was outside looking for me thinking I took off with the baggs. Not paying attention that my wife was still in the store.

Overworked staff, not enough staff. The announcement is very very very loud. Managers yell at staff. Not clean, no customer service, price are quite expensive.

It tends to be crowed every time I been there. Good deals here and there.

I go here at a last resort, but do go - the itself store isnt all that bad, kind of light in stock, but checking out is ALWAYS a hassle. Always a line, always takes too long, and the checkers arent friendly.

Horrible!!!!!!! This lady named TINA very very disrespectful. Mad because we lefted some thing behind because we didnt want them. Terrible Customer Services. Staff didnt care when I conplain.

As far as Kmarts go, I guess this is pretty on par. Overall, trashy and horrible.

Horrible store. Employees are few and far between and almost half the items in the store dont have price tags. The store is also extremely disorganized things are put in weird places that dont make sense.
