Best prices for mower repair in the area. Honest owner. Does really good work. Ive taken three of my lawn power tools for service to JT. Hasnt disappointed.

Lawnmower starter cable/line, wheels and engine issues were all resolved quickly and reasonably priced. When a trimmer line snapped, was told not worth replacing cause repair would be too costly. Very honest and my mower is running great thanks to them.

Got full servicing on my lawn mower, and trimmer, and blower; all hum and work better than new now. Great turn around, friendly service and comfortable pricing

Very bad experience! Do NOT use this business. I took my chainsaw here because it would not start. They called me a week or two later to pick it up. I brought it home. When I went to use it, I started it up and smoke and oil was seeping out the side. I opened up the unit and noticed a number of parts missing. I took it back to the shop and the guy tells me that someone must have stolen the parts out of the chainsaw in my house and he had nothing to do with it. So, he thinks that someone came into my house and instead of just stealing the whole chainsaw, they opened up the chainsaw and stole only specific parts that are hard to get off. Then they put everything back together again. What a joke. This is just completely dishonest. Stay far away.

Couldnt be happier, I needed a part for my 16 year old Toro lawnmower and they had the part and sold it to me at a very reasonable price. My lawnmower is up and running again. It is nice to have a local store for parts when you need them and not have a wait a week for an online order and hope it shows up. In the future if I need a part or have something small engine related to repair that i cant do myself I will go to J T Mower first.

I have taken several mowers to JT for service and have always been very pleased. He has fixed items that others have not been able to.

I came in to get my mower blades sharpened, I had called ahead to confirm that this is a service they offer. They were able to sharpen my blades on the spot and came out feeling like katanas. It only took about 10 minutes. This is obviously a small operation business, Mom & Pop shop, and they were very friendly and serviced my blades quickly. I paid $7 for each class to be sharpened. I would consider using them for any small engine repair, but cant vouch for that service in this review.

I bent my mower blade today and assumed I was in for a lengthy expensive repair. But I brought it to J T Mower, and 15 minutes and $25 later, it had a replacement blade and was as good as new! Great service.

I have had multiple pieces of equipment serviced here over the years including a 20+ year old Honda riding mower, Toro snowblower, Craftsman chain saw, gas mower and power washer. They do good work at reasonable prices and repairs always been completed when promised. The owners, Mr. & Mrs. Chin, are very friendly, professional and courteous. I dont understand the few negative reviews. They certainly dont match my experience with JT Mower. I recommend them to my friends and they like them as well.Bill TinklepaughAnnandale, VA

Cant comment about the repair shop. They do refill propane for $20, the only place I know around here. Filled to the top, none of that Blue Rhino 3/4 full scam tank exchange.

Dropped off lawnmower that wouldnt start a week ago. Called today to confirm it was ready, then drove 40 minutes to get here. I paid $115 for the repair, went to start the mower myself before leaving, and it did not start. Sitting here now for 45 minutes in the middle of the work day waiting for them to fix what I already paid for on my time. Thankfully I didnt get all the way home first before trying to start it.

I dropped off my Toro snow blower, and it was fixed by the next day. Now it starts easily on the first pull. I had a good experience with this shop.

I have brought in two different mowers several times for them to tune up and the mower has worked great each time. They do a great job.

Worst customer service ever! Not only they had misplaced my blower they didnt even had a chance to look at it. The owner told me in one week the job will be done, came back a week later and they lost my blower took them 30 minutes to find it and telling me its not finished. What a shame. Never coming back to this unorganized location again.

I brought my Toro lawn mower here multiple times and have spent hundreds of dollars only for it to not start 2 or 3 lawn mowings later. Every time I have brought it here the only thing JT says is there is water in the gas which I made sure was not possible after the first time he mentioned it, and when I called to explain, JT was rude and claimed he had no idea what was wrong. Horrible customer service, and I don’t know how JT is allowed to work on equipment.

I bring our mower back each year for a time-up. This place is amazing.

Seems like they know what theyre doing. Not always possible to reach on the phone. Prices are okay. Pick up & delivery of mowers are $50 (as of 6/2018).

Worst place ever they use very cheap parts or used from other mowers to fix yours and they charged you as a original part. they put a unbranded belt to my mower and it did not last more than a month ( the original lasted 1 year ) AVOID THIS PLEASE!!!

When my lawn mover broke, I called several places and felt very bad about my situation - until I called this place! I came next morning - it took the owner SECONDS to figure out whats going on, and in two days my mower was fixed for a very moderate price, clean and with oil changed. I wish it was my car mechanic!
