It was a decent visit, but I did not find what I was looking for listed online. No problem, I purchased part of what I need and left. The store was nice as well as the staff.

Half generic trendy do it your self decor, half art supply store. Wish they had more of a selection to compete with HL, particularly miniatures, alas gone are the days of MJDesigns.

This is a clean and organized store. Everything is easy to find. If theyre out of stock on the shelves, the staff will help by checking if they have it in the back. You can find their in store coupons online that can save you additional money. Overall, great craft store.

Michaels is a good craft store that has a large selection. Its pretty standard. The number of items can sometimes make it challenging to find what youre looking for but staff are always really helpful in locating things.

I try to visit Michaels when I need craft supplies and this location was just as conveniently located, stocked, and clean as others closer to home. The staff was very helpful. I was looking to work on a resin based project and they were able to give me pointers on what works best. Next time I need something crafty in the area, Ill definitely come here

Almost everything an artist can use, all in one place. They have a great selection of acrylic paints,and canvases of all sizes. They always have good deals on T- shirts if you buy a couple. They have a lot of seasonal decor. There are plenty of fun items to try if you want a new hobby, as well as items for the professional. The workers are always friendly helpful and happy. I would be too if I worked at an arts and crafts store.

Curbside pick up was much better this time. The first time I tried it, I ended up having to go inside. Today, the wait was not long and I didnt have to go inside.

I placed a pick up order. I received an email that it was ready. On my end, it says it was under my name (this will become relevant later). I also had the order number and email pulled up. They couldn’t find the order under my name, then they checked all the alphabetized bins to see if it was there. It wasn’t in any of their labeled bins or the other pick up spot. They couldn’t find it with the order number either. They checked “everywhere” and couldn’t find it. This took several minutes. After this, they said the cashier was going to re-pull the order. I could hear her fumbling on the radio about not being able to find the items and I had seen them on the shelf so I offered to just grab them. The manager (a short lady with a short hair cut, shaved on the sides) promptly snapped at me and explained that the other employee and I would be doing the same thing...but I knew where the items were. She didn’t realize I could hear everything the cashier was saying on the radio. They then started talking amongst themselves back and forth about how they should text a coworker at home who they thought MAY have packed the order. We were made to wait even longer with no explanation or update as to what was going on. Then randomly, another cashier started digging around in a unlabeled cart that was shoved over to the side and piled with items. A different cashier recognized part of my order (mixed in with other junk in the cart)...They then rifled through several papers in the disorganized cart and announced that the order was under my authorized pick up person’s name. And THAT WAS WHY IT WAS LOST. How on earth they would have found an unpacked order under anyone’s name...made no sense to me. They then had to bag up the order. Re-explained that they couldn’t find it because I had “given them the wrong name” and gave us the items with NO APOLOGY. Overall, the employees were very disorganized and rude with no regard to customer service and made me feel as if I were an inconvenience for trying to pick up an order that I had been told was completed.

Didnt have the craft items we wanted.

Not a very personable experience. I dont think that the cashier was paying much attention to me. Had bags that I had gifts in versus stuff that I didnt mind my daughter seeing. I had asked her to put certain things of the same brand in one bag and then the other things in another that way my daughter does not see them. It was the mask, I dont know. But Ive gone here before and its been mediocre.

The girls working there were NO help at all. I asked 3 different girls for help and not a single one of them would take the time out to help me find what I was looking for. They just pointed in a general direction and said I think its over there. I still couldnt find it. Thank you for nothing.

I only go in here when I really need to do so for a kids project. Always seems to be only half stocked in many aisles. Not a fan of the layout of the store. Not enough personnel on the floor to assist, though, the ones who are there are helpful. I can get better prices at Walmart or Amazon.

This is the most poorly run Michaels I’ve ever been in!! The isles are FULL of boxes that have not been unpacked! It’s actually a hazard trying to get through the isles. And it’s ALWAYS like this!! It’s just a mess and it’s too bad!! I have been in lots of Michaels and this is the poorest run one I’ve ever experienced!! So sad!!

I see they still run the store the same way. And they got rid of the custom floral.makes me wonder how many full-time jobs they have left. Framing will always be good because thats their bread and butter.

As a rewards member, I was able to return some merchandise that had the tags removed and I lost the receipt. The manager went out of his way to assist and I received a full refund. Love Michaels

The sales are always great and I can always find what I need. It is hard though to find help while in the store and they rarely have enough people to ring people out. So if you arent in a rush its fine to shop here. I just wish they would be more helpful and efficient in the store.

This Michaels was great. It was well stocked and had lots of up to date items. I was so happy that I traveled past my usual Michaels to this one. Worth the drive.

Bog standard Michaels. I go there for yarn, the selection is small but the prices are good. If you do online shopping with in store pickup you will have to go to framing to collect your purchase. Avoid this on the weekend if possible, as the framing department always seems busy then.

I love this place! The only reason Im rating 4 stars is because even when all 6 registers are open, it is normal to wait in line for 10+ minutes. They have a great selection of just about everything, but sometimes its hard to find what you need in the sea of supplies 😂 Either way, customer service is typically great; everyone is nice and efficient. I come here for baking supplies, craft supplies, decorations, and many other things. Great place.

Love this store. They always have everything I would need. Today I bought some Posca Pens, Faber Castell Pitt markers, and some Copic markers. The employee went out of her way to hep me find exactly what I needed, and even took the time to pull up a coupon on her phone for me so that I could get a discount. I had a fantastic experience today with Mallory in the framing department. I had brought in two works of art drawn by my preschool-aged son, to be dry-mounted and framed. Mallory was extraordinarily helpful with this, sorting out exactly what needed to be done. She then helped me pick out off-the-shelf frames that worked beautifully (and saved me a lot of money), and then put the mounted art into the frames for me, and wrapped it all up so that I could safely bring it home in the rain. Did I mention they did the whole thing in 24 hours? I could not have been more delighted and pleased. And my son is thrilled, too. Thank you, Mallory!! We will be back again soon.

Almost everything and anything you need arts and crafts wise. You can always find a coupon online and use it on the same day. (use the 40 percent off one item one per day) the store changes per holiday and or season. Well organized.

Nothing particularly noteworthy one way or the other. Theyve got what I need fairly consistently. The line always takes a while, but Ive gotten used to it. Make sure you download your coupons BEFORE going into the store because it is a near guarantee that the internet wont work.

Has a lot of options if you need to shop in store. But if you dont have coupons, prices are a bit expensive. Parking can be a bit chaotic as the plaza is really busy. There are also carts that you can use in the store, but no cart return areas outside of the store so I took the cart back inside.

I placed an order online. Some of the items were cancelled. Not available. When I got to the store, I saw the exact items I ordered online. I was tokd by an employee that if there are only one or two left, they cannot be ordered online and you will be told not available.
