Very professional. So helpful! From the appointment scheduler to the service center customer tech (Matt). We traveled from a different State and got a puncture on our tire. I figured, I had a warranty through a premium service contract (but didnt know the contract#) and Matt called Annapolis for me to confirm. Annapolis finance called back immediately. All done in 1 hour. Fantastic - for both Knoxville and Annapolis coordination and service! Super.

I had my car towed there for diagnosis of why it wouldn’t start. Turns out it was a common issue related to the steering lock. The price they wanted for repair was 2x what I was willing to pay and about 8x higher than effecting repair myself. In my opinion when an issue is due to poor engineering or quality control (evidenced by it being a common issue on a physically isolated component), the OEM’s representative shouldn’t charge exorbitant rates for repair. Given the cost analysis I arranged for the car to be towed to my home. I informed the service center of my intention to have it towed and they said they would email me a bill for the diagnostic service. The next day when the tow truck arrived at the service center I got a call from one of their associates (Sean) saying that they wouldn’t release the car to the driver until I paid my bill. Sean admitted that they had not yet emailed me the bill, and he then did so immediately. I used their clunky online payment system which declined my first credit card for no reason and was eventually able to get it to work. In my opinion, the more professional/classy thing to do would have been to send the (repeat) customer a bill without annoying him by demanding immediate payment or wasting the tow truck driver’s time. I got the car back and unsurprisingly the complimentary car wash had not been performed. The courtesy inspection paperwork was also missing, so Im left to assume that I was charged $175 for diagnosing a problem that was likely immediately recognized by the technician. My lesser gripes include that Sean’s tone of voice had an air of snobbery – perhaps due to my economic choice to perform my own repair? Also humorously he mispronounced my last name, which I am very used to but thought it strange coming from a representative of a German-owned company. In summary, if you are going to charge outrageous prices for repairs, then at least step up your customer service. Otherwise, the only business youre likely to get are from folks that dont have any other choice, dont know any better, or from those with more money than sense and who also happen to have low standards.

Benz is suppose to be a luxury brand.. And I would think their service would be great also. Alas!, this service center can never do a job right. You have to go back and forth to get things done. They do not treat customers with loyalty and respect. They just want to make money fast with min work done and that also with more problems down the road. My experience has been horrible and it continues to be the case. I will give it less than one star.

As an African American Woman, I really would love to find a mercedes-benz service center that provides the same level of acknowledgement given to others. My vehicle was serviced, as intended, however, I was left feeling somewhat unwelcome.

Service is a complete scam and well overpriced! they asked $1200 for trany service when owing mills and Catonsville asked $400! 300% more is a complete rip off of customers! they harm the Mercedes brand I hope Mercedes would do something about this location their prices is unreasonable why would anyone want to buy this brand of car again

I took my car in because it gave me the B service needed reminder. I just had the B service done a couple months ago, or at least thats what I paid for a couple months ago. I also told Steve Nevitte that I had recently come in (about a week prior) to have the coolant topped off and suggested that perhaps the B service was not done after all I also noticed that the windshield washer fluid hadnt been topped off either as it appeared to have been at the same level as it was when it was brought in a couple months ago and a tech also topped it off about a week prior. Mr. Nevitte specifically told me and in Writing that the ONLY things that were wrong is that the B service reminder light was not reset and that there is a very small hole in the coolant reservoir. When I asked him to price it out, over an hour later he tells me that we usually go ahead and replace the windshield washer bottle and the water pump since theyre all plastic pieces and once they get to removing/replacing plastic pieces theres a good chance of breaking/cracking further leaking. So I said to him, wait youre telling me that replacing the One thing thats wrong will cause 2 other things to break... and asked him what happened to the you break it, you fix it rule? I told him I am not paying for anything thats not broken and I was refused in having only the coolant reservoir replaced so I told him I would be there to pick up my car. When I arrived, he was not there and conveniently did not close out ticket. I was assured Id receive a copy of it Monday morning. I did not even after asking for it several times. A week later, on Friday, 3/12/21, Mr. Nevitte said my email rejected his attempt to send it to me. I emailed him with no problem and finally received a copy of the invoice. It states waterpump leaking and reservoir bottle has degradation. It also states that I declined repair. I declined the repair because per Mr. Nevittes written word, according to him, the Shop Foreman and the tech the Only thing that needs to be replaced is the coolant reservoir which they werent willing to replace unless I had other parts that werent in need of repair replaced.Fyi: the coolant reservoir sits on top so I cannot understand how replacing it would break/crack the water pump and the windshield washer bottle.Now, I have to pay additional money to find out if Mercedes Benz of Annapolis started the repairs and already broke/damaged those parts during removal assuming I was gonna pay them $2000 for unnecessary repairs instead of the $145 for the one repair needed.

I am Very Disappointed with the Annapolis Mercedes Service Department. After reading all the good reviews, I decided to take my car to this service center. I explained to Steve(very nice guy ) that the car would start, but something is draining the battery and the car would not start next the day(I would need to get a jump). Now, I replaced the alternator, starter and battery even before I took my car to this center service. SO after the service center was able to look at the car, I was told that the alternator and the loose belts and adjustment are needed to fix the car, the cost would be $2,100.00(EXPENSIVE)I agreed, because after the work would be done, problem would be fixed.Well it did NOT happen that way. Well after work was done, I get a call from the service representative and he explained to me that the battery is still being drained by something else and they won an Additional $700. AND WILL NOT EVEN GUARANTEE this is going to fix the problem.Listen I understand that Mercedes Benz can be expensive to maintain, but what I dont understand, is that you bring your car to be serviced and the problem is not fixed but you still want me to pay $2,100.00. Something is really wrong. This problem is pending, and I really hope that this can be resolved the right way. Paying the bill is not a problem, but I do not think this is the way you treat a 1st time customer. I would love to talk to manager or owner of this dealership about resolving this problem. Over the last month the young ladies who run the receptionist line for the service department have been horrible. Constantly put on hold to speak to someone then sent to mailboxes. Although I never do reviews online - the the service and other folks I’ve worked with at this dealership are the best hands down.I asked for names of everyone that helped me on my issue. They are the following: Tommy Tate, Rodd Bowman, Chuck Leyman, and Zack Wilson.I have no issue driving from Tyson’s Corner to them. There’s a Mercedes dealer literally 3 min away, and many others in the area (Northern Virginia) with no traffic or frustrations. I drive in some cases with traffic a little over an hour each way To a whole other state (Maryland) because they’re more than worth it.These guys are genuine, honest, and sincerely want you to leave, satisfied with anything and everything there - customer service. I’ll make a bad pun here because it fits. These guys literally go the extra mile and then some.If you think about it - the service department is the unsung hero of any car dealership. The don’t just provide actual service, they function as customer service. This dealership operates an online parts store (GetMercedesParts). Ordered parts from their website, which was lost by FedEx. No big deal, Ill simply request a refund and they can deal with FedEx regarding the lost package, right?Wrong. After asking for a refund instead of replacement parts they went completely silent, not responding to emails. I filed a PayPal claim, which they also never responded to, and ultimately after three weeks of no response PayPal ruled in my favor. Disappointing.

I was hoping the system would let me do 0 stars. I stopped going there after my mechanic in PA told me that MB Annapolis charged me for parts they did not replace. The same engine coils they charged me to replace were still in the engine when I took it to PA. They also once tried to charge me for a Flush & fill when I took the car in for a coolant leak. Obviously that did not fix the problem. They tried multiple times to correct the issue and couldnt figure out what was wrong. The same mechanic in PA told me by phone as the car was in there, Have them drive the car longer, til the temp light comes on That advice from a seasoned (and competent) mechanic helped them diagnose the issue. Also, my 2006 C230 was built with a defective transmission (theres a class action lawsuit in CA on this issue) but generally Mercedes refuses to acknowledge the problem. MB Annapolis charged me about $2000 to replace the transmission without telling me MB knows the transmission is defective.

Well you buy your wife a SL550, but go to the “service” center in your work truck and clothes to buy some accessories for the Mrs. Two guys behind the partition talking bs, I ring the customer “service” bell four times. Nothing, no acknowledgment, no “I’ll be with you in a minute”, nothing. They couldn’t have been deaf, they were having a conversation of bs that I easily heard. I won’t ever go there again, Salisbury or Arlington aren’t that far away. Make sure you look wealthy if you do use the Annapolis M-B dealer/service. I make enough to buy most of their inventory, but work with my hands. PATHETIC customer “service “.

Great service. They fully explain everything that needs to be done. The cleanest service so anywhere and the most comfortable, clean and clean waiting room with smoke complimentary drinks and snacks. They offer rides to wherever you need to go while waiting and offer you a similar or upgraded car for you while your car is being repaired. The repairs are price but the work is excellent and that return your car looking brand new.

Ive been going to the service center for Mercedes of Annapolis for over 6 years and have to say I have been spoiled by the amazing service and attention to detail of Chuck Lehman. He doesnt miss a beat. No matter how routine (or not routine) the service he is spot on each and every time. Be skeptical with all these 5 star reviews. Weve had our vehicle for almost 7 years and recently we noticed the price of the schedule maintenance visit was larger than usual. Had to take my car in for routine maintenance, always dread having to go to the dealer....not this time. Mike Adams welcomed me in with a smile and a great attitude. I was due for a 3 hour service and was supposed to be stuck there waiting, Mike had a cancellation earlier in the day and was able to provide me with a loaner that was unexpected. I live in NJ and my family and I went down to Annapolis Mercedes to get our car. It was our first time there. The sales representatives that work there are very friendly and down to earth. They even offered us dinner! We were very satisfied with their services and their location was very sanitary and outstanding. Mr.Doug Bouslog helped us and gave us a wonderful experience. My family and I are looking forward to visit them again. I recommend that if you have the opportunity, definitely give Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis a visit. I have not had the experience that I had in Annapolis in NJ before.

Could not ask for better service! Sean was waiting for me when I walked into the Service area. He asked that a senior technician drive the car to better gauge the problem, which he did shortly after departing the Service Center.Upon return,he advised Sean of the condition and what needed to done to be 100% sure.After that, Sean had the loaner car ready for me. Later that day,Sean called and updated me about my vehicle and the fix actions and cost. I readily agreed to fix actions, especially since I dont want to experience the same condition in the future. Recently purchased a C63s out of state and need to get a Maryland State Inspection. I called MB of Annapolis, by the way was on hold for over ten minutes, they want to charge $225 for a md state inspection, per Rafael. So I called MB of Hunt Valley and their charge is $125. I dont mind paying for good service work but paying double for the same work for a Maryland Inspection is just not right. I guess I wont be taking my new MB for any service work to MB of Annapolis.

While driving E350 Class it started making a loud static like sound. The noise became increasingly loud. When I called my service advisor, Mike Adams, he instructed me to bring the car in. I did and he had a loaner waiting for. Although the sound/noise could not be duplicated, Mike stayed in touch with me, ensuring me that they would keep the car overnight to continue trying to discover the problem. This is only one of the many times I have interacted with Mike. He is consistently courteous, well mannered, respectful, patient and an all around extremely helpful gentleman. In addition, he makes me feel comfortable.

I have been a client of MB Annapolis since 2004 and have witnessed and experienced many changes throughout the service department. I have been assigned a number of times, throughout the years, to different advisors that moved on from the company which made me quite sad to see them go. My most recent visits have been a completely different experience to the last few years. Everyone was happy to be at their job, there was a renewed sense of enthusiasm and a push to make sure that the jobs performed were complete to the utmost satisfaction and thoroughness. Beware. This service center is very very shady. They told us we needed a new part that they allegedly no longer made and they were going to get one from the salvage yard and charge us $1600.00. We went to a local mechanic and they repaired it for $350. I hoping not all mercedez benz dealerships are like this but if so, we will be selling.

Took my car to service as I bought an extended warranty, not a Mercedes warranty. I thought I should take it there because engine light was on and had the code for transmission module. I cleared the code with my OBDII scanner. They told me they couldnt see any codes so they said there was nothing they could do. I gave them the code but they still said they couldnt do anything. I asked what would they check if they scanned that code. He tells me we dont use a OBDII scanner we use a Mercedes scanner and there would be an additional code in there. So I let that go and knew if there was a problem the light would come back on. My thermostat housing was leaking also which they said the could fix. Warranty book time was .6 hours diagnostics on thermostat and 2.6 repair time. They wanted an hour and half Diagnostics 3.6 hours repair time. The warranty company said if they could show a publication on the book time from Mercedes or another labor rate book in the industry they would pay for it. So when I explained this to the service adviser and ask if they have a publication he could provide them he said he didnt think they had one. All he had to do was show me. Little did he know i used to be a mechanic in a dealership many years ago and I know there is a book time they publish because thats how the pay the mechanics. I tried to talk with him and explain there were too many hours he then insults my intelligence by telling me he could take $50 dollars off. Over $900 for a thermostat housing you can see right in front of the engine. Warranty company had no problem with the parts cost of $289.00. He then proceeds to give me a free vehicle maintenance inspection on additional service items to the tune of $5000.00. Showing items failing inspection and says but you might have had some of these done already I dont know. How do they tell if it fails? What if I had those things done. I am all for making your money but dont play the customer. They wonder why people dont want to visit the dealer.Update: I did get a call from Mack one of the service managers. Super nice guy he listen to me and agree that the time the warranty company offer was fair. Explain about the trans issue and was genuinely concern about the problem I had explained and is looking into. Mack has restored a little bit of faith. I will update again after I receive my car back.

I have not had the opportunity to use your full service department, but I have used your parts department and my experience has been outstanding. The Parts Department gives awesome customer service and is very knowledgeable about the parts they sell. I will continue to do business with Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis. Tommy has made my experience a very pleasant one and I talk about him all the time.

I have a SL500 and have been a customer for a long time. I recently took my car into the service department and I was very happy with the entire staff. I was impressed from the time I drove into the service lane . The changes that have occurred over the past year have been awesome and I am very anxious to see the new and improved service department. My car loves going in for it check up! I will always drive Mercedes and always use Mercedes Benz of Annapolis service department. Thanks to everyone!

I took my C63 AMG in for some warranty issues that were a little out of the ordinary. After I explained my dilemma with Service Consultant Kevin Miller and Service Manger Mac McConnell they went out of their way to make sure my car was in perfect condition when I picked it up. From the time I entered the Service Bay where I was met with someone opening my door and asking how they could assist, to the point I picked up my car I was completely blown away with the entire staff. The process for getting a loaner car was seamless, the car was brought in and the staff assisted in transferring any items I needed for the next couple of days. When I picked my car up, I was met at the car by Kevin and then Mac came out to ensure the repairs were done to my satisfaction. The car was spotless, like it had just came out of the showroom. This is what I truly call the Mercedes Benz 3-Star Service! Will I be back - ABSOLUTELY! Will I tell my friends and family about the great service ABSOLUTELY! Mac and Kevin thanks so much, I cant tell you how much I appreciate what you did to remedy my issue, Again....Thanks. Kyle

The staff at Mercedes Annapolis was absolutely wonderful. Jamie Wist and Terrencee Johnson were very courteous and professional. Jamie resolve my issue within minutes and Terrence made sure all my questions were answered and ensured my car was in a clean condition before I left. Overall, they both provided outstanding customer service. Thanks guys.
